As it turns out, the caller was friends
with our suspect and he had been a guest
at her apartment many times in the past.
He entered through a window because the
front door to the building was secure.
He found her window open. He was
hallucinating and believed her children
were in danger. He had a knife on him,
but it was never in play. The caller did
not want to press charges. She just
wanted him out of her apartment. He was
taken to a local hospital for treatment.
