What's up, YouTube? It's USA Copatch. I'm still downtown Dallas. I rarely rarely rarely come to Dallas because of the high crime. I mean, it ain't going to lie, it's really dangerous. Each time I come to Dallas, I'm nervous. I get scared. I ain't going to lie. So, but I'm going to do a quick video. Real quick video. I'm do a quick video. So, across the street is Dallas County Jail, Dallas City Jail, Dallas County Jail. To me, it it's it's the same thing. Dallas City Jail, Dallas County Jail, same thing. But I think this is just Dallas County Jail. So, for one, I had to learn this. I I didn't know this right away. I had to learn this. Um, so Dallas City, of course, going to have their own jail. Whatever. Dallas police lock up the people, they call it Dallas City Jail. When it comes to Dallas County, the entire county when they came make bail out the smaller jails like Mosqu Garland, um Dodto, Lancaster, um all the this the city within Dallas County where they can't bail out them small jails, they go to this big jail right here across the street. That's Dallas County Jail. Dallas County Jail. So, I'm I'm doing this video right here just for educational purposes cuz a lot of people don't a lot of people don't know. So let's see. For example, if you in Richardson, yeah, Richardson, Garland, maybe Mosqu, um, Irvin, and you get arrested, you can't bail out of Irvin jail, for example. You can't bail out of Irvin jail. They will ship you here. And I call this the jungle cuz you got people, you got, you got people, they got murders, all kind of crimes. They have to go here. They have to go somewhere. They can't go back on the street. They have to go here. For the Dallas County jail for Fort Worth and Taran County, that would be Taran County Jail. All right. So now, for example, you have a petty crime. You have a major crime. Regardless, for you to walk out of this jail, you got to make bail. You got to bond out. You got to bond out. Now, this is when this is what this is why I'm doing the video. It's a business. You got Bill Bonds over there. You got Bill Bonds over there. Bill Bond right here. Hold on. Hold on. You got Bill Bond car street. Right here you got Bill Bond going even further down. Right there you got Bill Bond going even further down. Right there. Right there. The flashing lights bail bonds over there. And also, sorry, also that blue awning right there. the bail bonds also going down this street right here. There's about four on the same street. As you go past the lights, there's four bail bonds men go across the street. You So, whatever the judge say your bail is, whatever the judge say your bail is, no matter if you have no criminal history or you have criminal history, it's up to the judge. He can say you could walk out right here or you have to bond out. Your bond could be a h 100,000. It could be 1 million. It could be $10,000, $1,000, $100, $150. You got Dallas County uh deputies over here. Um so what what a bail bond is, whatever the bail bond is, you got to bond out. For example, if the bonds are 100,000, these bail bond people right here, you got to put up like 10%. You got to put up 10%. You got to put up 10%. Cash for them to bail you out. Now, this is a business right here. They're not doing it for free. you don't get that 10% back. They keep that 10%. So if your bond is 10,000, they go another cop right here. Um, so you got this is a high crime area. Lot and I was surprised too cuz you got a lot of police. You got deputies over here. So now look. So and it's Saturday night and said I I expect a lot of activity. You can hear it. You can hear it. They real busy. So your bill your bail could be your bill could be 10,000. It could be 10,000. You got to put up 10%. So let's say you pay these people right here a,000 to bail you out. They put the paperwork through. You might get bailed out within maybe like 4 hours, 5 hours. It depends on the jail. It depends on the jail when they want to release you. So So [laughter] you bond out. You got to check in. You gota check in with these people. You gota check in. You got time to do paperwork. You know what I'm saying? You gota check in with them a weekly. I don't know. I post I post my whole bond up. I post a whole bond up the escro. So I have to check in with them. So So and at the end your case, at the end of your case, even if it's 100% dismissed, they keep that $1,000. That's that's the that's business. This is a business. It's not personal. It's just business. They're not your friend. They're here to do a business and get you out. You come show up for your court cases and then they keep their money. They responsible for you show up to court. Let's say if you don't show up to court, you forfeit your bond. You get a warrant on you. They have the obligation to find you. If they can't find you, the deputies over here, it's their job to find you and and return you back to to to the jail so you can serve justice. It's It's a business. For example, I'm use myself. For example, y'all seen the video where I got arrested for interfering public duties, whatever. It was dismissed. 100% dismissed. I didn't pay a court fee. The bail bond people still keep um the 10%. They still keep the 10%. It's a business. They still get 10%. The judge set the bond. I pay the 10% cash, whatever. They bailed me out. Um, not these people that that I'm showing right now, but but a different bell people. They bailed me out. Here go another cop right here. High crime area, but a lot of police patrolling though. So, look. So, they'll bailed me out. Whatever. Um, let's say if if you have to pay the court fee. Okay. I think the court fee would have been I said for for a lot of cases, I think the court fee would have been 350. The court get that. Taran County. Taran County. I'm not sure about Dallas County. Taran County. The court get the 350. They they keep that. That's just for don't push your paperwork through. They got to pay the court clerks. They got to pay the judge, the deputies, everybody. Everybody get paid. This is a business. Crime. You always have You always going to have crime. You always going to have crime. It could be the lack of education, poverty, the lack of jobs, mental health. You always will have crime no matter what. You can't stop crime for some reason. That's why I'm always going to have the channel. I'm always going to have my channel. You would say cop watch it will always be here. So look, for example, I'm downtown Dallas right now. You got somebody calling 911 right now cuz a crime is being committed right now. Right now you got a crime being committed right now. On the minute, every minute. Every minute. You got crime. They get arrested. The cops have a job to do. The job is not to stop crime, but to arrest who who are the offenders who commit crime. That's their job. Who or who is accused of committing crimes. Their job is just to arrest. That's it. When they get the call, they show up. They do the arrest. They get a car accident, they show up, they investigate the car accident. There another cop right there. This this is highly patrolled um area. The cop cop car over there. High patrol. But this is a high crime area. But anyway, the bells bomb people is to get the people out of jail. That's their job. You pay them. Now, I was sitting at my bells at me at my bell's um bomb people. Someone called in. They said, look, they said, um, their bill was $200,000. I said, "Oh my god." So 10% of that is going to be $20,000 cash. And they keep that, too. Look. So look, I think they got a call. They going somewhere. I think they got a call. They Well, the first one he moving. The first one he moving, but they probably dropped off people at the jail, maybe. I don't I don't know. But anyway, look. So 20,000 cash would have been the bail for that $200,000. They said they don't even um they the bells problem people they they they said they don't even um bail all crimes out. They pick and choose. It's a business, nothing personal. So for $200,000, they had to put up property. If you got a property, you you could put that up so they could bond you out for therefore if you fail to show the court or if you run the bells bomb people will put a lean on the house. IT IS A BUSINESS. You you can't get away from that. So, I ain't going to lie, I might open up my own bails bond. It's going to be USA cop watch bail bond. I might open my own bells bond cuz you can't stop crime. You can even shoot you help me build a jail. You know why? Cuz it's going to get filled. You can't stop crime. It's is it's not a color thing. It's not black, white, Hispanic, Chinese, Indian. Everybody commit crime. It just happens. I think it's lack of education, mental health, poverty, um lack of jobs, lack of training for jobs. Um because this bell bomb people, it it's money. It's money. Look, money. They put up they put up their name to b to bail out to bail out whoever is incarcerated um at the time. And some people can't make it out. Some people don't have family. Some people have no bond depending on depending on the crime that they are accused of doing. They have no bond. So the people that I record that's getting arrested, they get taken to the jail, the local jail. It could be like Arlington City Jail. It could be um Dallas City Jail, Fort City Jail. I got taken to Fort City Jail. Um it could be Ula City Jail, Beford City Jail. They all got their own jails. Okay, I'm about actually I should listen to the radio but I'm talking right now. But look, but I I just did this short little video to explain this is the city jail. Oh, sorry. This is the county jail. Dallas County Jail and I think city jail too. Whatever. Same thing to me. To me, same thing. Same thing. And when the judge sets your bond after you get booked in, it takes a while, too. You got to be seen in order, too. And sometimes, not even in order, sometimes you get skipped. Depend on your attitude, depend on your behavior in the jail. You get skipped. Okay? It's a business. The deputies got to get paid. Deputies over there. They chilling, too. They chilling. They chilling. They chilling right now. The deputies got to get paid. The cops got to get paid. The judge got to get paid. The court staff got to get paid. The cleaning lady who cleaned the floors got to get paid. Uh the deputies who inside the jail, outside of jail got to get paid. Um the bells bomb people got to get paid. [laughter] Everybody get paid. So basically, for example, someone robs somebody on the street, they get arrested, the county got to get paid for babysitting them. Pretty period point blank. Period. Point blank. And I don't think there there's no solution to stopping crime. The only the only way you can't stop the only way is prepare for it. And and got to stab the jails. If they don't show up the work, if none of the jail people show up the work like like what they going do all the inmates out, I mean inmates um and and detainees out, offenders out, it would be the purge. We need police. We need bell bomb people to bail people out um so they could um keep their life going, go to work. Um some people don't go to work, they go back to a Anyway, let me um let me end this video right here. I got some more videos to own. Go out there and record.
