and uh forced entry on the rear door it was locked um once we made entry uh firefighter Lane went left firefighter Schwarz went right um and we came to a hallway we were met by fire uh pushed us out uh engine then came in knocked the fire down we made an entry again made it back to the hallway found a door on the left side yeah a door on the left uh opened it there was fire from Florida ceiling at that point we called engine two the hose line in uh we backed out they knocked it down and then uh it's pretty much it that's it more time your name uh Scott Lane employee number 17211 thank you sir thank you this is Officer Allison second interview with ofd employee number 11 388 we arrived on scene we stopped at the hydrant we laid a supply line from the hydrant into Engine 2 which was the first engine uh at that time myself and my firefighters pulled a second inch and 3/4 line off of Engine 2 and took it to the back of the structure uh we were then tasked with hitting the front Alpha side of the structure due to propane tanks being there and then had duties after that that'll conclud this is Officer Allison with interview of Station 2 uh Lieutenant Zin engine company number two Zab employee number 13131 uh we were the first engine company on scene we arrived we had a lot of fire um on the front porch which we call the alpha side uh myself and my firefighter uh pulled a 200t inch and 3/4 hose l i uh I went down the left side of the structure um we applied water from the left side like across the front of the porch uh to try and knock down some of the the the porch fire without pushing it further into the house uh we moved a little bit further down that that left side or what we call the Bravo side of the house um and I believe it's like the second or third window there was a the heavy rescue crew was was searching that room so we paused our hose line just to kind of give them a little protection in case that room uh caught fire uh once the firefighter came out of that room and completed his search we moved around to the to the back of the structure about the time that we made the back of the structure uh the fire flashed and uh the inside heavy rescue firefighters um were coming out of the building they were they were uh having to crawl out of the building they got pushed out um we then just went to the doorway started flowing our line um about that time is when uh command called it a defensive fire so we weren't allowed to enter the structure any further at that point um so we just Flo our line uh at the back door until uh command gave us to go ahead to go back inside uh when we went back inside through the back door which is the Charlie side of the structure um we were working with the heavy rescue crew just trying to make our way back to uh the room where the the fire victim was um we never made it inside the actual room that the fire victim was um we were just applying water uh where needed um from the the just what is the back room when you come in the back door um and that uh after that we just did some knp up um after the victim was out um and that's uh think that's it have a all use talk right here oh okay Jackie poock employee number 16534 uh assigned a rescue 2 uh we arrived on scene and parked off of Washington uh as we got off the truck we saw heavy fire and smoke coming out of the alpha side the front porch and a lot of smoke coming out of the back of the house and the sides my partner and I went towards the building our assignment is two out which is to hook up with the outside Tower truck team and full windows utilities to outside truck work we went to the Bravo side trying to hook up with the first outside Tower went came back around to the Delta side and found them cutting bars off the windows once they cut bars off the windows uh some of the windows on the Delta side were already venting fire uh so we started to clear out more of the stuff out of the windows the the window pane all the wood and everything um and then from there just continued to try to clear out the windows once they were all vented with fire through we uh we were in the area for the victim removal uh I just assisted in packaging the patient getting him on the stretcher and help get him on his way to the hospital that was pretty much it and is this speaking loud enough for my oh yeah that's it's up okay anytime ready okay Walter Lewis District Chief uh dispatches district one to compliments for the units for the house fire in the area of 822 Central and Central Robins 111 North Lee and as it turned out it was 111 North Le thank you um R onene heavy fire sh side Alpha on the disat reported somebody was entrapped we upgraded an engine and a rescue to be the medical told me so got on scene and had the reports heavy rescue was first truck began their search efforts engine two stretched line to the side Bravo power lines hindered that operation for a moment so we could get around to side Delta with the hose line uh power lines were compromised bars on the Windows reported hoarder conditions Cruise pulled a second line I brought engine three engine one as the third engine up to the scene immediately to pull a third line to get that in operation and a hose line was uh Advanced the hydrant and a supply was established with engine two from engine 101 Cru attempted entry and after a couple of minutes of trying to get water on the fire and the entry flashover occurred all Personnel got out of the structure they were accounted for safely all three hose lines opened up again water knocked on a fire pushed it down and then uh Tower one firefighter urichko was able to VES and get in to find the bedroom quadrant C Charlie find the victim with assistance from the heavy rescue be able to get the victim out and with getting the victim decided on the care Engine 7 rescue one was tasked with providing that medical care and they treated him transported him down to OMC maintain
