do you wear contacts or anything no no
can you see without your glasses
um barely barely like if I held this up
would you be able to focus on it without
your glasses
I don't know you know you want to try I
haven't had I haven't had tests in over
a year and a half I just got the email
saying I need a test okay do you want to
see if you can could you see this

injuries that are going to impeach on
taking any of my tests any physical
injuries besides a tour labrum though

how long are we gonna do this
skew test okay
because I already passed it once you're
good
and you know the wind's getting in my
eye so you know that's bothering me okay

necessary
you have your body cam on yes I do

your car so what I'm gonna have you do
is put your right foot in front of your
left Heel To Toe just like this with
your hands down your side can you do
that for me now yes yes all right I need
to stay just like that while I explain
the test okay
whatever you do is I'm gonna have you
take nine Heel To Toe steps down a
straight line just like this
it's going to be nine steps okay we're
gonna count out loud one
two three and so forth until you get to
nine once you get to nine I'll have you
take a series of small steps just like
this
to go back down the line Heel To Toe one
just stay in position
I'm asking my back my father
yes you get to the end series the small
steps pull them back until you get to
nine okay make sure your hands stay at
your side counting out loud each step
Heel To Toe do you understand yes okay
you may begin
[Applause]
can you just take a series of small
steps just like I showed you
[Applause]
[Applause]
on
all right
okay
all right you can turn around face me
let's talk somebody to do is I'm just
have you stay on your side just like
this hands down while I explain
everything okay you're gonna pick
whatever foot you'd like right or left
it does not matter you're gonna pick it
up approximately six inches off the
ground keeping your foot flat you're
gonna look down on your foot and count
out one one thousand can you explain can
you I will damage I'll demonstrate for
you okay you're gonna pick up whatever

have a right to talk to an attorney for
advice before we ask you any questions
and to have him or her with you during
questionings if you cannot afford an
attorney one will be appointed for you
during before any questions if you wish
if you decide to answer any questions
now without an attorney present you will
have the right to stop answering at any
time
you also have the right to stop
answering any at any time until you talk
to an attorney further you have the
right to have an attorney present during
any questionings do you understand your
rights have they've been read to you
