DeWitt is a white male his birth date is 2/10 of 1980 also frozen from the statement is his attorney and mere lead on 1998 but then of course then probation and over 98 you've never pulled anybody you work out I never told her I was a cop then either I showed her my Explorer badge and she thought that was a police badge cuz I got gas telling the whole story okay so I got gas at a gas station but my mom got me a credit card for my birthday and I was skipping school I was eight I would just turned 18 in fact I just turned 18 for like a week station my mom got me a credit card for my birthday and I didn't know you had to call and activate the credit card I didn't know you had to call and activate the credit card so I had to go pay for gas and I wouldn't pay so she was screaming that I was stealing gas and she was gonna call 9-1-1 so now I'm freaking out because I just I just got accepted to the police academy you I just got accepted to the police academy so I showed her my badge and ID which said veto police explored the badge even said explore the bag even said explore I said ma'am I'm not stealing your gas I swear to god I'll be back tomorrow to pay so you're showing her who you are right right as the means of assuring her that you're not a thief right we're not trying to say give me gas and cop I want two courtesy it wasn't like that in fact I went back the next day to pay the $13.40 hey to pay the $13.40 that i pumped in gas because i went back the next day and paid it [Music] [Applause] [Music] my mom in fact they just turn 18 for like a week [Music] I just got the 90s at this gas station you were young you've never told anybody you were a police officer or that you'd been a police off and he bunny or mistake you for a police officer now what about the incident in Tampa you didn't tell them that used to be a police officer me that the police officer I told them that I used to be with an explorer unit out of Oviedo yes we met off of a few Madison's that you have done and you have to put in your cars and I haven't been in trouble in 10 years do not get arrested at all up in here and then the registration that miss got me in trouble for yes you're right that's the only time in 10 years you've been arrested yes he would arrest in Chicago recently I was detained for throwing a chair yes so our ports not gonna say that year on the fourth floor flinging chair 6th floor 6th floor flinging chairs of the guys scream get it was the police do when they got there they got there and they said I can't fling chairs and actually they were they let me go but then the gentleman said no I feel like I need to press charges so did they arrest you they took me down to a substation and then let me go so they booked you you don't have to know court appearance you know that they have a court appearance but it wasn't booked or anything like that so you do have to go to court there I don't know in fact the court system said that I don't have to come so you were you were not charged with a crime I'm not gonna I'm not gonna find when I get when I when I get this I'm not gonna find you it's charged with a crime there from my understanding because I don't have to go to court that I wasn't arrested I was held made questioned him they talked to him and then they let me go I didn't even post a bond or anything like that I got you okay so you weren't arrested in and released on your over Congress you were just detained and no is a sign anything or anything like that I didn't throw the chairs at him I threw chairs off the balcony to get his attention and saying hey dude that's our that's our truck it's a rental truck what do you do how many chairs you throw I did throw two or three I won't lie there's no lie okay but detective what does that have to do with now well I have to do with your credibility oh sure you ever told anybody that you were police officer and here's another question before we go we're not doing more questions at a closest okay okay we're not done no it's fun it's very important with what I'm doing right now I think he's got the information needs what are you doing what the it look like I'm doing dumb get the over before you find out officer listen I know what I'm allowed to do and what I'm not allowed to do what you need to do is figure it the out before you start talking and cutting off soft looting
