so this gentleman was part of the
altercation of the hooters
he he turned in here after i got behind
him with my lights on
uh i was my fear was that he was
intoxicated because both
both of the parties had been drinking
and um
yeah so he's been cooperative with me
now
i have his pistol in my front seat
i just i thought he was inebriated
because both people
or both i could tell both parties were
drinking the other table
was toasted and this guy
yeah i was yeah i went there to eat
and this guy was uh with another party
and they'd been drinking it with
somebody else's birthday um
he approached the other people to tell
him hey you know chill out because they
were wanting more
wanting to be served more alcohol but
peters was closing down
i i observed everybody everybody at the
table
um having having alcohol so
i told him i told him all to stay there
uh he stayed there for a second
and then then he got his vehicle
and and left after i told him to stay
and said hey
there's you know albuquerque pd officers
coming
this guy's been filming here for a few
minutes
um
oh um when i got behind him we were
probably
just a block up so i i didn't get to
observe too much
but um because he
i had to i had to back around and
maneuver my vehicle quite a bit so he
had quite that start on me

old nate like people have been on for a

i've only been in stock as an officer
for two years so

he was right the table between us
and the guys were just acting a fool and

my family owns their gm's of hoover's

is you got pulled over by this officer

he was concerned based off there was

you're trying to get away from being

he was there he showed up in during the

here and then the guys they're still for
them they're like we're gonna kill you
we're gonna kill you and i had a gun in
my mom the whole time in my truck

like so i was like [ __ ] that i ain't

like i know how that happens i like i
live up here now yeah i i grew up in
this hot valley oh okay
so i was like i live on the west side
though oh okay
i'm gonna get shot over this so i take
off yeah
well he follows me and as soon as he
puts his lights on i pull over
you know like i ain't gonna i ain't
trying to get killed over some stupid
altercation
yeah and as soon as he shows up i'm like
well i didn't know it was the same cop
from over there
yeah and he's like i saw what happened
well i was like
dude like i want i went to my truck
once and they called me back
i mean very easily i could have just got
my gun
took care of it yeah

you were able to get a hold of me yes no

so we can have is it just one driver or
is there anyone no there's two of them
okay as long as both of them are good to
go are any of them intoxicated
that you're aware of any of the
passengers if you feel comfortable one
of them can take your vehicle and one
can drive you home
and then we'll we'll make sure you get
your firearm back before you move i
