did you see the video I just put out a couple of days ago showing the video footage of the police officers allegedly overdosing on narcotics that were thrown in their face during an arrest well now I have the actual body cam footage from the officers it's never been seen before did you see that happen and what I've showed you already I don't think you did take a look at the footage all right Vietnam northbound lane excuse me hey non-flip over here [Music] so according to this police officer's report he was observing traffic on a particular Street he observed a blue sedan with Arizona plates parked at the sky John Hancock's residence short time after he drove by to see the vehicle leaving the area and the windows were tinted so dark that he could not see inside the vehicle the driver was slow to stop and passed several places to safely pull over the vehicle made a right turn onto East Main Street and then pulled over I saw officer Hogan at the stoplight and asked her to stop at my location I approached the vehicle and spoke with the driver Samuel Stewart and a male subject in the front passenger seat I immediately smelled the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle neither subject owned the vehicle was having a hard time locating the registration and insurance card the driver gave me an Illinois ID card and the passenger gave me a Delaware ID card the driver also made a phone call while looking for it both occupants seem nervous the passenger made a phone call as well and he looked as if he was reaching for the door handle I asked them to exit the vehicle and stand in front of my patrol car the driver delayed getting out and the passenger did as well the passenger did open his door and exit the car but was messing around in the floorboard and inside the lower door pocket and I noticed he was wearing a crossbody bag I was on alert and noticed the passenger was making movements that made me feel like he was getting ready to flee he then suddenly took off running away from the vehicle hello what's going on man no not a lot you got your license registration Insurance reason I'm slopping you through your window tint West Virginia has to is to see whether or not he threw the drugs he was alleged to have thrown but I will post the raw footage in full at the blog at the Civil Rights lawyer.com and I've also already posted the footage filmed by my client as well but I will repost that as well so you can watch that basically what happens is he the passenger immediately starts running running away and immediately this officer chases behind him and tases him in the back the guy goes right to the ground he just continues to tase and Tays him and then that's where we'll pick the video back up I need some help so officer Dodge roll then calls for help from officer Hogan the female officer but if you watch the raw footage the guy is just laying there flat on his stomach being tased and it's like he's tased up until the point please like the hell with this and he drives it then to get away but now let's switch to officer Hogan's body Cam and this is where we are going to actually see the baggie of drugs [ __ ] it get out hands up hands up stay where you're at so here it is this all happens very quickly but if we put it into slow motion you can see the little baggie of drugs falling from what appears to be the guy's hand or maybe even the cop's hand down to the ground not being thrown and not even hitting either of the officers thank you I'm done I am 14 okay drop it come on let go of it they go away now let go okay okay [Applause] over there ah tase him again believe it or not both of their body cam cameras are now on the ground so we can't really see any see much at this point but we can hear what's being said and you can see a little bit in one of them which I'll put on the top so just so you can see and hear all the footage here it is okay I'm about to die what's your [ __ ] okay okay I can't breathe please please let go please let me foreign okay okay I'm down I'm done I'm done dude oh yeah dude give it up okay look at my Facebook okay we're fighting one we're having a time I'm all right something's going on with this guy oh yeah come on let's get him up get him on stretcher do more on stretches again here we go all right so there it is I'm curious to know what you think if you ask me the body cam footage is consistent with what it shows it shows the baggy falling to the ground during the struggle when the guy is taken into custody after he attempts to evade after he had already been tased but more importantly the rest of the footage shows that this supposed medical emergency that the male officer was experiencing happened after the female cop started tasing everybody and I had to take out some of the taser footage and the taser noise footage because it will trigger restrictions by YouTube but you can watch the the full footage and what what do we not hear during the ensuing medical emergency we don't hear any allegation that he or at least I didn't that he had thrown the drugs into anybody's face I mean that seems to have Arisen after the fact and the body cam footage corroborates that so I also encourage you to watch the prior video which I also will link and if you want to follow along with whatever comes out of this case I'll definitely be doing
