nine Heel To Toe steps walking forward

position left foot's going to be down
the line right foot heel to toe just in
front of
it keep your hands at your side don't
move until I tell you to do otherwise

position I want you to take a series of
nine Heel To Toe steps on that
line when you take those steps your foot
is going to go Heel To Toe just in front
of the other foot you'll take nine Heel
To Toe steps it'll look just like this
one two three for demonstration purposes
I did three but you'll do nine okay when
you get you get to that ninth step leave
your lead foot planted and take a series
of small steps pivoting around that lead
foot just like
this and then you'll take nine filter
toe steps back okay one two 3 again I
took three but you're going to take nine
uh while you do this it's important you
keep your hands at your side it's
important that you put your foot heel to
toe but you stay on that line and you
don't stop until you've completed the
