we have a witness that observed her
operating vehicle right uh he didn't
observe anything he just said that he
saw her walk in she was walking uh
towards the vehicle he said she's
definitely uh intoxicated due to how she
was walk walking right now the priority
is ascertaining whether she's
out
so he's saying that he did not observe
her driving
right so what she pked they didn't see

vehicle she's staggering she
