our test with me outside the car you're
good you know what the reason why I'm
asking that why
smell something I see something right
it's in the front in the back a bunch of
cans all right
just want to make sure you get to drive
and all that what's up what's that right
by the leg right there
what is that not the not the can of this
thing right here
all right cool all right just uh you
stay in the car all right then you can
sit back
somewhere nah you can't bro and I
probably gotta hold it hold it hold it
hold it for another couple minutes
five one percent can y'all have one out
for testing
Step Up
all right just stand right right there
face my car stay right there are you
ever doing these tests before huh I
can't take your entire pocket you can
keep them to your side let's keep them
to your side all right just watch me you
can put your left foot in front of your
right heel to toe and do that right now
stay like that position nope just stay
in that position
so left left in front of your
all right all right you got your right
that's fine you get the right one in
front of your left put your left one in
front of your right
stay like that position all right
one through seven if you got h2n if you
can come over here all right just watch
me first right once you do you're gonna
come on you're doing nine steps I'm
gonna do three just for demonstration
purposes all right you'll do so you can
count out one two three you can keep on
going until you reach nine When You
Reach nine turn around
he'll talk one two three you're gonna
you know tell you loud until you reach
nine and stand that cool you got any
problems or legs or anything like that
if you're shaking a lot yeah I I just
came back from I can trip all right okay
maybe again
apart
you remember what I said so nine back
nine back now here you go
all right turn around face me all right
you don't have any problems in your legs
left or right leg
I'm just nervous I went hiking to the
last couple days I understand that but
do you have any problems with your legs
though you're good you can walk normal
you don't have any problems all right
choose whichever leg you want either
left or right you're gonna choose watch
what I'm gonna do you're gonna raise it
six inches off the ground it's always
toes pointing forward you can look at
your toe you're gonna count out loud one
thousand one one thousand two one
thousand three one thousand four you can
keep on Counting so I'll tell you to
stop you understand all right you can
start
whichever one you choose yep go ahead
and to your side hands to your side
six 2007 2008 2009
2010.50
all right one more this one I'm gonna
ask you if you can close your eyes
you're gonna tilt your head backwards
and count 30 till the back tilt it back
a little bit more tilt it back a little
bit more all right start count till 30
in your head once you reach there you
can stop
21.
all right
yeah there you go man I'm Sergeant fair
I'm gonna have any performance test it's
an easy one all right and all you're
going to do is you're going to follow
the tip of my pen with your eyes and
your eyes only so when I ask you I'm
going to explain how we're going to do
this when we start the test this is what
I want you to do watch move your eyes
like this okay not like this does that
make sense so when I ask you to I'm
going to tell you to follow the tip of
my pen that's how I want you to do it
just with your eyes your eyes only don't
don't move your head all right now
a second
straight away can you see what's up my
pen touch with your finger
okay good put your hands back on your
side all right so during this test
you'll stand when your hands on your
side your feet together and when I tell
you to start I'm going to start moving
the pen you just follow your eyes and
your eyes only under you understand okay
here we go
good job
all right now I'm going to move it up
and down same thing just move your eyes
eyes only good job
all right sit down okay
yep come here just stand by right there
right
what's your name man James James
another sword huh nothing
not much it's
it's not weed yeah
well as far as alcohol
yeah a very slight at the maximum they
got I think three or four open
containers in the back a box in the
front with one open but I think it's I
don't think he's been maybe a little bit
but the other one's been drinking the
other one's drunk so yeah
the front passenger is wasting where are
they from
Union Beach
oh he's from the other passengers from
Highlands apparently
that's the thing he's 18. the other one
apparently is the 21st birthday
that's 21st yeah
uh no
how you doing bud it's your birthday
today yes sir how old are you 21. good
Trudy on you yes sir sure
[Music]
yeah why do you have that there it's not
mine let me see it
yeah no I know what it is but why do you
have it you're 21 years old you're
driving around in the middle of the
night it's by your feet dude but it's
not mine okay whose is it I don't know
this is my little cousin's car who's
your cousin that's my little cousin is
that yours why are you driving around
with it
okay
so you're 21 now huh yeah sure
so the open containers are yours yes sir
all of them yes all right
what is there some back then dude
there's some back there
oh
you live in Highlands yes whereabouts oh
my God I'm about to piss myself all
right you're gonna have to wait where do
you live in Highlands um literally right
down the street can I what's your
address step out no you can't what's
your address
okay what's your address
okay you don't you know where you live
yes do you know your address
you don't know the name the name of the
street you live on or the number
how is that possible
how long have you lived there uh just
recently just moved there like a month
ago a week ago like literally a week ago
sir I'm literally peeing myself can I
step out no you can't step out you're
gonna stay there that's not my problem
that's your problem right now all right
you're gonna piss in this course go
ahead let's stay there for now and tell
anybody tells you to get out
I said you're gonna stay there unless
somebody else asks you to come out I
don't want you to get out of the car
right now so right now you're gonna stay
there okay
you have anything to drink tonight
a couple drinks I'm gonna use a couple
drinks
two and how old are you
18. all right
[Music]
you just admitted to me he had two
drinks
I I know he drank a little bit I mean
unless you got some hdn you want me he's
18.
well if there's anything in the system
it's under 21 he doesn't it can be a
0.01 oh yeah all right totally I'm
not even thinking about that like wait
what
so what do we do
sorry what do you do
I got a small hit
I hear a minute to drinking there's
empty containers in the car
run the um
how was how was the rest of his test I
didn't really see much shaking a lot his
test wasn't that good it wasn't the
worst but it wasn't that good old how
was a walking turn
okay
did I pass it or did he not
because it looks like it wasn't the
worst it was well do you think he's
under the influence or you think he's
just nervous
other people but he definitely drank
some for it's probably maybe wheat right
cousin's place yeah he's but I'm not
really that worried about him if I take
him there I call his parents 18 now he's
an adult
just have to have somebody else come in
for him he's 18. 21's legal drinking age
so anything over zero
for an 18 year old is the quality a
kitty drunk a young drunk because they
can't have any alcohol in the system but
it's again
marijuana
I never do this I got a very sleep hit
um
at maximum deviation and a little bit of
on uh onset of 45.
you take him in he blows on the box
or not we don't need to because he's no
he's put him on the box huh
everything like everything is the same
as a regular drum
cool if you feel that he's he's there I
mean I think he's under the influence
something the admitted drinking
recovery man
under 18 anyways right under 18th so
anything we close over or zero
the drunk
all right
I'm down
I'm just uh running this guy all around
yeah did you run him yet yeah I'm
waiting for them to get back
I'd say he's probably under an 08 but it
doesn't matter because if he's over
anything yeah
uh slightly lack of smooth soup uh
deviation that has maximum a little bit
of an offset of 45.
thank you
and then the uh
stupid still jumps about the car if
you're gonna be hooking them 450 yeah
yeah we're gonna use the same yeah
there's no difference just because he's
18. the only thing that changes is his
readings anything over zero is a drum
because he's under 21.
cool all right all right can I hook him
you want to lock them up through here
yes sir
investigation here
go ahead yes sir I will all right all
right
good
oh James
James
Christopher has no history
uh we are going to tow the car I'll
explain everything inside for you you're
gonna blow on the uh
all right all right you got anything uh
kind of car that you want cell phone
nothing like that
because we're gonna you're gonna have to
call somebody come pick you up
somebody's sober all right I am so you
could give me yeah but like now that I'm
actually talking right here I can smell
the alcohol coming in your mouth I'm
literally right here I can smell it
coming off
so it's you know I mean you're under 21.
you can't be drinking at all all right
you know what you understand so my main
thing is your safety just taking
everybody else in the road I can tell
you're not wasted drunk but you have
been drinking it's it's the last name
all right do you have anything from the
card you want
do you need your wallet or your cell
phone you're nobody's phone number
I'd like
um I do know my alarms do you want
yourself when you want to take it yeah
where is it all right it's his cell
phone as well I said some somewhere in
the car take a deep breath you're fine
all right you're shaking it's not that
cold I can tell you're nervous yes don't
worry about it
[Music]
okay
okay
what's this your uh
anything else in your pockets
all right man I'm gonna give you a ride
home okay all right all right all right
okay is it cool for me
yeah everything's got to stay in the car
you can bring your keys you could bring
your wallet no you can't
all right
they're gonna bring me to the house
all right just like I say you did this
to me no I didn't do anything to do man
all right put your hands on the car I'm
gonna pat you down all right no problem
be careful where you pass don't you
worry all righty just I want you guys
want to do your search real quick I'll
stay back by him
that's why he did the guy pissed his
pants so the passenger here oh my God
and he tried to blame me
oh five
yeah
go down that way make a right
uh you own the car you can get the car
tomorrow
you can get you got to come down here
come to this Lobby here and knock on the
door or push that blue button right
there
see on the wall the blue box
all right just push the button then um
we've only released the car
at 12.
yeah they're all in there they're on it
so if you come back if you come here 11
30 they won't give the car so you got it
yes that's what you get anytime after
12. you assign some paperwork it'll give
you a paper you'll get it at the uh the
tow yard all right
