Parish on November 17th 2021 a trooper with the Louisiana State Police Troop G observed a Chevy Suburban committ a traffic violation while traveling on Interstate 20 the trooper then made contact with the driver Emilio Ruez and for the [Music] Stop what's going on man how are you sir I'm Chandler C State Police reason I sto out here laying back there by you you falling asleep or something oh I got Rodriguez refused to cooperate at the scene but later at the troop he gave consent to search two cell phones located in a vehicle he told agents that he left Houston between 5 and 6 that morning when asked about the four again amilio refused to give information and entered the interrogation he was charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine alelo Rodriguez later played guilty and was sentenced to 60 months in federal prison [Music]
