[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat up here. [Applause] [Music] Good morning everyone. Thanks for tuning in and hanging out with me this morning. I have handpicked some wonderful videos today. Some of them are new, some of them are old, some of them are classics. Um, I don't know who else may have streamed them or or what's going on, but um, yeah, some of them were sent to me. Some of them are favorites. Some of them I never got around to covering, and some of them I just found hilarious. So, so that's what we're going to do. Starting out legal fiction, throwing out memberships right off the bat. Thanks, buddy. Very much appreciated. Um, I told some people in the chat before we got started. I'm trying a new setup today. Um, not anything here like software kind of deal. If it freezes or ducks out or skips or anything, somebody somebody in the chat let me know. Uh, figured out figured out how God can't even talk this morning. That was a bad day to go live. I figured out how to keep my or how how to get the video to lower the volume while I'm talking so that it's not all muffled and I don't have to pause it every time I have to say something. Only thing is it goes through this software off to reream and then back to YouTube. So it may it may work, it may not, but from what I can tell we're actually live. So, which maybe is it? Okay, never mind. I don't know what's going on with that. That looks funny. Okay. Um, God, it's been a long morning. I did make the the the switch to dayshift at my job job after 13 years of nights. It's taken some adjusting. Needless to say, my body's not sure when to sleep and when to be awake. And I haven't figured out how to schedule all of my things that I do every day into a totally different window of opportunity. I guess Chris thrown out a super $5. Fear me for I have a blue wrench of death. Oh, hello everyone. Welcome to Shainstone Criminals. If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge ball. I've always said that since dodgeball came out. Anyway, let's see if I can figure out how to make this work. And we'll we're going to do a a classic act act right here in the beginning. And then there's another one that it's it's hilarious. So, I'm going to play the whole thing. It's like 27 minutes long or something like that, but I laughed my ass off watching it yesterday. So, hopefully hopefully you guys will find it as entertaining as I did. And if not, okay, whatever. Sorry. Okay. Who's ready for a video? You guys can't I can't hear you guys. So, um, we're just going to do it anyway. Check this one out. If I can get it to play. [Applause] >> On November 5th, 2023. >> I don't like when they put the >> to a suspicious white vehicle parked >> the best parts in the preview. >> An officer approached that driver who refused to comply. He can bond out and then if you want to pick him up, then you can do that. >> The man was charged with resisting arrest. YouTube thinks you'll love the video on screen. >> YouTube is just going to have to chill for a minute because I've got other ones. What am I? Oh, well, did it freeze up? Um, like I said earlier, for those of you just tuning in, I'm trying a new setup. So, if anything freezes up or goes wacky, just let me know and I'll try to uh try to get it all straightened out. We'll see if it works. But I don't know. This one that's 27 minutes long. But this is the one I I laughed my ass off throughout just about the entire video. And when you have a situation like this, which I deal with myself, >> where you have a belligerent, angry suspect that exits a home and wants to yell and scream, clearly there's no reasoning with them. There's really only one way to deal with somebody like that, and that is to immediately grab them once they once you see that they are not going to cooperate in any regard. Put them in handcuffs and put them in the back of your patrol car as safely as possible, and then try to finalize your investigation because the last thing you want to do is have them go back inside the house where they could potentially access firearms or other dangerous weapons, come back out and use. >> We may do that, Katie. >> I got to see what's going on with my >> search warrant if they >> shift rotation and all that stuff. very quick. So since he already came outside the best route this suspect had just >> worked out. That's wild, huh? >> So, for use of force, we're going to go to the Supreme Court case Graham versus Connor, which dictates that the reasonleness of a particular use of force is going to be judged. >> Okay. Um, I got a popup that I had disconnected and that it's reconnected now. That was on my end, guys. Um, I don't know how or why it did that. Hopefully, it's back on. I can't say for certain. I don't know why you be having people pull up in front of my house anyway. >> No. That's a dangerous precedent to set. >> Once one kid gets zapped, it's it's going to be on. >> I'm I'm going to be zapping them to get out of bed in the morning. or your apartment. You let her in early. >> No, she she she was she used to live here. >> Yeah. Not live here, but you know, spend the night and stuff. So, >> Okay. >> All right. The The worst part about videos when stuff like this is going down is how calm the kids are. They're used to it. They see it all the time. You've put them through this [ __ ] probably their entire lives. And it's it's just horrible. How you going to raise your kids that way? Now we got to take you over to the hospital and then we're just going to end up releasing you for with some paperwork. Was that worth it? Hell no. Not worth it. Hello. I'm Officer Marello. Uh I wish it didn't come to this, but here we are. Um, I'm going to need Stay back for me. >> Tell me back. Stay over there for now. I'm talking to her. Step back over there. >> So, we didn't get to this part earlier because you decided you guys were going to have a WWE match. So, I don't know if the other officers explained to you, but they're going to flush your eyes when EMS gets here. We'll let you go first uh getting flushed cuz she got out of her vehicle for the WWE match. Then, we're going to get you over to Memorial. >> That's fair. >> And I'll explain to you a little bit more after that. Okay. or before that before we get you over there. There's qualifications that make it domestic. Okay. >> Now, regardless of the fact, there was no domestic that or there was no crime that occurred while I was here. You were grabbing your stuff. You were leaving. Is that right? >> Yeah. I was cooperating >> until she decided to come back down and she >> It's not domestic. If she was fighting her sister >> while we were outside WWE over there, >> I didn't see that. I didn't see >> right right in front of us. And this is just Thankfully, you didn't get involved because if you got involved, >> this is just stupid. >> It's going to be >> as stupid as it can get. >> A domestic. She's saying no. You're saying no. But you have clothes here, but you also stayed here on and off for a year. So there's It's still not domestic, right? So afraid two people fighting. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That may be the best thing I've seen on SDC. >> If I felt like uh charging, I should say both of these individuals. That's all it' be. And uh y'all would be on your way. Now you get some paperwork. Or I can do simple battery, simple battery, whatever that is, whatever that may be. But it's still no domestic between these two. >> And we're not taking misdemeanor charges. So right now, all this mess is for no reason that occurred. So we're going to have to take them to uh both them to memorial >> and then drop them back off their at your respective places >> and that's where we're at. >> Okay. >> That's a shame. >> Um unnecessary. Yes. Thank you for staying out of it. I know that's a sticky situation. >> I mean that's my sister. It's your sister and your ex-girlfriend. >> Stop. Yeah, I would. >> It is what it is. >> My ex-girlfriend now. >> Whatever it is. >> Girlfriend, ex-girlfriend. We broke up for two minutes. Literally. Like >> it happens. >> I got pepper spray in my mouth, too. >> My name? >> Yeah, >> I'm good. >> Yeah, I told you you were good. >> So, >> yeah, we didn't about >> We didn't find those right there. >> Is that your nephew? >> Yeah, that's I don't Only thing it is. >> She seems surprised that they didn't find us when they ran her name. Is is AC rolling? >> Yeah. AC roll. Good. It's all >> right. 41 was never a 41. She never took the vehicle. >> Okay. >> They broke up this morning. >> Okay. >> She's on and off here. Girlfriend. Girlfriend. >> Okay. >> I roll up on scene. I see a female over there screaming. And I have no clue who that vehicle is. So, I park see where I park. >> Yeah. But her and the sister weren't in a relationship. And as far as I know, the sister didn't live in the residence. So, I don't think it's DV in that situation. ex-girlfriend. >> I think they have to share a household if they're not >> tickering back and forth the whole time. >> Girl who called who's in the back seat here. >> I think that's the way it is here anyway. It could be different. >> Malibu, which is still there, >> right? >> I don't want nothing to deal. I don't This is at this time is still disorderly. I just want her to grab her stuff and go. She started grabbing her stuff, packing it all up. as she was driving her last bag, original caller, came back down, who was 27 the whole time, >> and started screaming at the driver of that vehicle, which is her sister, who's in the backseat of my car. >> At that time, she gets out of the car. >> They have WWE match. >> Next to that, there >> in front of you guys, in front of us, in front of the police. Uh, >> Tabby pepper sprayed them. And here we are. So driver and her is right now all it is is a frey a fight. They're both 27 and it doesn't qualify as a 28 and she stayed out the whole >> because their relationship was with her. >> Yes. >> And this is a sister and >> so all it is is a fight. >> I didn't do anything >> any kind of force. >> Uh no I let the pepper spray do its work and we just stepped back and we said stop. >> Did you spray or just W you? >> Just dab. >> Okay. We got to take them. We got to take them charge them with a frey. >> Okay. Um obstruction. You do do obstruction for failure to follow your verbal. >> Does one of them want to press charges or is it just because they array is a is mutual combat in public? >> I thought one of them would have >> no state state pressed out. Okay. And like I said, you can do obstruction for them not listening to your email. All right. Emerson, you going you about to search her or what we about to do? >> I I was told I need to maybe transport her to the hospital. >> Okay. >> For what? EMS isn't going to take them. >> Why are we going to do it? >> Because they're 1095. >> They're not though. They're being released. >> Officer Emerson, take this prisoner, put her in your car, and do what you need to do. I'm not going to debate it with you. Okay. Can you do that, Officer Emerson? Thank you. >> I don't have to go to the hospital. >> We have to. >> Apparently, we have to. That's >> That's my >> right now. You are in custody, which means your hospital bill is paid for. >> Okay.
