was pulling away um we detain we're able
to detain her we then put her in the
loss prevention office the three of us
were in there but there was also another
vehicle there was a vehicle with that
with her that was in question mhm so
they asked me they're like are you good
I'm like yeah I should be fine so they
took off to 25 the vehicle she's sitting
right by the door and I'm at the desk
trying to get her information as I'm
getting her last name stuff talking to
to her well when that while I'm doing
that a security officer walks in and
takes like his sweet time opens the door
she goes he goes past a little bit and
then she just takes off already in Cuts
so she takes off I run after her I'm
super close to her the entire time
um as we're
exiting um I don't know if she got hung
up on the door

go hands- on um prior to seeing the
target video I thought that I tackled
her after seeing the target video it
appears that she tripped and then I just
went to the ground with her and then she
slipped a cuff um I was then trying to

I think be heard her yelling so then he

her pretty much until he came

portion of it how she ended up on the

happened um I went outside after they
were already on the ground cuz she was
by herself so that's why I went out just
to stand I was just standing right in

then brought her in here she was not

in through the doors and then they
handcuffed her right outside the door

the stuff so it was just went in and her
in here okay and then that's when cuz I
was over at guest service when they ran
out the yard ah gotcha okay and uh
officer went and said that a security
guard came in okay um so what happened
so I was coming in to print out a
receipt uh for the report and as I was
coming in the door was open behind me
and she bolted and then she was sitting
there yeah she was sitting right here
and she took out off uh through
and then um that's when the officer ran
after her and as I was coming around the
corner um the woman in handcuffs was
like jumping into the door to open it on
both doors and then that's when it
looked like she uh tumbled and then the
officer tumbled on top of her

she was in handcuffs at the time or did
she uh so I believe that she was at
handcuffs at the time and then when I
got out she was not in handcuffs anymore
