okay just a quick update about the West Virginia's most ignorant cop case out of Nicholas County West Virginia that's the case where my client was pulled over for flashing his lights to warn oncoming traffic about a speed trap as I explained in that video which really was was it was an awful video and it went went viral as I explained it wasn't illegal but despite what he did not being illegal he ended up convicted so here's the big update which will be explained more fully in a long format video maybe tomorrow but certainly the next couple of days so we appealed it I brought in another lawyer and you'll get to meet him and he appealed it he had the bench trial today and won today before the higher court so stay tuned for all the details but now we're ready to go
