if we can just get it move spring okay I think my car's on Jenny's son until birthright of dogs and Township [Music] that would be best [Music] yeah yeah I think it landed somewhere over here that'd be good it's a black phone he hooked it it arced somewhere either it's on that slanted roof right there or it's behind the house yours or his LED on here probably his got it so get deaqon yeah or if you don't have that stuff how bad are you hurt just yeah I tweaked my knee I've got some real tight muscles in my lower leg you got some deep time to decon his armies have somebody blow [Music] okay yep I'm good thanks [Music] with that thing it hurts when I walk on it [Music] ice packs Roos yeah that's not at the moment and all I'm not sure I'll just order to eat more alert tones Burlington thank God I would have been here faster they sent me to Marshall yeah backyards looking for it yeah so I heard you were struggling with one [Music] now you okay yeah leg leg is gonna be dicey I'm gonna get some x-rays I think yeah for at least get it looked at at the hospital yeah well we're gonna have you good with okay my order okay my car's parked should be locked in front of 9:55 Marshall but use a magazine on not just don't but yeah Bano no I'm good I'm accepting the order don't worry about so you want to go to the hospital yes okay perfect I guess we just need to determine who needs to take who then because you're walking yep I just need to make sure whether we don't need to do something more ALS with him that's all yep okay and we only concerns with him would be decided malaria middle yeah and do we know a story so he was found to be standing in front of 955 Marshall about half an hour ago yelling that there was someone in the house who needed help residents said no there's no one that needs help he doesn't live there so then he disappeared and then we just got a call back they said he was back and he was in the backyard pounding on the window saying that people needed help inside when I got there he was standing I tried to grab him and he fled left over a picket fence I tried to hold on to him but I lost him I fell over the same picket fence and busted my knee he is under the impression that there are as many as seven women who need help and are being held hostage inside the house he's gone yes do we have any crimes to target obstructing resisting arrest but given his mental state you have to him we have to have a reason to arrest him well he was standing in the backyard which is a fenced backyard fenced backyard yes we got trespassing we got something yeah see face down yeah it's kind of hard to justify leaving him hogtied facedown on a stretcher II can't transport people like that it took three of us together oh no no I that's why if we code to the hospital that'll be less time they should be that way absolutely well it's over what's that is what it is I have tendinitis in that knee so yes it's always this one EMS cannot transport spring basting that's it's protocol and nobody get that stretcher for it no I'll walk I could use some more decon wipes I can head to the hospital with anyone it doesn't really matter sergeant [Music] she's trying to start a Balinese ALS [Music] it's running some yard the yard over there on partial looking for you yeah looking like cars and stuff I figured this was a interesting event yes whose cars on march law would be good so I found I found him in the backyard of 955 Marshall and I tried to detain him he jumped over the picket fence in the backyard ran through the alley I got hung up on the fence and so I lost sight of him but I thought he went south so we started to walk in the alley and I think I came through either that yard or the next one over and dave was coming from the opposite direction and he ran out from this garage he had a cell phone still in his hand we tried to detain him he cut the cell phone over somewhere there and then that's when we got into the fight with him he's he sat there he lifted they kind of looked at us [Music] and you've just wine up and then he just that his phone I'll put out the Robert I think he may have had it on and was taking video but I'm not really sure have we confirmed his ID no I'm yeah I've got thank you probably going by ambulance and I still want to know where you're going to be gasps I'm coming probably ugh you know just for the initial Pierce Dill's is gonna have a deputy go with so I think these neighbors were taking some cell phone video of the incident I don't know if we want that or not I think my camera got bumped off at some point during the incident so I'm not really sure how much it ended - yeah well this neighbor came out said he saw so we're pretty confident that he can be taken now D okay we want to do is close that to a whole bit hurt we're just gonna lay them on its side so we can okay okay we're just going to try to safely get one aside weary there's lots of data on positional craft but I don't blame you so he was in the fenced back yard of 9:55 standing at the back door I have marsh marshal yes and that's where I confronted him I tried to grab him and he ripped his hand away from me a couple times he refused to follow commands and then finally he started running he jumped over a white picket fence I was able to grab hold of him for a little bit but then he was able to get it away and then that's when I tried to get over the fence and I got hung up on it uniform caught on it and I was hanging on for a long time before I finally fell off and landed on my knee and then that's when I started following him on foot he cut south and I think he came through one of these backyards and Dave came from this angle I came from over here and we saw him come from the backyard of this resident out yeah coming out and then that's when he had his phone in his hand and then he turned around he wound up and hooked it as hard as he could we have we took him down at gunpoint and it's kind of where it devolved from there yeah [Music] not that I know of I don't recognize him so I guess it wasn't Joey then I guess it wasn't they told me they're like yeah you you know white guy facial hair wearing a gray gray hooded sweatshirt I'm like well that's Joey yeah and Joey was telling the truth it was a guy named Dylan Cole Victor yeah that's a first yes just so you guys know my camera is on right now [Applause] [Music] by in the other tenant boots on yeah yes have him come here they might need an off chop stand by we just lost it what's that you look at it yet no not yet like we can we can actually zip that all the way up yeah I don't think there's gonna be any visible outward damage underneath what's that just hurt inside yeah mostly lower leg a little bit on the knee yeah a little bit but not too much heaven right here right with our feet up there you go in the doorway but it's that that lower calf muscle right there that you were just pushing on the hurts yeah [Music] no coming for me the chronic tendinitis from actually from doing all the running to pass the PT test [Music] so we get him stabilized don't book him on did he kick in the door yeah I don't know I didn't have a chance to even look at the door I was focused on him okay my back of a fenced yard yes because I had to open a gate to go get to him okay I don't know I mean you can go look at the rat the other half of the yard but I'm pretty sure the whole backyard is fenced Jim in history I I don't know him I don't know him either I've been around 14 years I don't want to know him anymore he's very strong yeah unit if you'll be in there and then deals you're going to follow those will follow it sounds good for starter [Music] three [Music] use anything you're all what's that you have anything missing no okay yep everything's there I saw this call pop up and I just cleared from handling the first issue with this guy Laura we didn't find him and so I drove back and then they toned it out as I was pulling up front because he was apparently in the back yard pounding on windows so so it is the same guy yeah yeah yes he was pounding on the back windows of someone's house venturi and rauch well that escalated quickly sit down company what's that maybe just go over and sit on the bumper for a sec I'm okay yeah lower leg is all messed up [Music] yep you wanted to see her I want to get a long day hasn't matter to me yeah please I'm sorry Frank
