total in the past like four
hours okay you know what city you're in
yes what city Mayfield village okay
where are you trying to go back home and
where's Home Mayfield village Mayfield
village okay do you know what street
you're driving on just
now um I know I'm on Mayfield and I was
going to ride home cuz I do like to take
the Sanic route unfortunately all right
hold on a second okay Lauren can you
walk over here and step right where my
light is please
sure step wher my light is and face me
yes how you all right to stand yeah
okay can you put your hands on your face
just like this okay can you see the tip
of my pen up here okay what I'm going to
do is I'm going to slide my pen my pen
from side to side I want you to watch my
pen with your eyes only without moving
your head you understand y
okay
do my pen over here
sorry okay go ahead and step right right
where my light is there face my police
car okay but I want you to do
is what I want you to do is
I what I want you to do is [ __ ] I'm
[ __ ] say what nothing I'm like so
[ __ ] if I if I get if I get [ __ ] I'm
[ __ ] okay go ahead and put one foot in
front of the other touch heel the toe
for me can you do that keep your hands
to your side touch heel the toe yeah go
ahead and do that for
me okay I want you to start the test
until I tell you to do so okay I want I
got to be able to instruct you what to
do okay so go ahead and place One Foot
In Front of the other just like I'm
standing here now can you do that for me
yes go ahead and do
that
okay go ahead and stay like that I
didn't tell you to start the test okay
don't start the test this is part of the
test I want you to stand One Foot In
Front of the other touch heal the toe
just like this okay okay go ahead and
touch Heel To Toe okay and stand like
that touching Heel To
Toe okay got
you
okay you're not listening to me what
okay how much have you had really to
drink
tonight really
um I had too much right I I was editing
a video CU I do a podcast every night
that's releasing tonight so I did have a
a whole bottle of wine yes I'm I'm going
to be honest with you okay well I
appreciate your uh yes and then I
actually only had two drinks that
scalper is where I was um I'm trying to
slow down because I'm trying to be
careful
um that's it that's literally it like I
literally that's it okay so do you want
to try to do this test yes okay so don't
start the test until I tell you to do so
okay okay the first thing you're going
to do is you're going to place One Foot
In Front of the other and touch heel the
toe and just stand there okay okay you
understand that yes okay touch Heel To
Toe just like this just like I'm
standing
okay go ahead put one foot in front of
the other touch heel the toe and stand
there don't don't step forward stay just
like that for me okay are you able to do
that or no I'll try I will try for
you oh [ __ ] okay okay let me
loose okay let's let's let's skip that
part okay before you fall over okay what
I'm going to have you do is I'm going to
have you I'm doing it no you don't know
what the test is because I haven't even
instructed you okay this is the walk and
turn test what you're going to do is
you're going to walk heel the toe nine
steps heel the toe counting out loud
each step when you get to the ninth step
you're going to Pivot around nice and
easy three small steps and you're walk
nine steps back touching heel the toe
and Counting out loud each step okay and
I'm going to demonstrate that for you
okay go ahead just like this one 2 3
four five six all the way to the count
of nine three easy
steps and continue your nine steps back
touching Heil a toe 1 2 3 4 5 all the
way to the count of nine you understand
that I understand okay go ahead
okay Lauren
Focus stop I know the confidence you
have is great laugh I know you guys
should listen to my podcast cuz I
promise I love cops like I [ __ ] love
cops I'm actually like shouting you out
H hash
like I'm all about you we'll talk about
the podcast after see on stop all right
one
2 3
4
5
6 okay all right go ahead and put your
bra in your back okay you're under your
really yeah really okay we've had a
little bit too much tonight okay your
safety is is our main thing and we're
not going to do anymore
great
awesome
okay you have anything in your pockets
here
no okay let's walk back to the car
here I think a bottle of wine is a
little bit too much for Lauren wait so
okay I'm going to say it have a seat
back there nice and easy I'll help
you I'm going to be able to get picked
up we'll talk about that once we get
that back to our jail most likely yes
yes we'll work with you on that as long
as you just stay
Cooperative okay is a car key in the car
or do you have um what do you have your
car keys or are they in the car um
they're in the car do you need like your
wall a post or anything out of there um
no thank you no other no valuables or
anything um your you guys are guys got
it all I was planning on going home and
watching my
video make you know viral no I
understand do do you do you have a phone
in the car like do you at least want
your phone and a wallet

get it okay thank
you

okay nice and
easy nice and
easy
yeah okay on that
way your
step
first door on the right it's my first
okay I got your uh phone and a
wallet okay right right in there
okay what I have to go on this you going
to stand right up against that wall
there okay I got to take your
photograph okay stand just like that
okay
what believe me I'm not posting it
nowhere okay you look that way for me
what go ahead and look that way for
me okay that
way
okay okay come on over here and have a
seat can you have a seat right there for
for me please yeah in the jail yeah if
we're in jail okay let me take the
handcuffs off okay I think you're going
to be cooperative with me and with you
being intoxicated like you are I don't
want on right
now now my parents they're going to be
like oh she should stay in there so this
is great this is fing great my just
about to a SE for me awesome cuz I
literally was just about to drop my
podcast
if your Bond's 375 you think somebody
will be able to close your bond for
you5 no no no I don't think my parents
would do that okay honestly like a
friend or anything like that they told
me they they said no who is who
is my dad my favorite person but um he
literally told me like if you were if
you were to get caught by the cops blah
blah blah I'm not finding you out he
said it for vom so yeah no all right so
then you'll probably stay with us you
think stay of the night in our
jail I guess all right the reason why
we're asking is we got to have the
female change
over wow we're trying to prevent that
that's why I'm trying to see
you're make to think of anybody that can
you got a close friend that maybe help
you
out like I'm very like old school like I
don't want anyone to help me
um I get it you're going to make me want
to cry so well I'm not trying to make
you cry I'm just trying to make you not
have to stay the night in jail yeah I
know my my dad I know what he's trying
to do I get it trying to show you an
example it's not it's not going to help
makes or he's half the reason I do so do
you live with Mom and Dad
yeah are you married or
no okay so when they wake up in a couple
of hours to go to work and they don't
see you home are they going to be
concerned all right so we want to call
them right yeah but like they literally
were like oh we're waiting for this
we're waiting for you to get caught
basically all right so you want to just
stay the night and get some shut eye and
then in the morning when you feel a
little bit more sober i' rather not get
sh i' rather if they say no
then I'll know my
answer you want to call them and use
your phone you got the leads you want to
use your phone yeah we we just call them
yes 375
375
um was the like
defense like was drinking while driving
yeah OVI operating
vehicle um do I am I going to get Ani
charge yep we're going to charge you
with the the OVI we're going to ask you
for a breath sample if you refuse
automatic license suspension if you
submit to it and your sample is higher
you only lose your license for up to 90
days but you have a prior offense so
that will um oh my God that could
enhance your U
suspension okay so oh my [ __ ]
God we're going to have to read you a
form um I think it was 2019 is when was
the one you had
before
okay okay hold off on that hold off on
that we don't we're not even confirm the
number yet no Lauren in a few minutes
we're going to ask you to submit to a
breath sample is that something you're
going to want to do no I don't care it's
it's totally up to you so we got to fire
up the machine regardless it's you're
going to have a few more minutes to
think about it but we're going to ask
you again if that's something you want
to do okay um just to kind of go over
what he read to you you do have a prior
offense in
2019 so if you refuse the test down here
at the bottom it gives you the length of
license suspension it goes up to so with
having one prior offense your license
will be suspended for 2 years okay so if
you do blow into the machine and you are
over that
008 having one prior you would you would
only lose your license for one year oh
my God so it's if you refuse completely
I'm not refusing I don't care okay no I
I just wanted to just kind of explain it
to you a little bit better cuz sometimes
down at the bottom it is confusing and I
just wanted you to have a better
understanding of it so all right Lauren
so in a in a few short minutes the
machine just cleaning out all that dry
air and gas I'll ask you if you want to
do a breath
sample um you will have to do if you to
do it we'll have to do two breath
samples and these are the mouth pieces
that we use basically what you'll do is
you'd wrap your lips around this end of
it as a tight seal and you're going to
take a deep breath and you're going to
blow consistently like you are blowing
like up a
balloon um the machine will register
like if you're not blowing
like you're
okay oh my God so much let listen it it
could it could have been worse you could
have you could have you could have hurt
yourself it could have crashed you could
done with this I'm so done I understand
anything I say is not going to make it
better but at the end of the I'll just
do it
out it okay I I'm just trying to yeah I
know I'm just as soon as machine's ready
yeah hold on hang
on
turn
off I
don't yeah I know I know just it's okay
I just I'm just trying to get you to
kind of just take a deep breath it's
okay yeah let's go I'll do it I'll care
okay yeah yeah I got to wait for the
machine The Machine's still rolling I'm
just trying to get you to kind of just
take a deep
[Music]
breath it's
okay you know [ __ ] happens you know you
y
good hold on it's not ready
yet okay you can step up here
Lauren just wrap your lips around this
Tight Seal and blow like you're blowing
into an air balloon it wants the Deep
lung
air okay perfect going steady steady
steady you're doing good it's almost
done almost finished you're doing good
you're doing good should be good here
shortly hold on okay perfect okay can
you just have a c for me you did great
we just have to do it one more time
yep
okay you ready
waren come on
up do the same thing and then we'll be
all done got it okay ready to go when
you're
ready you did good the first time let's
do the same thing
perfect good sound good sound keep going
keep y you stop blowing keep going keep
going keep going keep going keep going
keep going you're almost there keep
going okay that's okay cool you're okay
you can have a seat for me thank
you what what I Jo I got tell them your
tell them you got arrested you're at
Mayfield Heights jail your bond is
$375 to get you out today if uh he
elects not to then you got to stay with
us until the
morning out I swear we'll fill this out
after we get the results but fill out
this part like the reasons why you stop
are you fuing joking I already know he's
going to say no okay then that's okay if
we don't have to call him do I'll call
him okay I just want say no if he says
no to me I swear to God
bro I've been doing so good if he says
no how much is it
$375 if he says
no well let's see what he says let's
hope let's hope he answers at um at this
time of the
night okay
where are we at Mayfield Heights jail
Mayfield Heights
jail
um uh they're willing to let me out for
300 what is it it so you're bond is
$375
$375 and you were arrested for Obi I was
arrested for an
Obi on the way
home
you
what are you
serious
serious yeah yeah they're all here and I
literally got caught in the Rand this
[ __ ] I wasn't even drinking a lot and
then I I was to sign there I didn't sign
there but I wasn't even drinking like
that
D
and I swear to God I'll never [ __ ]
you
again I didn't even we didn't take her
license no cool it wasn't even we see
the vehicle cuz we told
it it wasn't even like that almost R you
keep that's what I would put in there
almost almost crashed into
you part of it that was you know he was
you guys and then almost a delayed
stop is it
hi hi hey this is my first name is Brody
I'm one of the patrol officers here how
are
you she just woke me up from a deep
sleep I understand we we just wanted to
see if she if if something you guys were
able to that you wanted to do to come
Bond her out um and then she'd be
released tonight obviously she has a
court date um if not um she just would
stay the night with us until the morning
I know it's 3:30 in the morning
but yeah it's probably best you just
stay with you I I have to get up super
early for work okay yeah okay yeah we
just we like I said we just wanted her
to double check with you so I'll let her
know
okay I appreciate it thank you you're
welcome bye all
right hey Lauren your test results
literally test test results and you're
going to get a copy of it your blood
alcohol was
228 okay what's that mean oh you're
twice almost three times the legal limit
yeah no I I clearly do that I just I
can't so so your license is suspended
for automatically one year instead of
the twoe
can I call one more time call who one
more time my dad um I don't suggest that
why he because one he went back to sleep
secondly he said he wasn't coming here
to give you Bond um and in the morning
there'll be different results and then
you started getting a little emotional
with him telling him that you're never
going to talk to him again so I think
it's okay well let's not call him back
then
so but I I'd rather not stay here
because I I'm hungry as [ __ ] I want my
own bed like this is not cool at all
what's the a block in there for well I'm
going to provide you a bed I can't yeah
[ __ ] you know what I mean I hear you
I hear can't [ __ ] I I know but in the
morning you don't know in the morning
things will be better like 5 hours from
now and on top of
that did you want to call someone else
just
R
thinking
okay I don't know I told it wasn't a
good
idea probably not a good idea all
right all right how much is it
$375
375 $3
37500
[Applause]
she not g go
this
$375
600 but I swear to God on everything out
my life that my parents 100% aay back
like within the next two days in
interest I'm not worried about that I'm
more so worried about
like my mental like my mental is not
cool I'm upset I did this I'm up
obviously upset I you whatever
[Music]
but I swear to God you will get paid
back in interest I swear to God
CH
what
you know that right I promise
you I promise
you like you know my family it's not
like that's
it it yeah all promise you we pay back I
promise
you hey we have to get done with the
phone here cuz we got to finish up this
process
otherwise they're going to lock me up in
this jail cell for the night so I need
to know now like I'm literally in a
[ __ ]
what you'll be
there yeah
where you want to talk to
some uh what city Mayfield Heights
Mayfield Heights Ohio
you have any F types I guess Police
Department yeah address is
6154 all are you coming
here I literally love you thank you so
much
seriously all right uh call my phone if
you need okay you should have to call
the police department
yeah you want to just power off so you
save battery uh he said call you when
I'm there so I don't know what that
means where's he coming from uh Shaker
area okay well when he gets here he's
going to have to call our Police
Department I'm never talking to my dad
again wow that's great we just got to
put you into a cell soon as your buddy
gets here we take all that stuff back
out we change you back over he pays your
bond you walk out the door how does he
know what if he doesn't come to the
right one you told him Mayfield Heights
yes but there's only one Mayfield
Heights right yeah but he's also kind of
like are you
serious that was the phone conversation
you just had yeah yes I I know the phone
conversation I just had but like I
didn't give him like an exact address
like you just threw that phone away you
ask me where you're at you given him an
address you and I gave you the address
you just elected to not know the I
understand that okay so okay so are you
going to sign my sheet for me he's going
to come here he knows he's not going to
come here you told them you're at the
Mayfield Heights Police Department as as
a normal person they could just Google
that Mayfield Heights Police Department
and get an address understandable I told
you the address waking up out of a deep
sleep after going at you know mean I get
it I get that but okay but I would I
didn't know that you were going to take
my [ __ ] if if I would have known that I
would have been like here's the address
here's what you have to me I know
exactly what you mean but we we told you
we're going to take your phone no no you
did not sign that yes we did please
that's why we took your phone before you
called Dad and we gave it back to you we
we we told you we were taking your phone
he knows to come here as soon as he gets
here we're I don't think he's going to
get here cuz I think he's going to be
like what the [ __ ] I think he's going to
know how to get here because I said the
address so loud of 6154 Mayfield Road
dude when someone's waking up out of a
deep sleep they're not like putting in
directions into their you know what I
mean their you just had you had like a
three minute conversation with him would
you agree with me but he was just waking
up he was like Lauren what okay and you
told him your bond you told him where
you were at you told him your dad would
pay him back in interest absolutely okay
so he he knows what he's doing literally
he knows what he's doing okay no how
much you want to bet he doesn't show up
cuz he doesn't know where the [ __ ] to go
there's Mayfield Heights there's
Mayfield village there's hland Heights
there you know what I'm saying that's
why it's confusing if there was one
Mayfield it's not confusing okay Lauren
step this way please there's Mayfield
Heights and then there's Mayfield
village we specifically said mayf would
not be I would
definitely I would really like it if you
told him where I actually was La so he
knows where you are you told him that
cuz you asked me where you were and I
told you I know what I told you but he
literally no no no do you know what you
told him that that's what we're that's
what we're saying now I'm going to a
open cell corre yes we have to put you
into a holding cell until he get you he
cuz I didn't even get to tell him where
I really was he knows where you're at he
knows where you're at no he does not
soon as he gets here'll let you out oh
my God this looks like a [ __ ] oh my
God looks like orange the new black go
ahead in there this looks like a holding
cell it is a holding cell and your
friend gets here so go ahead and take go
oh my God you're joking no I'm not
joking go ahead in there please
cooperate I will cooperate but can you
please tell him where I'm at what is his
what is his name can what's you're lying
to me Lauren what's his why are you
looking like that because we get a phone
call call you called him he talked to
you you gave him the location that you
were at you told him how much the bound
was and he said he was going to come
back here so go and have a seat down
there go ahead and step back go ahead
and have a seat back there I didn't tell
him please cooperate please cooperate my
uncle John you're being you're literally
being like my uncle John I know what
you're doing can you please listen
what's his name tell me tell me faor
tell me his name can you at least please
call him next made me cry cuz I'm I
don't trust it and I feel like I'm here
all night and I TR to freak me out I'm
asking him what his name is so I can
call him name is shim he's Jewish
whatever and be like I'm lawen amids
police can you please come get her with
shim what is shim's last name so I can
look up his phone number uh no it's like
something Shimon or something that shim
Shimon we just call him shim okay why
are you being
funny he he I I asked the name he said
his name was shim ask for last thing you
said shinson go and have a seat pleas
okay can you please call him I'm going
to call him I'm telling you that I'm
going I'm going to call him yeah and
you're being funny with me for no reason
all right go and have a seat
please go oh so me trapped here like I'm
I don't know what else to
say we're doing tell to come B me out
please one at first cuz you remind me of
my unle and now unle John it's Uncle Joe
yeah you reminding me of my uncle and
now you're being mean for no reason all
whatever we don't want you hear any
longer than you want to be fine that's
fine can you please tell him where I'm
at and how much and please save me I'm
not about to be here without my [ __ ]
medicine can't sleep yes seriously I'm
going to call this guy I'm going to call
him yes this [ __ ]
cell
f
no we're just going to do fingerprints
and then we she's going to just change
her yep you got both right there
anything else Noe that's
it don't matter I can do them we just
got to get our changed
over
you never saw this no it's cool no I
didn't I don't even know what you're
talking about um if you want you can at
least get her like property out of like
the locker can you just have a seat in
there for us I'm going to have you just
hang on to that right now oh we just got
to get some
gloves there are no more here here I got
some in my
pocket by the way I want to say I love
the the big ears I'm a big ear
fan who's got the big ears oh Vinnie
does yeah Vinnie my ears I love them she
loves your ears really I do I I love the
ears they're
huge I think it's hot I don't know
neoni cat Me on Spotify on my podcast
Spotify what kind of a podcast uh I talk
about sex relationships it's going viral
right now like dead ass really yep my
kids say dead ass no well
that's that's the that's theing but
what' you say that's a little bothersome
but well that's what those kids well
you're talking like a I'm 28 I
understand that you're talking like a
you're talking like a 15-year-old that's
what they say dead ass I what the hell
does that mean I'm serious dead asso
dead ass serious all right so um while
he's getting your property I'll take
your Linens
I was just think I'm more set on my
podcast that's about to that's uploaded
that people are waiting for so I'm kind
of annoyed about it so you're kind of a
big deal then huh a little bit so we
arrested somebody famous uh I got
300,000 followers so so how much money
do you get from that a lot
uh how does that work I don't know I
it's not a lot don't get me wrong it's
not a lot but I'm getting
there that's mom's that's my mom's car
yeah so yeah do not do anything to her
car cuz she oh we towed it so we're not
going to do anything no you didn't yeah
what can't leave we
toed Where What Where did you tow it Ken
Auto in Mayfield village Oh by my house
yeah how much is it to get we don't know
you can have a seat for me um we don't
know the cost but I think we had do we
use a flat B or no yeah so a flatb is
probably like
$125 so you'll probably get out first
thing tomorrow and it'll probably be
like $145 cuz I don't remember what was
the reasoning for pulling me over like
was I you almost you almost was that
crashed into a um a police officer you
almost crashed the guy that pulled you
over like so I was like sliding Lanes um
it wasn't that you were you were
speeding and then he went through the
intersection cuz he had the green light
and then you Slamm on your brakes and
like screeched and almost hit him okay
so then then you get the green light you
go to the light he he does a U-turn to
follow you to pull you over he pulls you
over you
stop he's like about to get out of his
car and then you take off driving again
oh and then he then he finally stopped
and here we
are don't remember don't remember any of
that no not really um I hey it's all
good but yeah that's that's that's what
happened so you almost hit a
cop so wasn't you no it's neither one of
us not me so who was it officer Joe who
looks like your uncle John remember
saying that yes I do remember saying
that there you
go that's who it was yeah Lauren are you
okay to get changed yeah so we'll just
get well before you explain let's get a
change
