I got this weird ass thing like, "Oh, you and your wife are swingers." Like, "What?" And and and so I just like I'm I'm sorry. I ripped him up a little bit. Yeah. I mean, how did you get his phone? He has no idea. How did you get this message? Uh via friend. So anyway, you guys, I feel so bad that you had to come. Well, I mean, he's I mean, he's freaking out. Please. I mean, he's like you you said you were going to go kill him. I'm really sorry. What are you guys going to do like that guy? But no, I don't want him. I just want brother just go to bed. He woke up and all of a sudden he's got a whole shitload of messages saying like some guy's going to come out and try and find him and kill him. Not I I promise you uh officer I'm not that's my brother's cop by the way. Um that's not my jam. So I I literally just wanted to fucking make this kid piss his pants and that was my only goal. He's not even really scared of you per se is what he's like. He just doesn't understand. Why should he be scared of you? He didn't do anything. He has no idea what's going on. My he had spread some rumor that my wife and I my beautiful wife was in here with our younger daughter right now or swingers. Yeah. But how did you get this message? How do you know it's from another friend today? It was from a friend tonight. So it's secondhand. You have to understand this certain person I understand it's secondhand information. My wife works she works at the gym. She's a trainer at the gym. This guy's like a massage therapist or some weird gym. as a Okay. And and and and this person's like, "You have to understand this guy Matt Timonss like thought you and your wife were fucking swingers." Like, "What? Are you fucking kidding me?" Like I I was so offended and I was so upset. Well, I understand that. And I said this so I said so much like, "Dude, you got to go like fuck yourself. Like I'm going to come kill you." And it wasn't like I'm not literally officer literally promise you I'm not going to go kill him but was pretty fucking pissed off. All I wanted all I wanted to do was scare the shit out but you're still working on secondhand information secondhand information. It's like you don't and in the end it's just so so what he says it it still doesn't mean give you the right to go and be you know trying to be all tough and and say that you're going to go kill scare the shit out of him. What's wrong with that? That's the crime. The crime is scaring the shit out of him. Yes. Okay. That's the whole point is that that's why we're here. And it doesn't have to be what you mean. It's how they take it. So by him saying, "I'm concerned that this guy might try and come and find me and kill me or even hurt me right then and there, that's felony, that's felony harassment right there. You're threatening to kill him. Whatever you seriously go to jail right now, today right now because you even just said and I have the text messages to prove it, officers, what whatever you guys have to do. I get it. I understand. I have zero fucking plans of leaving my house unless you have to take me somewhere. Like I have zero plans to like hurt this person. That's not it's not in my cards. I was really offended. I was so offended that this person would say that about my wife and I. And I was really really And I can understand that. But I don't understand I don't understand the the going to I mean I have to say it because I'm going to say it out loud. That's what America is. He can say whatever he wants and it doesn't matter. He could be as long as it's not threatening towards you or anything like that. He has the right. That's why we have the KKK and that's why we have all the other crap. But my response is my how was my response not because it incites violence. It was violence. There's no reason you could just say, "Hey man, keep your stuff to yourself. Don't talk about me. I'm just You know what I'm concerned about though is that you got a friend that's telling you stuff that's potentially putting you in a situation where you could have that's going to ruin your life, man. And that's the thing that sucks is that I'm writing all of this up and it's going to be up to prosecutors to decide what's going to go on. I understand. No, I didn't know. He uh he he he'll put together a report and it gets forwarded to the court. He'll put together a report as we're required to do. That's why it gets a case number. It gets forward to the prosecutor's office and the prosecutor will decide what they want to do. Gentlemen, whatever you guys have to do, I understand. But it's not worth losing your I don't want to your career, your family, whatever. I mean, I would love to just You don't need a criminal record. Although I've never had one. My brother, my brother's a cop for Christ. Well, I think you should talk to him about it because the same thing. Was he a cop? Um, he's out in Gig Arbor. He had to kill a guy about three years ago. There was a raccoon that was was like literally like floundering around and there was a Facebook notice like the the neighborhood Facebook thing. It was 9:00 at night and there was a there was a raccoon out and it's two blocks away and um there was a Facebook thing. All these fucking Bainbridge housewives are all freaking out like, "Oh, this thing's dying." because their dogs were trying to like bite it and the kids were poking at the sticks and all this shit and like somebody's got a dispatcher and they call the police and the police won't do anything and my wife's like um Tovar who's like stuff and uh and I'm like t do I just do it and she's like like an African shit and uh I go do I just take care of it and she's like yeah I'm like okay cool. So I drive down and I go like I find that it's about two blocks away and I drive down I go I go halfway down Fort Wood Hill Road. There's no like there's no homes down there, right? It's quiet. Safe back stop on it. Yeah. And then and then and throw the raccoon out and uh and and put a 40 caliber gun and I fucking you put a bullet in its head. Fucking lights shine up from the bottom of the hill. It's my tobar. It comes up and like I have no ID on me. I I have my conceal permit, but I don't have my ID on me. He comes up and he's like, "What the fuck are you doing?" Like, "Uh, this is really awkward." And explain, you know, it was really cool. It was really fucking cool. I'm like, "Thank God we don't live in Detroit or uh or villa or something." So, yeah, you might have moral coming back at you than you. Gentlemen, I promise you I'm not a threat to this person.
