This dude could open his own vineyard with all that wine. Help. Could someone help me? My cuffs are too tight. Help. Can someone please loosen these cuffs? What the is going on? Uh, loosen them when we get back to the PD. When we get back to the PD, what the They're too tight. Did you not see how much effort it took for them to put those on you? I mean, they're not going to risk you squirming out of them while they're trying to loosen them. Sorry about your luck, pal. Flo, if anything happens, we're going to sue the out of you. All right. Officers multiple times. Officer, what was the reason for pulling me over? I'll explain everything when we get back to the PD. Just tell me now. Now I'm getting cuffed for no reason. Probably because you were driving like such a jackass that people called and reported you for driving drunk. Stupid. I don't even know why the I'm being arrested. What is the reason I was being pulled over? Officer. So we got a call for a suspicious vehicle and he he hit one of our officers with a car. Oh, perfect. So that's what led to all of this. What's going on? Cuz it sounds like there's a lot more going on than just he Okay. So he he is on special parole or whatever. Special parole. Okay. Yes. So, it's he's been in and out for the last couple years. Usually, what happens is he'll see a cup and he it automatically triggers him from his past experiences. Now, whose fault is that? So, intoxicated or not, I'm not going to say that he was or wasn't. Like, I'm not trying to debate that. I'm just saying I have seen him personally not influence at all and have a PTSD reaction to things. Not necessarily with a cop and all that, but it's because it's been going on like he's been in and out of the system since we were 17. He has a hard relationship with you guys. He's got a hard relationship with the cops. Every time he breaks the law, he ends up going to jail. And those mean old cops keep arresting his ass. Your officers punch me in the face for nothing. Cops hurt really bad, dude. What was I being arrested for? That's why you're going to want to get back. Where's my sneakers? Where's everything? Hold on. Stop right there, dude. Got punched in the face. Look at my N. That sure is an awful lot of words to say. Let's go. Let's go. Who is he arresting officer? That's me. You're the one who punched me. You're the one who punched me. What's your name? Officer Grad. Come on in. It's okay. Officer what? Oradawitz. Come on over to Hold on. So, you have my picture. What was I being arrested for? I'm going to explain everything. I just want I don't even have my glasses. Where's my glasses? They're back to the house. I need my glasses. Okay. Yeah. Just step out in the hallway real quick. Well, if you'd have stepped out of the car while you were wearing your glasses, you could have worn them all the way to the jail. Stupid. I need my glasses or I can't see you, buddy. I can't I can't see you. Okay. No. No. Put your hands together. No. Here. What are they? A bunny rabbit. Feet together. My My feet together or my hands? Which one are you talking about, officer? Put your feet together. What's your name? Oraits. Oraits. My hands are my feet. Your feet? Put your feet together. Arms down by your side. Are you a diabetic? I don't have to answer your question. Okay. Do you have any traumatic brain injuries? I don't have to answer any of your questions. What is the What is the issue here? So, I'm going to run you through some sobriety tests. Would you like to take those tests? I want to know why you were arresting me in the first place. Because you were driving drunk, endangering your own child's life. You ran from a traffic stop. You hit a cop with your car. You fled. You went home. And then you fought a bunch of cops that were trying to arrest you and cuff you. That pretty much sums it up. So, we got called to a vehicle that had been rolling around the block a few times, right? When I pulled up behind you, you took off. I put the lights on and you failed to stop. We got you. We saw you running across the lawn with your son. That's when the fight happened. So, I believe that you're under the uh influence of drugs or alcohol. That's not true. Okay. Are you willing to take my sobriety test? Listen, you guys just punched me in the face in my arms. Look at me. I'm bleeding. I'm bruised everywhere. You got And that was a yes or no question. Look at this. You guys just beat the [ __ ] out of me and you expect me to have a sobriety test and I can't even see out of my eye. No. No. Are you willing to take the sobriety test? What sobriety test? What are you talking about? Yes or no? It's a yes or no. What is the sobriety test? I'm going to have you walk a straight line. I'm going to have you look at my pen. If you can't see it, you can just do the best you can. You guys just punch me in the face. I can't even see out of my right eye. How do you expect me to walk a straight line? Slow it down. If you don't take the test, there will be a charge. If you take the test, you pass. We won't have to charge you with it. What? What is I don't understand. Well, that's the first truthful thing you've said all night. I'm betting there's a whole lot of stuff you don't understand. You guys just punched me in the face. What am I supposed to do? I can't even see out of my eye. I almost must walk. Up to you. If you want to take the test, you can take the test. I don't need to take it. I can't see. Somebody get that poor man a tissue. I'm going to have you sit in that. Hold on. I want this on record that I got punched and I can't see straight. How am I supposed to be like this? Let's go. Sit. Look, dude. Like, come on, man. Look at Look at what you guys Look at Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How am I supposed to even walk straight? Look at this [ __ ] Look at you. That's your arm. You don't need your arm to walk to me. Hey, go sit in the over there. All this on record. The camera's in there. Camera's in here. Let's take So, that guy got all kinds of charges from all of that stupidity.
