know when they knocks a lot new procedures what's type retal for this for Moses did you take care tegretol today yes as prescribed and you mentioned prison earlier so I imagine you have been arrested before yes so since you're out of prison you're probably not on probation now you don't have one brother one sister two brothers two sisters probably my my my Ganga brother probably my you're my older sister chat word name is tanisha the Tradewinds dress right okay okay [Music] [Music] [Music] they're right to talk to a lawyer before and during questioning you understand these rights and do you wish to continue to talk to us weirdest to open your hands beset with her he says my signature below indicates my constitutional rights would explain to me I fully get on it and I fully understand these rights my cooperation in the interview is being given freely and voluntarily without threats or promises from the persons conducting the interview her line and I understand I can stop the interview at any time during questioning [Music] [Music] [Music] sheeran highschool sweethearts well so have you been living together since high school mm-hmm just was all over then though yeah how long have you had the current apartment together few months like since you've been out since February so was it just you the two of you and your daughter yeah yeah all right so where'd you sleep last night you slept in a jail cell [Music] what incident are you talking about that happened until the end of that happened Oh ain't like the treated they put on me yeah I talked to him about it before and I knew I knew it I'm the weapon have been an NBA star a NFL player and my mom was all that study was all it was it wasn't in any kind of see yeah she liked him she's leaving so what trick did they plan on you in whose name I believe it was her brother but I'm not absolutely sure about dad but I know she has something to do with it they put some kind of bull tricks on me I was talking in my ear the whole time yeah as far as what voices you're hearing what were they telling you and what happened in a certain in a certain place [Music] stop telling everybody everybody that knows me I told you I say look I know I can if I meet the right person you stay out of the streets I can get in shape you're not in play you do basketball and be a legend or playing football and be lazy and pretty much everybody everybody still about my side me they aren't they aren't they already knew it yeah the boys that started like I told I asked her why does he do this and she said what are you talking about what I'm talking about I'm like these bots that I keep hearing in my head I know that I'm a basketball player or a football player I got out of shape but I can still get back and say to do it I just kept you in these boys they say yeah yeah yeah we know what's going on and we know how to do this and we not be bad you know play ball play play ball play sports play music yeah putting school where you start I wasn't DeStorm but I was a star on the team I could have been the star of the team if the ball was in my hand a lot but the ball went in my hand a lot so they already had that God can do it already well yeah good idea yo dude have you been to the new arena yeah so this morning you were enough time to figure out why he did that to you yeah your answer see she was she said it what do you she just kept saying what am I talking about it she don't know what's goin on need to call my mom and I'm like y'all know exactly what y'all did so just go ahead and just tell me the truth was what was going on and you said okay I'll tell you your mom did it to you I'm like oh I knew she was lying so last night how late was it before you finally were able to get some sleep probably he stopped by a few times then I walked past on the sidewalk and seen them on a bitch sleeping then I was like yeah it was it was him it was gonna be a son to do with it [Music] because I guess because I was that I was a star yeah everyone so what time was that when he was meeting on the door yeah it was sometime this morning okay so Remi was already on the floor then yes last time how did you leave things with I have I had a couple cigars and smoking that just walked out the door with a knife and went somewhere that isn't home they mean out and alone it didn't work so you walked out with a knife in your hand probably I wouldn't even pay the no money because I was I was so confused and I just wanted to see the area yeah and that's when you walk down the stairs and tours in a garden did you go out the front of the complex or just run right through the bushes no I just cut by the tennis course and just walk straight up like towards the dumpsters every through the night so then you go out to Hiawassee and that's when you run into her brother it was sound asleep I'd need more disturbing because he has something to do with it too it was either I was Dwight Howard for I was Amar'e Stoudemire so when he was not you don't have a cake Lord oh there's Anthony I guess Anthony doesn't that's why he was knocking yes supposing Suzanne she tasted links on it so Nikki I don't work along Thanks so the key you have didn't work how long you been living there with her well I just moved back in a couple of days ago oh you moved all your stuff back in please no I just I just felt like I was doing the right thing and I and I knew and I knew what they'd do to get back on track so I had decided to go back over though and that's not her divorce isn't everything so when you left to go over your mouth for a month it wasn't because she wanted to leave it was your decision so then you come back a couple of days ago and how did you around me get off no the first thing was it was it was pretty much trying to treat her the right way you know this kind of stuff see they say positive things and to her or about yourself to yourself so say positive things to her like nice things mm-hmm what type of things do you normally say you read it are nice well you know the pills on top time when she kiss me go I mean you know what you kiss me go she pushes your buttons yes she and she's known you since 97 so she knows how to push up on what type of things did she say that make you angry she the same thing is like I might have to call link side behaviors sinan or she gonna call my mom for me I was kind of kind of like really too much calling names okay she just think she's just trying to get you help no no majority of the time I'm right and she can agree to it but she'd almost going to hear you mm-hmm so she's pretty independent huh yeah how'd she get to work okay so did she work yesterday yes and then last night when you guys got into the altercation and what was she doing when she's sleeping like in her bed or on a chair or on the couch or what was she doing on the couch watching TV [Music] so what was the argument over you want to watch my neck football no I was watching it already in a bedroom okay do the arguing with her about the voices that I was here to my head because I kept telling her I'm not a failure I'm not a failure you're not a failure you know I want to prove it to her so I started hearing these voices in both of my ears of that day never stop to the medication yeah so you were able to come back these voices by taking meds or or did you not take that I was taking me there at one point but not like also posted me and these are the seizure manager talking about her different kinds of it well I wasn't getting the voices like how I was getting last night so where was this night before it ended up in your hand in the kitchen yeah it was in the kitchen okay and so she's in there watching TV and you're getting upset over arguing over the voices and how'd you guys end up going to blows I just I just want others they say some positive kind of confirming it has confessed what she needed kind of reaffirming what your what your believing right and she wouldn't do that what was her response what am I talking about you're going crazy I'm gonna call Lynx I she was telling you you're going crazy mmm did that upset you okay so that did that part didn't bother you what about the lake side comment did she ask you to leave with your hands okay I think have you punched me I probably go straight to around she was already down yes okay so you stabbed her before you figure in the face okay where was the first stab wound do you remember so she's already on the ground before she started getting pashing the face mm-hmm what was she able to do to fight you off how about the scratches on your neck there's a Lunde that one so I want to take my home oh you did mm-hmm this was after you attacked her you wanted to do that okay so she wasn't able to defend herself no would you say would you say that you have us that you were stabbing her or like slicing her straight in across what hand were you holding them - Oh move them right in the left are you right-handed okay and you use both what was running just voices do you know I mean you probably not done this and passed on the showing right nah not another as much as I have last night so this was a major event for you oh I wanted it to be because I knew I knew I kept telling myself they're all supposed to be in the NBA I was supposed to be the innovators got a shake and did she she and believe you know she believed me - you wanna confirm to them yeah I can show you we go out to the court [Music] she tried this again no so what was she saying when she's screaming and yelling crazy and what's wrong with you you need to go to church and praise I'm like it's not about the church because I know opposed to be a star and some day just for if not a star these someone is in you so that's why I used to throw because she wouldn't stop [Music] yeah they know that prep cause I was talking to him about that stuff just before I came back they were trying to put and you mentioned she was biting it wasn't because your hands because I was talking to her and just had that was what she was standing opposite we're trying to figure out how she got the deveined in the first place she was already over there though did you know why she was there no she don't she felt she was man down already on the floor yes when he first had a conversation together she was already laying down was she going to sleep why she wasn't applause you just watch the TV thanks for watching TV that was before this day so did you guys make up and did you make up she was unconscious so she was probably do you think she was deceased [Music] so did she have her clothes on and they started or you took off her panties or what happened those are like the asiagos the dress on she have any panties on she doesn't there was a towel next to her I think you use the towel for any reason did you use anything to wake yourself after the fact so when you cut it up off of her where did you go through the door the door what's her brother knocking was happening with a sister when was he back and after that he knocked after she was gone so why did you pick out the door to do so Anthony has gone at this point he wasn't knocking anymore and security [Music] I'll just a few times why'd you do it the clothes you were wearing at the time no I had I had killed some of them on like the under stores I come on and my bosses I killed only and I had threw some chains on what did you do with the jeans you had on before that did you ever sit down or lay down I'm dead yeah when I was watching the football how about after we were changing your clothes like did you have to sit down and take off your jeans no did you have shoes on when you were taking off your jeans that you had to take off so you were able to get your jeans off what about the shirt you will learn is that still in the apartment earn a new shirt where you kept the shirt on me Hannah I noticed that you had some blood on your chest when you were having sex with me which maybe you just didn't have a shirt on at all and your hand got caught during the stabbing yeah how many times do you think you stabbed her it was all a nick or above so probably about making about seven times six times then I started just go ahead and cut a name like like I was throat cut mmm-hmm did you do that from the front or from the back before okay this is why she was laying on the floor yes did you spit her neck before I have to get sex with her would you do it the knife after that that's what I walked out with isn't my bad party which of the pensiero the one of the head can you describe the knife this is those those sword kids at night without a hand along with the handle with a short kitchen name is it metal yes so once you walked outside would you do from there after you went past the bus stop when you do from I walk pass through two cashiers Club asking why he kept doing this to me why do you want to do this walking time from the apartment he was talking about before the last time so the knife in your pocket and he's asleep in a bus station were you thinking about hurting him because my mom knows like what you just hurt yourself and how did you try and hurt yourself you can cut my wrist I really didn't about this off the brigade's what did you do with the Pope that's a long history for you too [Music] [Music] and you were good dance I can do a better job yeah but she goes over everything I say with our kid she goes over it again yeah probably a good thing that your daughter wasn't home huh oh you think you never hurt your kids no no what makes you say that you couldn't do that they made too much to you you would have made sure that she didn't see that happen to her mom they say it would have been pretty bad for her vomit icing so thank God she wasn't there so from the time that you left the apartment until the time you got to the gas station is that when the Orange County Sheriff's Office card with you well bank across the street first and something on some guys who at his truck what's he there he drove with you on the hood of his car oh really so you didn't even get in the car so when he when he got to the gas station don't when you get off or you fell off no when you got to the gas station I just hopped off and just went inside walk past occasions and just walk behind them the cash register i i'm the turner robbed in the area things going all these cigars we're not talking once so you're at the gas station what was this man i mean at the bank what was he doing when you okay so you freaked him out Wow dude was he screaming at you to get off his foot no I just point his fingers like you don't get off with his lady next and the Pastner season saying get off and all this kind of stuff yes how'd you get to have a central enough control via poor families so when you were seeing a health central they took care of you I imagine yeah did they tell you what was wrong no no they seemed to know they didn't tell you how did they seem to know because I was just say names like Dwight Howard Jameer Nelson I'll say like Michael Jackson Michael Jackson I mean what's going on hey spell Jameer Nelson CME or but you know you're not Michael Jackson I haven't seen you moonwalking he's deceased can you stick to the NBA stars you know you're not doing our teaser you probably could have been no don't you think not with all this look at your size and your height and your fitness level and you upset you didn't make it still working for right now yeah has it been tough since you've been out of jail to find work have you been trying to find work what type of work do you do construction warehouse work what are you construct what I was doing greet me sir so that's a good skill I saw a certificate that you had graduated from a class what was that might have been the college session that I started it was like an award no no no spotty rain is not had your name on it was certain of the fireplace oh that's her brother so he great he got some sort of you did you ever hit her before not before that I used to like push on those on Monday with asking physically here so you guys would push each other or she you were just pressure will push around and joke around I mean we know this is the toilet open a time to be serious to push it back not a fool yeah just like okay what made you so angry divorce is it why did you think you were capable something like that I wouldn't even try how do you feel about what happened I just I just wish they they they would have left me alone we was talking about voodoo and all these kind of magic power crowd and this thing you know I got it in my head every well Luke it's like a voice a table that I've died that I remember I'm like yo court like weird is weird I never felt like that do you see even New York it's her mom when you think are my own organization so you wish at this point you wish that they wouldn't have messed with you and talked about the rooty amount you know so do you feel pretty clear headed now and how do you view this situation now that your head is clear you think she deserved what she got this year something do you look at it right now do you feel regret do from sorry for what happened to her yeah because in this number would have happened in everything with a window of course like it was supposed to I'm gonna have those struggles or no murders so she couldn't hit you back mm-hmm so she went down pretty fast huh well she asleep by any chance no she was not asleep she went down pretty quick so she never actually she got up from the chair you said earlier yeah how'd she end up from there onto the floor she just gave up on calling around no I just grab and say why does I do this to me man why did y'all do this to me I'm 32 years old gotta let me have that AIDS or something Oh Michael Jordan is somebody he's polling at least Kobe do you get jealous when she talked about her love of Dwight Howard no no because you wanted to be that focus that that one she looked up to that one she admired you you didn't do you feel like she felt that way about you yeah you do I was in prison a lot of the prison was like Dwight how do you think Remy loves you you yeah how do you feel the heart yeah I understand is there anything else that's it what she did she ever try and make it off the door I try and leave you hold her down did she ever ask you not to hurt her no did she beg for her life mmm what she said she begged you not to kill her yes you said please don't do this just go ahead and go to church and pray right now just go to one to ten and probably like look to not gonna be nama had the whole team time is 824 20 24 hours you Oh [Music] I can make super naughty I know it's all of you yeah no I'm not talking [Music] we're going to move it they hit them over at the Magic Castle not police [Music] and they put it that you filled out the Colonia this guy has come into so hanging them he behind Richland I can't get in the door he's my heart away so I can not get in the door I'm holding the door not gonna hit it yes I do yes so long what's the matter dear innovators walk their feet I was cleaning the cake and he walked right in and was behind the door [Music] mr. and um I know I try to push up off the door we can tell you're only keeping for him three-fifty Western Anya become a career I know child is entirely ain't necessary just so he yes okay he became a master the door I don't know [Music] No and blue yeah because I can guess got me luck out he's know about the doorway race to the Harlan County hisses door this time it since I deducted Oh I saw you missing me man happy Comanche once I do this no black right now we're back now Wow what is all do this to me [Music] and you know [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh [Music] concert I'm out [Music] [Music] oh my god [Music] straight good in Oaxaca time [Music] I also could ignore me that opportunity pocket anything back there here like one long after we're two one [Music] they were policing [Music] yeah [Music] a fire was going on [Music] John McCarthy mmm step one out there so how come outdoor exercise is just open the door I'll be fired up about this yeah you'd be fine the triangle the door about here he's out since the ground we are going to help you hi [Music] that you
