He's got to be right here somewhere. >> Okay. Homeowner saying he within seconds from us arriving that he left. What was he wearing? handcuffs. >> He just had a jacket and and he's handcuffed, but he had like cutters. >> The handcuffs are still in his back. Please canine. >> I'm going to stay back here. Yes. So, believe it or not, that guy actually got away. They didn't find him. Took him months to track him down and they got reports that he was armed and dangerous or whatever. So, they sent the SWAT team after. Marvin had four active warrants at the time of his arrest for possession of controlled substance, resisting unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, and aggravated assault on a peace officer. He was given an additional resisting [music] obstructing charge for fleeing from the SWAT team along with a shoplifting and another resisting charge for the incident that occurred at Lowe's. The other suspect had two warrants for failure to appear to court stemming from previous possession [music] of controlled substance charges. for this incident. He was additionally charged with shoplifting, resisting, and another possession of controlled substance charge [music] due to officers finding on his person. So, there's a second half to this video of another suspect, but the dude steals a coat. He's cold. He seems homeless and mentally ill, and I'm not I'm not going to punch down on him.
