them and [ __ ] and then and then take them out of their home it's not how it's done it's not your home and you shouldn't have fought with him I don't want to Su you I'm going to need one of you guys to come with us in the back yeah of the restraints um and we're going a short point so we'll be you have the Cs you're going to follow you [Music] Drive prob no they're still there yeah so T can you go with them up front Okay Serge and to the best of your knowledge your um construction site sign has been standing on the property the whole time the Project's been going on correct yes you just noticed it down yesterday yes when you called um yesterday you had called you contacted us you had said that somebody appeared to be staying inside the home you were contacted by one of your um subcontractors that were working on the project and there was some personal items in the home a coffee maker it looked like some clothes um and when you and I both came out here there was no one on the property but those items were still here right correct um and then what did you do you lock the doors I went in the house I made sure all the doors were locked the um backslider was open so I locked that again had me a cup of coffee I mean it was there the garage was propped open so I shut that um and then I locked the rest of the house and I changed the Cod on the front door okay and then this morning actually just let me explain to you what happened was just to kind of keep watch of the house I came by this morning I came up the backside I had observed uh looked like appeared to be a white male sitting inside the residence so I approached the house um he saw me he asked me what I wanted and I kind of Knocked and said hey I'm here I need to speak to you I need you to step outside um he refused to come outside he said that he didn't have to answer me or any questioning um and so his name once we my partner showed up and we made entry into the house cuz the black slider was still open so we made entry he refused to come with us or step outside he kind of tried to shut the door in our face so my um partner came and we took him down um unfortunately we did have to tase him the event to get him down unfortunately come on so there's some blood on the floor that's going to have to be cleaned up now um his name was Abraham um this is not anyone that you are aware of cor no okay and he's not the owner of the house that's purchasing it from you right okay and you didn't give permission for him or anybody else to be on the property without your authorization okay so at this time um he is under arrest uh for Criminal Trespass it was a posted construction site um I'm going to give you some paperwork um so that you have it in regards to the trust [Music] time and you'll have it in reference to who is yeah and the case number and everything is there anything you wish to add change or delete from what you just told me no that okay all right um I've taken pictures of everything inside and then I rounded up his personal belongings look like his clothes his phone that was in there um to be processed up the jail with him so I can walk you through the house just to see if there's anything you on I believe this one the one that she's walking to stuff in the car that's just some of her stuff out of there I don't want to ride around with she pulling it out she already stalking me is she stalking you all right you have anything on atal ite just these stitches I don't know if you guys already make you'll get it all back just got to make sure I get
