[Music]
ramp
[Music]
is this the driver yes
okay hi hello how you doing yes this man
wants to speak to you you
okay I'm G get make sure she's okay
first okay and then we'll do everything
else thank you for stopping
by
okay did you see what happened yeah what
happened she was coming down from the
highway from above on a very very fast
very okay and she I wonder where she was
going she came in here like lost
control okay I did it see up on the side
and uh stopped there checked her out to
make sure was no fire on the C
okay totally upset but I have no reason
to I have no reason why or how did she
say anything she started to cry a little
bit not much okay so my wife and the
other woman helped like calmed her
down she's I just told her not to walk
around just sit just sit
there okay and called it
in was she by herself yeah there's no
one else in the and no other vehicles
involved no
okay no transport all
right that's so we're going to help you
out in the
truck okay going to borrow this time
fast over here I'll help
you that way she going out that way
okay how oh yeah I can
woo
oh yeah she is she able to talk like
quarters and all that stuff all the
normal questions hold on hold on so
she's not she's she's not like really
clearly explaining to
what's going on but more just emotional
distra she keep
saying hey hey I can't I breathe in okay
cuz I can I can't hear him I hear what
heing I'm trying my best I'm just
holding you up all right I hear you I
hear all right then be quiet recall
recall what happened saying that she was
not the she was not the driver that
she one more time hush so I can hear him
talk that she that she's Tire uh tired
of uh dealing dealing with whatever and
then she wouldn't get to the bottom of
what actually she was dealing with she
was able to clearly explain that she
wasn't the driver that she's sitting
elsewhere in the vehicle okay and she's
not she's not injured
okay all right but she's denying Medical
Transport further than this okay all
right yeah I'm trying my this okay Mesa
come on let's go you don't need a you
don't need a hug me though let's turn
around okay let's turn around there you
go come on let's go back this way all
right okay come
on did you leave any ID with them or
anything
okay no hang on I'm trying I'm trying
I'm really
trying Hey stay over
there it's okay MAA I'm I'm try I'm
trying because I knew everything that
they done to you
try I don't mean
to come on I'm trying I'm try there you
go I'm tryy you're doing really good I'm
trying here hold on hold on the suit's
not hold on hold hold on hold on watch
your arm all right go
ahead so talk to me what happened missa
come on sit
up stand by just asking me if what so
where did you come from ASA I came from
plaza plaza Santa Fe like Plaza Santa Fe
okay what were you doing I didn't mean I
didn't mean anything for go wrong
because I was a Drey f s Bella told that
everything wasn't going to be wrong
everything was going to be okay okay so
how did you you were at the Plaza Santa
Fe where were you at in Plaza Santa
Fe I worked at the first executive okay
do you feel like you need to throw up or
are you okay no and I show I told them
that I was okay I didn't need anything
to happen for me because everything
was okay so how much did you drink today
okay I didn't drink as much as I need to
honestly like how much did you drink
today need to drink as much as everybody
else was but I drank I drank enough to
where I needed to be picked up so how
did you get
here because of Fernando because he
asked asked me he was like if you need a
if you need a drive to be taken home
okay I take you home so I was like okay
I'm not going to bother about it I'm not
going to [ __ ] make any excuse about
it I'm not going to try to sit here and
act like I'm the one that's in the bag
because
uhhuh so are you driving your vehicle
right now no so who was
driving shf Chris because he knew that I
wasn't going to be able to drive so I
asked him and how did he how did he get
there he got there because he told me
what what was going on and he was like
dude if you don't act right if you don't
sit right and if you don't pretend right
like as if you're supposed to be there
like I'm not going to sit here and
support you like I'm not going
to I'm not going to act like like you
like you deserve to be here so I was
like was this the conversation in the
car no where was the conversation at he
came up to me and he was like dude I'm
not going to sit here and pretend like
you're acting like somebody and I was
like I get that like I'm not going to
sit here and pretend like I'm going to f
anybody because I'm not anybody okay all
right M just hang tight
okay so were you at an were you on an
event Mesa no Messa you weren not a you
weren't working at an event I was here
in Santa uh-huh and then I worked until
um so where did you get all the liquor
from you you are PR honestly uhhuh I'm
going to take two I
know but the wine that they had offered
me it was going to be at leondo because
I had asked them if they needed me if
they needed me to be sober or or if they
needed to me to be as their manager for
the the people that they had asked so
when you were sitting in your seat
coming in here what side let me see were
you wearing your seat belt yes what side
was it on it was on the right side it
was on the right side yes so I had
pulled my my access to like right here
and then I told them that everything
that was supposed to happen that
um so what time did you start driving at
1:30 you started driving at 1:30 yes and
I told them so you left your work
driving at 1:30 yes and I told them that
I wasn't able to drive a drive to drive
because I was [ __ ] up okay but you
drove anyways no I told them that they
were supposed to be able to give me the
guidance that they were supposed to
because I was the one that was working
for them I
so you went there sober you started
drinking after the event started
partying at the event by yourself cuz we
got witnesses that say that hold on hold
on so so then so then at that point in
time is that when you decided to get in
your car and drive um it's not that I'm
supposed to be driving at that time they
had asked me if I would be able to
support them that that time so I told
them that I would be able to because I
was sober and so then when you were done
did you get in your vehicle and start
driving M who drove you um they drove me
that was the people that were supposed
to be hosting the party okay it sco over
so I will I'm going to roll your window
down a little bit all right cuz it gets
hot come on M we're going to do some
field field tests okay I'm going to open
the door come on okay all right right
now you're going to no no no no no seat
belt come on I'm going to do some field
sobriety tests on you okay come

way all right so right
here all right just watch my six okay
