okay okay how about a large amount of US currency over $10,000 no sir how about it okay what are you responsible for in this vehicle this is my back the back seat okay do a search your vehicle in this context [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] one in your driver's license registration insurance often so much they please [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Music] you're in Vegas yeah is that where you guys river Vegas never been okay right Nate look so I started with on slot machine you know give you your first time being there that gave me a little about your father okay Tony he's gonna be in Oklahoma okay first of all the vehicle so I like to check from numbers on the vehicle those require me to open the driver door is that okay [Applause] just taking some number sir won't do it says I'm a guy if I talk to you for a minute okay how long you're gonna be there a week okay where you guys coming from today Gallifrey no you pastel okay okay all right what do know cool all right [Applause] [Applause] so I noticed on the rental agreement it was rented in Portland on the 11th in it shows that it was supposed to be due back today no you're calling Dix in the rhythm so you guys have originated your new flu okay what do you at the Portland visit one of my friends that are out there okay now long were you guys important just couple days okay and then so how come you guys headed right back it was cheaper I don't like flying really I've never really I've never driven okay didn't drive up we got a cheap flight online for like 40 bucks okay got a good meal and we'll set up you know make more expensive to do it one way I don't have that much money in my account all but did it in town when I'm - next in the rental I went right get down to town my paychecks waiting for me okay okay when did you guys fly into our Thursday I believe whenever I read the Corps came into the airport in reducing therefore it's okay and get your friends right with you okay witches are like a neighboring oh okay what does he do for living in Texas our construction well we work for I work for my buddies just a small contractor finds like a little work and we just do my pergolas power-washing truck like okay and who do you work for [Music] [Music] [Music] okay okay all right [Music] any vehicle any guns knives rifles how about any large amount of US currency over $10,000 no sir how about it okay what are you responsible for in this vehicle this is my back where's the back seat okay do you look like search your vehicle in the front it can search for what's inside so it's okay to search the whole vehicle to include the truck first I like to search for me put into the trunk now okay so let me ask you how much money do you have in that trunk none okay so it's not okay for me to search the trunk okay but the rest of these like that oh no you don't want me search it at all okay so here's the deal okay crimes being committed in my presence okay I believe that you are involved in some type of activity now you have two choices in your Mexico okay the Fourth Amendment protects you from illegal search and seizures right we also have any Mexico Constitution which protects you same for New Mexico we have laws that says we give you objects your options are you can allow us to search the vehicle with written consent and that's a quick faster way of getting you out of here if there's nothing there if there's personal use marijuana then we'll deal with that issue if there's large amounts of me then the other narcotics or marijuana will deal with the issue okay now the other option is the option that you choices not allow me do the search okay so what happened now is you guys are not gonna be free to leave okay I'm gonna deploy our credit clipping dog on the vehicle okay it's about alerts to an older of narcotics that he's been trained to detect we will have to detain you further unfortunately and the car and then we'll have to apply for a search warrant okay therefore so those are your choices what would you like to do you don't want me searching okay and that's that's do you have your rights and we want to protect those differ k95 [Music] so here your buddy here I want I would like to search the vehicle your buddy is denied me consent to search the vehicle so what I need you to do some need you to step out for me pull your dog out for me okay I'm gonna deploy my narcotic fishing dog on the vehicle okay okay come on out for me let me put you down real quick anyway a little bit more for yeah woman yeah grandpa even grab his secret for the lighter there as well do grab a cigarette you got a lighter come on over sir where's this let me have a cigarette okay here go ahead and go back over that turn around and touch down real quick okay I want to put these in there [Applause] [Applause] so do me a favor you see that poster says 8500 good and stand there okay we need something for me holler at me I'll go to you don't come to me okay [Applause] beautifully my dog can't tell me hey daddy a gram that they smoked it there's 50 pounds of coke in the trunk he can't tell me unfortunately it is what it is okay oh you know all he recognizes is the owner okay so what we're going to do since you denied me content okay we're not to apply for a search warrant so I'm gonna put you in handcuffs unfortunately cuz that's what my policies require me to do okay you're not under arrest right now okay you're just what's called investigative detention okay give this nice definitely gonna sit in the backseat of this car put your dog back in the car [Applause] the window and put back in the other window [Applause] so my dog to an order of narcotics in this vehicle okay so right now your your buddy the rent to the vehicle as the 9v consent the search okay and we're gonna have to detain you went out the pipe for a search warrant okay you're under arrest right now we're just all the best to get a detention okay let me talk to you so they don't [Music] [Music] my ward [Music] [Music] officer hey no just curious what what's going on -
