All right, this is USA Copwatch. You already know who I am. So, right here on the other side of the fence is the Fort Worth Police Department training center. They also train nearby departments. So, they going through training. You know, all the police department all police departments make mistakes besides besides a few. You got some perfect police departments like for example Great. You have, for example, um Capel. They perfect. Like I haven't seen that one issue with those police departments. You got other police departments too. You got you got some other great great great police departments as well. I'm not gonna name more of them right now. But we all know Fort Worth do make mistakes and this we going to observe their training. So I do have a another tactic. not tactic, but I have another I have another way of getting better closer video, but I'm not going to do it right now. It's a windy windy day. So, I'm not going to do too much talking. Once I make it over this bridge, you will get a much better view of their training. As you see right now, see how they they're doing driving training maneuvers, pit maneuvers they going to be doing. And how I knew they doing this today, I got good intel. But anyway, we gonna watch the driving. They can't beat me at driving because I'm I'm actually a professional. But we gonna watch. They doing drive maneuvers and tie hole charges, motorcycles as well, pit maneuvers. Oh man, I'm mad. I'm so mad it's windy. I'm so mad it's windy right now. Woo. But it's okay. We We're here for the video. So, give me a second. All right. Cool. say practicing their maneuvers. They might stop cuz I'm recording, but it's okay. They can stop. It's their training day. I get paid either way. So, do they They actually using cars that's out of service as well. They're not going to be using cars that's in service obviously cuz they in service. But these are cars that's out of service that's not really patrol. They testing the the takeoff speed. If you was take off from a traffic stop, they showed them where to place the car at during a traffic stop. I am maybe about 500 yards away. Let me see. No, I'm about 200. I'm about 200 yards away. So, see how you stop and they going to take off. Show them how fast take off. So, if you got anything that's like a four cylinder, a V6, don't try it. If you got a V8, you could try, but you going to get caught if you don't know what you're doing. See, see, to be a motorcycle, he's probably going to go like to be a motorcycle. So even if they have their motorcycle license, they still have to do their training. See, going through cones. So this is the academy class. And I'm not I forgot what week this is to get to this part right here. I forgot what week, but it don't matter. It don't matter. It really don't matter. It don't matter. It don't matter. I got great intel. So now we in the middle. We're in the middle. That building behind it is the administration internal affairs. If you have any complaints of on any officers cuz this is where they get trained at. This is this is where they go for retraining. if they get if they have like a little incident, like a little crash incident, they got to come through here and take this course again. Um, it happens. Nobody's perfect. So, you got recruits and also you have officers that's being retrained because of an incident if one had did occur occur. So, you do take off. Hey, they got this one right here just driving around doing circles. Recruit. The R stands for recruit. Down here is going to be the personal vehicles. I could I could kind of zoom in to see the special stickers from where I'm at. I'm going to try if it's not obstructed. That's 10. This is 20. The Samsung don't play. You got a Samsung. It's got some trouble. You can zoom in, get good quality video, good audio if it's no wind. Man, it's a windy day, man. They look That's cool. They do a lot of training in this building. Zoom in. 10. This is 10. They got squat training. They watch a lot of videos. They watch a lot of videos. I'm not sure how many hours they get um of driving, but I'm pretty sure it's it's quite a bit of hours. You see how they got maneuver around cones? They train for that, I guess. I guess that makes him a better offer. Oh, he knocked the phone down. I guess he ain't do good on that one. Got to tell him to try again. I'm not going to yell anything cuz I want them thinking saying that I yelled something that didn't yell. I'm not going to point at them besides the phone. Cuz you got a lot of cops that do lie. I know a few. I know a few that do lie. When they jabbble on line, when they lie. When the eagle's online too. When they lie. But let's just let's watch the video. Hold on. Give me a second. I'm going to get a closer view. I'm so far away they can't complain about me. This is perfect. Look, see how they train for a traffic stop, I guess. Is this 10? They taking turns doing the takeoff. Yeah, car slow. Yeah, but if you got a V if you got a V6 a four-cylinder, don't try it. Don't try it. They can't they you can't outrun 10 police cars in no four cylinder. Don't don't don't think that's going to happen. Also, you can't outrun You can't outrun it in no V with no V6. You can do it in a V8 depend on I'm going zoom out. You can do it in a V8 depending on your um on your IQ on your IQ. You must be very very smart. And they call the helicopter. Just pull over. Just pull over. Don't put nobody else life in danger. Look, they're not cones. See, look. They knocking cones. Are they really good at driving? I need to be the instructor then. I need to be the instructor cuz they're not doing a good job then. Knocking over cones left and right. It's not that hard. Okay, moving on. This right here is going to be I guess the high pursuit pit. It if they was doing a high pursuit, it' be this. It' be this one right here. and they get paid salary sitting right here doing this right here. So So I guess he's doing this right here is going to be the traffic enforcement the LAR the person the passenger is pointing a radar at the um patrol car that's speeding. You going to go down here and get a closer look cuz the fence line is right there. But it got high grass. So I'm not going to walk in the high grass though. And I guess they go through each phase. The traffic stop phase, the speed test phase, LAR phase. This is right here is going to be the training. This is what they do. I guess it's how they train. I guess. I guess. I guess. See, they shouldn't arrest people that that don't break the law. Especially smart people. See how they line it up, take turns. So each each vehicle has people in it. Right here, right here, right here. So the cars that's actually for the training don't need to be registered really, but they are. They don't have to be insured, but they are. But I'm aiming for these pickup trucks right here. See if they got good special stickers if I can see it from here. H I got I got good view right here. I don't be out here all day. It's easy. Pretty easy training. Ain't that hard. Just don't knock the cones over. I want to see a pickle on this. Ah, he knocked no corns over. Good job. It ain't that hard. So they watched the Chargers do it and now they going to perform as well. He's not going fast enough. He wasn't going fast enough though. He might have him do it again. See, now he's going fast enough. All right. Knock the cone over. You see that cone right there? knocked over. Yeah, he ain't do that one. Nope. Got to try that again. See how he's going to pick that cone up. See, but he was going fast enough though. The first one was going fast enough. It's It's not hard, yo. It's not hard. It's They need more training than this, though. I ain't going to lie. They call forward murder, if y'all didn't know. It's called murder. They need more training than this. They need SWAT training in the beginning. They need real SWAT training in the beginning. So the guy knocked the phone over. They put the lights back on. So when the lights are on, they're not able to um go through the course cuz they um in motion. He just turned the lights off. Here we go. Let's go pick the speed up. See, from right here, the speed will be picked up. They supposed to go through the thing. See, he ain't know what lane to go through. Nah, I don't know about that one. I don't know about that one. He He not going fast behind a curve. All right. There we go. There we go. There we go. Okay. Okay. Okay. Hit no cone. Okay. I wish it was raining. It'd be a more better. It' be a much better video. So, right now they got a drone above my head. watch me, which is party training, which I am not mad. I can hear a drummer right above my head. Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay. He hit that from the beginning to the end. Good job. I wonder how many times did he go? Good job. Okay, good job. Okay, so I'm going to go to the drone in the sky. Oh, they got two drones. They got two drones anyway. There we go. He's going slow. All right. He picked it up. Good job. Good job. Good job. He picked it up. Good job. Okay. Okay. He no crrons. It's kind of slow in the beginning, but good job. So, they got two drones in the sky, which is part of their training as well. We got one drone above my head and one drone that's kind of over where the patrol cars are testing testing out right here in front of me. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Good job. Good job. He hit that corner good. Okay. All right. He did a good job this time. Good job. Good job. No cone knocked down. Good job. Good job. Who's next? Okay, they're going the opposite way now. Okay, left lane. Jesus. Yo, it's not that hard. Why he stopped? Oh, nah. Nah. This I don't know. This This guy right here can't he can't drive. He must be taking the bus his whole life. He stopped. He ain't going to stop. Let's keep going. N he that's a bad one. Yo, he got to do that again. I'll have do again right away. N he n that's bad. That's who who which recruit is that? Can't see from the angle. I'm going to stop it after this so I can upload it faster. Um cuz the longer the video, the longer it takes to upload. Stop. Heat. That was better than the first ones. This is the same car that was knocking over cones. At least it's better than before. Good job. Good job, yo. You can tell who got driver experience before they came here, though, because that was a good job. The other ones knocking over cones look like he's riding horses. left side. Okay. Something new. See how he see how he ain't stopped to ask questions. See how he ain't back up to ask questions saying, "Do you see that cone on that side? That could be people out there. Okay. Going slow. Supposed to be going faster. Okay. Here we go. Picked it up a little bit. All right. They have been hitting no cones. All right. About time. [ __ ] About time. You got somebody new to the party recruit. Heat. Heat. Co knocked over. Jesus. Can't beat that, man. [clears throat] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. You >> got the cone? >> This is all private property. This is restricted. >> Okay. >> The fence is right there. >> Yeah. The property line's over there though. So when you were standing over there filming all day long up there, that's public parking. You can be the R you want. Okay. There's driveway up here. All the way up to the fence up there. >> Give me one second. Can I ask a question? >> Sure. >> If I was you, you was me. Would you step this close? Well, you walk away from me. I'm just not trying to be a confrontational confrontation. >> I'm not trying to be confrontational. >> What's your name, man? >> Look how close Look how close you are. >> I didn't even talk. I'm just trying to introduce myself, man. >> So, where the line at? >> I told you it's up there on the curb line there. >> The curb line. >> Yeah. Well, not the curb line. Like on that side of the fence. I know. I know. The fence goes like this over here. Well, this is just so the fire trucks in place got place to park. But this is technically >> I'm going to find out. >> What's your name badge number? >> The wiki 4276. >> Cuz that's what that's what you start with. Especially being on a uniform. >> I just got a mark unit. I got my [ __ ] piece right here. Got my badge right here, man. It doesn't matter. >> I ain't seen no bad. >> Oh [ __ ] I haven't talked, man. So it's right there, please. Okay. >> 4276. >> Yeah. 4276. I say where you stand up earlier than man, you could be all day long here, man. >> Okay. >> But just back this way like >> I'm trying to line at. >> If I find you line, I'm going write you up. >> Well, you can't do that. But you can make you can make you can make a complaint. >> That's what I mean. >> You can't ride me up. You can make a complaint. >> That's what I mean. >> Okay, that's cool, man. All you want to do, man. Okay. I'm just trying to with you. So let me ask question. Let me ask question. I'm walking away. >> Okay. No, we we have a conversation. I'm not trying to like like it ain't like that kind of kind of me. >> If you was in uniform, right? >> I stepped close you was to me, right? What would you do? >> Well, it depends on depends on how it's going on, man. All right. I can't say like every time something happens, I do this. It all takes like your demeanor is friendly right now. >> Yeah. But you're friendly. >> I'm in the grass. Look how close you walk. >> Well, you start walking away and then you turn and walk. I stop and you kind of >> I'm in the grass. >> Yeah. Well, I'm not trying to be confrontational, man. What's up? We're just having a conversation, dude. All right. >> All right. >> All right. >> That being said, >> yeah. >> So, you got backup and everything. Do you know why he's sitting right there? >> What's that? >> Do you know why everybody probably watching right now? >> What? >> Kind of black. >> No, I guess we saw you over there filming. Do you realize everyone saw you up over there? >> Of course. >> No one said a word to you, right? >> Of course. >> But only when you started coming this way, which is where not supposed to be. All right. So, with that that sound right there, that's red and white. Yeah. >> How can anybody see that from way over there if this right here is private property? You realize that you don't have to put a fence on the property line, right? >> Just because we have a signage though. >> Just because >> this private >> Just because there's no fence doesn't it's it's a restricted area. That's city property. >> That's city. >> Yes. >> Got to pay tax dollars for >> Yes. It's still a restricted area. >> It can't be private. It's city and this is fifth. >> That's not the way it works, man. >> Okay. >> If it's posted, which you just pointed out the sign, it's posted. >> You can't be >> You said 42 what? >> 4276. >> I'm going to go inside and talk to I about have a nice day. M exactly where's that? Okay. >> So, y got to mark it then. >> It is marked. It's down there. >> It's down there. >> I'm telling you the property line. It is saying that this property area >> I think you lied. Yo, >> you can do what you are, man. >> I think you alive. >> Okay. >> I think you a liar. >> Have a nice day. >> You know a lot of people going to see this video. >> I don't care. First time last. Have a nice day. >> I think you a liar. Yo, I think you a liar. I think you a liar. I think you alive. [clears throat] So he's saying that all right here is prior property. There's no private property in the city of Fort Worth that that belongs to the city of Fort Worth. I paid tax dollars for this right here. He can't tell me back up. But besides getting into a confrontation with these lying ass police, like I said before in the video, all these cops lie. So he's saying that this is restricted area. It's not restricted. If it restricted, it would be gated and fenced. Lying ass cops. 4276. Lying ass cops. Mine. Mine ass. Heat. Heat. That right there don't have a um Oh, dru. Is that drug? Was that drug unit or something? I don't know. I never seen that one before. Heat. Heat. emergency. Heat. Heat.
