or not agree on something with the dog but i know but don't know identify like there are three dogs in that street and that's really the back there three dogs like mine i think he has a problem with other dogs and he was a very bad day but the thing was very aggressive in here three o'clock you see kids with dogs every every time every five minutes so this guy would have baggage and say that kind of stuff i have two kids so and where was it was right here at uh it was in this yes there's uh is that that's the haven right there right where the stop sign is oh so right by that loop yeah the because when we because of the driver and i told him take a photo of his plaque like his plate because it could happen something tomorrow and we we didn't know nothing and he started running and going back and say where he's going and then he says let's go over there and he he stopped his back on the uh no in the house but the lake that's that size knowing his house i mean no here no in the parking so no in the grand grab how you call this the grass okay so you didn't know what house he was in but he wasn't in the car at the moment maybe he said the proceeding what i mean like i said he could have just been having a bad day and he was angry but did he specifically said police officer that's that's why you need to put that in there when i he told that i was you know you change your attitude over here somewhere and then they got out and took a picture of the tag and so i ran the tag tag comes back to right down the street okay so we're gonna go uh i'm just having him write a statement quick to see okay we'll make contact the guy i pulled him up and david no problem he didn't make any other threats did she did he just said he would kill the dog they killed the dog he was police officer he was he was having a very bad day you remember what kind of badge it was was it like silver was it gold no it was a square star you know like a star it was nothing around just just the back like at the store and he just he wasn't and he took the baggage he looked at me he says i'm a police officer when i saw that i just go away to his window to stick with him right away yeah and he'd take the bag and put it in the back i was like it's not the normal behavior that's when my mother says go after him let's see who's who is this guy why he's still showing it back here he didn't see any like lights or anything in the truck or anything no no no no no it's not going to be a unmarked car because because he has a personalized miami tag there's no officer it's a good moment to say hi you can know continue to do that well it would have been an opportunity to introduce himself and said hey i'm your i'm your neighbor and i would appreciate it if you keep your dog from running loose yeah thank you have a nice day yes right away and i'm going to act i'm so sorry about this yeah if my kid opened the door he was yeah so i'm sorry but like i said i'm doing a report regardless because if he is law enforcement i mean he shouldn't be no annoying acting like that to begin with like i said before like if work if he's basically implying that he's a person a police officer people go to jail for that yes so you cannot just impersonate and say oh i'm a police officer and we call that the substitute identity somebody that he wants to be but he isn't that's a normal that's a sick thing most once with you guys in here uh going to work and then that was really it okay and who was who was the one i gave it to you her name was danielle i tried calling her as soon as i got done talking to you but her phone is locked they have is that like a family program like where you can hand out an honorary badge where it says like does it say like family member it says broward county share and it's a straight up straight up batch yeah and they're allowed to do that over there apparently they are because she when she gave it to me uh she uh she told me that they don't have because i she told me they don't have like friends and family badges yeah so because i know there's like many replica ones yeah but no she she like gave me an official one okay because i know some agencies um do like they give out like an honorary one and we'll say like family member um something like that like an honorary thing okay so um okay have you been having problems with anybody else's dogs around here or were you just there was that particular dog in this no there's no issues with it it was it was the issue the dog always getting loose i was more i loved animals so i was more concerned about the dog getting hurt than when i drove down rental park boulevard it was in the middle of the street yeah so then i made i was on a rush to get here to handle something but then i made the judgment call making you turn and see if the dog was all right as i was pulling up i happened to see the owner uh getting it there was an issue with another german shepherd a couple houses down but that's the result okay so okay so you're saying though that no time that you said that you were a police officer he asked me he asked me and i did say yes and i should have said no and then did you before he asked you did you show him the badge before he asked you or did you show him after i pulled when when i told him next time i'm gonna or he said are you gonna report it and i he when he said are you gonna report it and then i pulled the badge and then he asked me and then i said yes so you pulled the badge and then he asked if you reverse he asked me are you gonna report go ahead and report it because i told him that next time i see the dog loose yeah yeah yeah and yes that's when i i pulled the badge off my visor and i was like okay and then he asked me i said yeah and i said don't have the dog loose and then i went on my way did you threaten to kill the dog at all oh absolutely okay okay the dog has been down in my house down this way before i would never threaten i have two dogs on my own one that i'm spending thousands just to keep alive right now i would never threaten to kill a dog never okay if that came up that's absolutely 100 percent false i'm being 100 honest with you i'm telling you exactly what happened you know so your story i mean like almost like almost spot on there's only one one discrepancy or whatever that you know could have been misinterpreted or myself for doing this because once i get in touch with danielle i already know she's going to ditch me out and i'm more concerned about that more than anything and what um there is a firearm inside of run a full background it has to be clear by federal government yeah be the wrong person to have in there and some probably pretty powerful stuff back there yeah but not everyone has access to that stuff that stuff is kept in like a like you know uh us by like a heavy vault like okay and there's cameras everywhere so i mean it's pretty hard to do anything there's 24 7 security why don't even when we're closed there's a distribution center over here they've always got people on there correct but this that one is labeled as a publix warehouse this one isn't it's like an incognito mode oh okay so you couldn't even i mean public records show it is because it used to be a toys r us warehouse but they they converted into a publix warehouse uh yeah the sergeant has it i don't know i made a mistake and i need to just do what i need to do to make it right and so um as far as the badge that's going with me and that's gonna be put in evidence um my sergeant that was here contacted uh broward county and verified and you weren't supposed to have that badge okay she was not basically and that's not your fault but it was not your friends to give okay if that makes sense okay okay you guys were able to validate that she was a deputy yeah okay yeah so but the badge is gonna be i'm taking that putting in evidence and that uh so you won't get that back but do you have any questions no sir um i can't tell you how long or what you what you'll hear but with you know but just so you know it's out there um learning experience so um if you don't have any questions you're was this validated for i'm just curious oh it was just uh because you had mentioned that uh you were habitual and a habitual used to be a felony oh no i'm back in the day they just so what happened was when i went i was just before the borderline of a when uh i did get when i did get this they did fight me on it because uh through the state attorney's office for some reason my last arrest in 2006 they stated am i allowed to stand up now yeah they didn't say that like the last time i was what happened was i just kept driving on a suspended license i didn't give a back in the day yeah but no i was never once i realized i spent two two and a half weeks in county jail down there i said enough's enough so i hired an attorney went to probation and that was the last time i got arrested open and that's the last time i've really been in trouble until today so no and i i relayed that to my sergeant and i said hey because we asked about your background and i said oh he had some you know some traffic stuff or whatever about 10 years ago or whatever but he's turned his stuff around and and uh he hasn't had any issues since so he's got a steady job and i said but the main thing was that your
