happened on May 20th about 8 30 PM this officer was called to North Garfield Avenue and East 29th Street in Loveland Colorado on reports of an adult female wandering in and out of traffic and speaking incoherently now as we can see from their initial interaction she's not in traffic she's walking through a parking lot and she's actually pretty coherent actually very coherent and she correctly says that look there's no sidewalk where do you want me to walk and the officer actually agrees with her so there's no ongoing emergency situation or dangerous situation where this lady is in traffic that was reported by whoever called the cops and I think you'll see them later where is the mark of the deceived you just don't want to walk in the in the traffic then where should I be well where do you live there's nowhere for me to be you don't have no design no dig let's stay out of the roadway right oh my God the roadway okay there is man what's going on where do you live
