and then what happened um
so I was driving and then I heard a
crash and I knew I hit them so that's
why I pulled over okay cuz you didn't
see the car parked on the side of the
road or like how did that happen no I
didn't see them parked to the side of
the
road okay it's
medicine okay so you said you're on an
antibiotic mhm and you took five of them
but was that before driving yes okay why
did you take five of them if you're not
supposed to take five of them I just
wanted to get out of my system so I can
like get better cuz I have ch thrat so I
just wanted to get it better like shock
the bacteria yeah okay that's a problem
it's my issue it's my fault definitely
um okay I'll pay for the damage but you
don't know the antibiotic that you're
on no no okay and you haven't had
anything to drink no no any other
medicines that you're on are you
diabetic no no did you hit your during
the crash
um I hit my head but it's okay you hit
your head okay how'd you hit your head
um just like whip flash whip flash okay
it's okay did you have your seat belt on
at the time I did so okay and after the
crash how come you guys took off and
then came
back
um were you going to leave and then just
sto better of it or felt bad um so I did
took off a little bit and then I cuz I
wanted to get go around the block MH cuz
he's like like you hit someone you hit
someone and then I said okay and I
pulled up pulled up it's my fault okay
it's not her fault it's my fault I I up

step out and lean out on the outside of

yeah did she did she take antibiotics
take something else like is she going to
start overdosing or something on us no

about the time but so essentially what
happened was um I was talking to her
earlier today
um I was working and she actually had C
to pick me up and coincidentally you
know she picked me up and I had told my
uh training supervisor that you know
like I need to leave early and then
that's what happened in the 2 minutes
afterwards now as far as I'm aware uh I
don't think that she was drinking I
think that when I was talking to her she
got upset and she actually took a lot of
the antibiotic medication because he was
upset at me okay so she did just take an
antibiotic just took a like a lot how
much would you say I don't know I never
actually saw the bottle okay um and here
we are okay um I had no idea that she
was out of it um I don't know if she's
still out of it I think she is
emotionally distressed MH um so you guys
just have like an argument and then yeah
she did that okay nothing got physical
between you guys or no um as far as I'm
aware like I I don't want to throw under
the bus but at 10: a.m. she did say that
she had one shot I don't think that
would surpass the legal limit for
driving that was a long time ago yeah
okay
so at 10: a.m. she said she had one shot
but during the course of you guys'
argument she pops a bunch of antibiotics
and here we are well how long ago was
the antibiotics um she had told
me an hour and a half ago I think or
sorry like probably two hours now uhuh
yeah okay I think if you can like I just
want to show her a little bit more cuz
like what's up so the all right I'm just
going to go through it all real quick so
the the way we actually both met was uh
we both actually came out of a rehab
program for alcohol abuse and um you
know I apologize because I'm drunken out
of it right now okay but I do have on my
phone like statements that will provide
you know like back up what I'm saying
and also with my trainer like I sent
them on my work computer so I can I can
ride that
okay but no as far as I'm concerned when
she got here like
literally she came around that corner
and she went this way and it's not
necessarily a flea statement like it was
reported MH it was more so that I had to
remind her cuz she was so out of it and
she actually said did I just hit that
she was like did I just hit that car
which happened and I told her was like
came you need to go back like just just
at the time she wasn't there enough to
perceive that she' Str a vehicle no she
was there enough to perceive it and she
knew and she actually was already
turning when I had said that and she
came back okay BR um all right cool

earlier today that they had an argument
um about an hour and a half ago she told
him that she was pissed off because the
argument and so popped an unknown number
of
antibiotics um he says he he's
also code 18 um he says he is C te she
brought him the alcohol they're both

they're both recovering alcoholics he
said they met in a rehab program he left
work early to come with her he says he
hasn't seen her
drink he he
is oh and that he said that that
happened like an hour and a half ago
yeah he said it was about an hour and a
half ago that the she took anab
box but she said she has stripped throat
she was trying to take as many as she
could to make it clear her system but he
says that she was upset and took

um I'm I'm her mom okay did she call you
or how you know no no I got called by my
husband cuz we find out there my
husband's on the phone here too okay um
have you talked to her at all today I
talked to her a lot of time today okay
um has she been drinking today she has
Dr she drank two two shots at vodka at
at 12 between 12 and 2 between 12 and 2
okay and she's on medication which she
which I know she is and I told her hey
don't drink anymore if you're going to
go anywhere yeah what what medication is
she on she said she was on antibiotics
she's on antibiotics and she's also on
some other um what are the medications

H I don't know all of them but the thing
but she just got put on antibiotics for
her throat and she's had a history of
reacting to antibiotics before okay and
um he's a doctor
M and she she tells me that that that uh
she tell me all day that she did not
drink she was no she did drink cuz she
told me cuz I asked her I said I'm going
to go to the house and check on her
right so between 10 and 10 cu I had my
IV today I had I have therapy for my IV
and I call her at 12 said we want lunch
just no I'm fine she's sick okay so
between 12 and 2 she did have two shots
of bka she told me she admitted to it
and then this guy is at like boyfriend
kind of sounds boyfriend yeah Bo um I I
guess he says that both have like a
problem that's how they met yeah they're
both they're both in rehab and they met
they're they're recovering alcoholics
okay and they've been clean for about a
year but yeah I get it yeah yeah that's
why we keep watching her yeah she lives
with us oh okay okay um yeah cuz I guess
his what he said is that they were
having some issues and then um he wanted
some alcohol so she went and picked him
up didn't drink any and comes to his
house picks him up they get into an
argument and then she takes and
antibiotics so does that track with like
your timeline since you've talked to her
today she's talking the truth yeah okay
cuz I've been watching her all day well
this is from him she she hasn't said
anything because I mean she had a well
check done and I have a ring on my phone
and I check on her cuz I I I was
actually working toring so I wasn't at
the house you know uh so I was remotely
working so I been I mean I'm kind of all
day with her okay all righty um give us

figure out what's kind of going to
happen but we'll we'll keep you in the
