if you were to take that breath test and
test over the legal limit of 08 you
would be placed under a 90-day
suspension if you were to refuse that
breath test today you would be placed

doubt and give you that lower of the two
scores once that's done it's going to
test s again to make sure that it's
operating correctly and then it'll give
me a print out of uh what's going on
we'll take a look at that and I'll let
you know uh what we need to do to move
forward tonight once we're done with all
of that what I'm going to do is I'm
going to give you your phone to call
somebody to come pick you up okay as
long as you're able to get somebody to
