coming this way and there was a car

going Southbound and she they were
taking a left turn fast so she tried to
avoid them so ended up swering hitting

coherent but the only thing is that she
she doesn't consent if you don't have
anything to to articulate it without the
consent
then she wants to she's she just say she
doesn't want to she say she wasn't

but she said she was going south B and
then she was turning uh she was doing a
right hand turn and then a car was going
northbound also turning left and then
they turned left quick she tried to
avoid them so she ended up swerving

either way she do get charged tonight
with the DUI um so he's going to take
her now and if she doesn't get uh
admitted there take toastation uh offer
her the breath test or whatever they
need to do for the DUI
investigation and then it takes how long
till till I can get her uh she'll have
to talk to the judge before she gets
released so so uh what's today Sunday
morning Sunday morning sometimes not
always but sometimes the judges do go to
the jails and arrang them at the jail
not always though and if not yeah you
got to wait
depends which judge is on call or on the
weekends or whatever CU sometimes they
do go but not always she'll be all to
call me from there when she did not want
to take her phone but does she have I'm
sure she has your number right she does

act um so the New Mexico imply consent
act requires you to submit to a breath
test to determine the alcohol content of
your blood after you take our test you
have the right to choose an additional
independent test if you choose to take
this additional independent test you
have the right to a reasonable
opportunity to ra for a physician
licensed nurse or laboratory technician
or technologist who was employed by the
hospital or phys or physician of your
own choice to perform an additional
chemical test the cost of this
additional test will be paid by the law
enforcement agency do you agree to take
our test uh no okay um I cannot force
you to take our test but if you refuse
you will lose your New Mexico driver's
license privil license or non-resident
operating privilege for one year if you
are convicted in court while driving
under the
influence
victed
uh yeah if you are convicted in court uh
driving while under the influence you
may also receive a greater sentence
because you refus to be tested do you

will be here just because sure they're
going to take some x-rays or anything
like that be here for a
