Miss Conrad, there is a large or something sitting right in the center console. I watched you grab it and stuff it down. Yes, there is. Wait, she's on the crystal at her size. How big was she before she ran into Heisenberg? Please put your shoe on. You asked for it. No, no, no. There's this car does not belong. It It doesn't matter. I watched you grab it and stuff it. She He saw you. All right. I watched you grab it and stuff it. It's on camera. I was I'm looking right at you, Miss Conrad. Stop. All right. I am clean. Just give me a second. I know it is. [Music] I got I don't have any. I don't cause any problems. I I do what I need to do. You're causing problems now, stupid. No, we got one. She's got a big bag in the center console saw and she got real nervous and started shoving it down. Then we as her step out. She went to step out. She's like my open the door start. She started she tries to push the car tases her and then she it wasn't really attractive and then I popped the taser off and that was effective. You know her, right? You said you weren't going to tell anybody about that. Huh? Vicky Conrad see Can I please I have a cigarette? Please, please, please. You got you got a cigarette pack in there? Yeah. She wants a cigarette, please. Thank you. My nerves are just shot. It's been a long day. Okay. Well, listen. This could have been a lot easier if you had just listened. And I don't like doing this cuz it's just more paperwork for me to do. But when you look like you're about to flee in the car and I'm not going to get run over because you have a bag of dope in the center console. I got arrested for a 15-y old roach that they found. Okay. But this is not a 15-year-old roach. You got arrested for a 15-year-old roach. Looks like you're moving up in the world. Vicki, I'm leaving them on me. There's I don't It's not mine. There's nothing in the Well, I'm not asking any questions. I I I'm just telling you that this is why you were asked to step out of the car. Have I I slept I drug abuser. I'm not a drug user. Okay, we'll get there. We'll figure it out. This officer will talk to you more about that stuff in a little bit. He's grabbing you a cigarette now. I'm just I did ask you nicely, did I not? I asked you to please step out of the vehicle, right? Yes, you did. Okay, you did. Several times. She decided she'd rather have 50,000 volts to act right. All I wanted you to do. I just wanted you to exit the vehicle. I've had issues. I understand. But then you went to turn the car back on. Issues with the police. Please. I've gotten arrested for things I did not do several times. Vicki, it's like it's like they this I've been singled out. Okay. And I I worked hard, Vicki. All I'm saying is this. I literally watched you grab that bag that had narcotics in it and try to stuff it into the center console, right? That's when I asked you to step out of the vehicle. So, I'm asking you to step out of the vehicle for a reason. I watched you grab the bag and put it down in the center console. My iPad, please. Okay. But you obviously knew that that was something you weren't supposed to have in the vehicle and got freaked out by it, right? So, I'm going to hold on to that. I'm trying to find a lighter. There's I have a bunch on my door if you need one. Hey, Vicki. I'm going to read your rights real quick. All right. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you by your question. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will one will be appointed represent you for any question. If you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any sentence. Well, she tried to call her lawyer while she was in the car, but you wouldn't let her. It's almost like that wasn't the proper time for that. And there's right there at Sanford. Okay. So, what's the deal with the tag again? You said it's stolen. I got it reg I went and had it renewed on the 30 I believe the 31st and ran a few errands and it was stolen out of my car. So, it was stolen around the 31st. Yes. And and today I called the DMV and they said to file a police report and um they would give me another one for free. Okay. I just haven't done that yet. So, stolen on the 31st. 301st or 30th? It was either the 31st or the first. One or the other. 31st. So, it was stolen a week ago and you've been driving around with no tag on the car. You're brilliant. I believe it was the 31st. All right. The tag was stolen on the 31st and you called the DMV and why why why it take you so long to I've just been really busy. It's just been a really busy day. But you're driving around with a tag that's not signed to the car. I didn't realize that. I figured, you know, the registration was good. I the tag was good. You know, Vicky, you got a new tag. I know, but I I mean I didn't I didn't real I didn't know. I thought my tag was still good. The register I was getting registered earlier. Um I didn't know. I had a certain time limit to, you know, put that on. I believe her. She seems like an honest person and that story is absolutely 100% believable. It's going to pop up and it'll show us that it's not. You're also not wearing a seat belt either. Okay. That tag that tag has been registering me for 10 years. So, I had wouldn't think it wouldn't be registered to me. No, I got you. Okay. But you I mean you got a new tag in the mail. I went to DMV in person and they gave me the tag. Okay. And it was in my car. I was driving home, was in my car, made a few stops, and by the time I got home, it's somebody has stolen it out of my car. I got you. But you know, when you go to the DMV, they gives you the new tag that gave you the registration with that new tag. That comes back to this vehicle. So, you know, I didn't know that this tag would not come back as me. It does. I mean, it's Yeah, it doesn't come back to that car. That's That's They didn't tell me put this on immediately. That's I got you. I'm not All right. Um, it wasn't like I was trying to do pull a number on somebody or anything. Okay. I just didn't put it on and it got stolen and I just didn't file the police report yet. Okay. So, why did you freak out about it over there? Because Because she had a giant bag of dope in the car. Did you know he saw the saw the stuff? I want to talk to Because I've told them I've told them what my history with the police was and I was never treated very well. I was never things were not honest. Um, now whose fault is that? My I was on probation. The probation officer. You're not on probation right now? No, no, no. Lied about me. I mean, he tried to coersse me. I mean, I would leave the probation. I'm a blind woman. I would leave the probation officer crying. That's how horrible he was. Well, Vicki, I I mean, I asked you to step out of the vehicle. You were step you ready to and then you looked over and you saw. Like I said, my history with the police department, you know, I was never treated respectfully or honestly. treated you respectfully and honorably today. Okay, maybe you guys very very respectful for you and then you try to flee on did but in the past I haven't been things have not been you know where where were you going to try to go when you turned on my car? No, I don't know. I wasn't thinking. You were you were getting ready to flee on us to my home? To my home? For what? If because of the bag of inside the car because I've never been treated kindly by the police. I So you decided to run from him. You really are stupid. Like I said, that's all I can say is that it's how much how much is there? I have no idea. I have no idea. You don't know how much it is? No, it's not mine. It's not mine. Whose is it? It's not mine. I'm not going to, you know, get me in trouble. It It's your car. You're the only opportunity. I've had lots of people in my car this morning, Vicki. But you I'm like the go-to person for everybody I know. Now, what kind of dopehead gets so jacked up they just go ahead and leave the whole bag in somebody else's car? The thing is it's your car. You're the only one. You went in that center console and you saw that and then you finished answering questions. I want my lawyer. All right. text. Hey Vicki, what you're going to get what you're getting charged with today is going to be the trafficking and method uh and then resisting with violence. Okay. I didn't slap my hands around when I was trying to battle you. All right. Don't do that. I'll let the courts knock it down if they want to, but that's what you're going to jail for. Violence. Huh? I was not violent. I said no. It double it double. Well, you did get in a fight with Sergeant Sparky. You lost. Bad. Please. Can you please not You're You're going to jail for it. All right. Okay. But can you please knock that down? If they knock If the state attorney knocks it down, they knock it down. It's up to the state attorney to go. Oh, yeah. It's with violence. You definitely assaulted those taser probes. Okay. I didn't get anybody. They didn't try to fine about anything. Not violently attack her. If you had gotten out of the car, you wouldn't even have to worry about that car. You didn't want to get out of the car. You created your own problem. She was charged with trafficking and amphetamine. There you go. She's obviously not the brightest. It's all I got for her. Be sure to like, subscribe, leave a comment. We'll see you on the next one.
