[Music] I'm officer Buckner West this is Police Department are you okay just little shaken up okay do you have your ID on you can you tell me what happened [Laughter] we're starting to like get into my lane Ahana what road worried on when you're driving stuff I was like they come out from boccaccio that's very good [Music] when you came out and you're driving on Lomond then what happy wait we're just driving up and I was we were all just driving I mean there wasn't any anything out of the normal but then he started coming into my lane so I honked my little fella time for my side were was he on the left side can you step outside please this is her husband that's okay I need him with step off okay so what Lane were you driving it just I get wet in from them very farsighted so okay so it's a three lane so you're late okay was four lane at that point okay and you're in I mean so barring the one that goes away like it ends up so are they on the far right or the far left for them okay right there where the gas station is were Solano is right yes okay what color was the SUV um maroon color okay so has it it's in the left lane and I know right there Solano it does that Lane only turns left and so you're right next to him so you're in that that second left leg yeah okay and then what happens from there it might have been a little bit further back and because that's okay um so I honked my horn because they were getting into my lane so he's starting to kind of cut you off yes he was okay yeah okay and then what and then they kind of slowed down because the ferrets are caught in front of them and so they just slowed down and then once that car had turned they sped up and got right next to me and he knocked out the window with the gun right in my window and I didn't look but I could tell it was I think I'd look just briefly but then they didn't look at them and it was the passenger he was hanging out the window yes what color shirt was he wearing I think it was like gray gray or black and then what hand was he holding the gonna I don't know I think it's left do can you describe the gun to me it was uh it was black it looks like just a handgun okay take some breaths okay it's over with right now okay so what color hair did he have can you describe the guy to me hey he has black hair and he was Hispanic I think that's all that I really got from him any tattoos that you might have seen not that I know sunglasses with facial hair no the guy that was driving though had like a like a mustache I think like a goatee type not a mustache bug codeine dude do you know what he was wearing by any chance he went over the side just saw his face in my rearview here what can you tell me about the maroon SUV it was older it was it wasn't a new model at all I don't know what here but and it was uh it was just an older one and it had stickers on the back window any of the stickers do you remember any of them no I don't know no them stick out in your mind right now I just noticed that there was a lot of stuff were they in the back window on the tailgate the window on the window do you know if it was a design no they were they were like designs like bumper sticker type things I didn't see did you get the description of the black or gray shirt anything else about the vehicle was it lifted we're gonna have rims tinted windows tinted what's the still yes okay okay well we more than likely we cock them new mexico King William George 196 I'm gonna do a passenger side approach to this yeah your windows rolled down No okay but just do me a favor keep your hands where I can see them and do would you mind opening the door the way I can talk to you can I be stopped yeah then what is that for so right now is we received information just keep your hands where I can see em please oh yeah so the reason we're stopping is we received in your hands rec assumed oh yeah you have any weapons on you no okay do you mind if I Pat you down then I'd rather not be pat down because I haven't like broken any laws okay so the reason we're stopping you is we received information that this vehicle matching or vehicle matching this description with two males in it may have been involved in some kind of an incident like a road rage incident do you know anything about that no literally just for bread cause easy okay we're Roberto's where's up down low me down Lomond yeah we're eating how long it goes up play we literally just left like ten minutes ago okay so I'm going to Pat you down for weapons so can you interlace your fingers behind your back you're not under arrest I'm not detaining you but I'm gonna Pat you down okay can you lace your fingers like this separate your feet a little bit there you go do you have any weapons on you yeah footy tough my mouth mitt my 9-millimeter where's it up my my front front like in your waistline area yes sir what is this that's a bottle bottle just from my xbox okay we grab his hand so I can get this off the front building all right okay fine no problem I just want to make sure I get the holster with it you have any other weapons on you no sir okay I'm gonna take the bottle I'm gonna give it to this officer right here okay who's it on the inside of your jacket oh yeah it's right there this room is 104 like air duster you me yeah yeah I got enough you carry a knife anything like that we just came from a meeting that taught me what feel what feels like a phone but then oh yeah there's some bullocksies we're shooting last night there's some bullets in there yeah maybe [Music] on my home defense [Music] that's it okay let me end this off to him okay will you do me a favor and have a seat here please I'm feeling cold what's up you don't mind extending you fill it with anything cold you can have a seat it's not that cold just have a seat on the curb for me so let's do they're happy here so basically we're gonna collect some basic information from you and we'll go from there we'll just get your side of the story and figure out what we're gonna do [Music] okay let me just start with basic information and what's your last name card in US do you have an idea that you want to give me or you just want to give me your information okay what's your first name so that's fine if you don't want to give me any information but you are required to give me at least name and date of birth after that if you don't want me to live in 95 jr. card enough I plead the fifth now leave me alone please okay Adam Cardenas jr. right yes sir okay let's go ahead and stand up put your hands behind your back I'm gonna be detaining you for my investigation lickle your hands leggo your hands some major symptom one detained I'm gonna let Gil finish talking to and assuming it's his victim but last I understood they wanted to pursue charges I was like we even there yeah heard you're late for me please [Applause] welcome back there but to this car we here have an ID but yes sir I give it to the officers up here all right they'll put your stuff right here if anything don't you understand right here anything we're stopping if your car matches the description by an incident that happened on the street so that's why we're stopping you right now okay something to do with road rage Oh I was leaning up against the car what's another two years off this research let me read you something real quick as you're a suspect right now you're not free to go okay you have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law I have the rock to talk to a lawyer having president you are being questioned you can't afford to hire a lawyer one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answering my questions or making statements you know Sandy's right - like just explain them to so I'm assuming you kind of know where we stopped you're right no food so there's no idea when everybody has a handgun on the way I have no keys I just picked them up for her breakfast no he was kind of not my so we went to go eat breakfast get back over here senator you haven't seen the back of my apartment you have a cellphone on you I just have my wallet wallet you can't see it's just like ponies in my car fancy nice car right here it's all a piece of junk like I said man there's an incident that happened over there on Solano and Amador that's how we're here we just don't pick cars random all right are you out with that victim alright we may have your car over here they still went after soup yeah black jacket blue jeans short I mean it's not a show here I'm deciding is the only thing man we have a 1080 was your driver - no and Reese Jesus no out wreath I'm calling on the phone you know you're 21 with you yeah everybody let me get my radio look at the vet and you start out on your drive yo oh he's our the driver the passenger is the one that quick all right yeah we have to get here right now so what's that no just the driver all right thanks lovely definitely not to the dispatcher though I mean it was been to the old ones I mean everything in the for hence I caught the victim that's how I got all the 49 was the location the keep time the color was wrong the guns on your unit man it was right we're more like these are rare see there's only one in there there's not a balloon or anything do you want that yeah I
