welcome back y'all it's taser Tuesday again this one's a pretty long one and it takes a while to get there but you got to see all the lead up to make the arite injection completely worth it let's check it out on July 20th 2024 officers responded to a call at a marina of an intoxicated couple that had allegedly battered multiple people over a claim that they were trespassing on their property sir I got to make a work call but then if I can talk to you about the incident that would be abely is the other half involved yes okay and I absolutely need a report hey I need you to call Rob we got attacked when we came back on the boat my work phone's in the bottom of the inter Co okay who's all involved in this I I'm going to talk to you guys involed in this actually passively everybody in One Way or Another the offic widespread scen a little psychotic G that decided she was going to blow up as we were bark in the boat and started yelling and started physically insulting her it just escalated from there I had to pull her off of him it was it was the craziest thing I've ever seen he's got a long history here of being drunk in I mean I didn't anybody so I didn't like whack the guy or anything like that but the dude was being very aggressive I pulled him off my son-in-law where's your sonin-law offic right there future son-in-law they're getting married a few weeks but um but yeah she physically attacked him and he just offended himself who was the first person that he attacked she think she took it makes it a lot easier to understand what's going on if everybody talks at the same time so let's do that okay I'm gonna take one story at a time I'm gonna have you go stand over there for me okay right I just came the car Comfort yeah fine so he goes in the car baby girl they didn't want to Hur well don't tell him the story he was there you want to tell the cop the story that's fine I'm going to have you two separate actually I'm going to have you go stand right by single customer tomorrow all right so give me a rundown of of what happened a little bit we my my uncle rents the ability to park my uncle is mar okay he lives on that boat right there so he rents a spot here to be able to park his car and more back and forth he's allowed to have guests we were just all out on the boat spending the afternoon and not pass and come back as we came back we took multiple trips cuz it was my brother and his kids I mean it was a large family see this is a a fundamental difference between the way that men and women tell a story men tell the story linear here's what happened here's the beginning here's who it happened to here's the end of it women kind of weave back and forth and ramble on and say a lot of unimportant things that's okay cuz here in a little bit you'll hear a drunk try to tell a story and she thinks she told it but she didn't really say a whole lot so we had two different people driving dingies because you know you can only put so many people on the boat at a time we get to the ladder and she's got a boat with no engine um the lady over there I use the term loosely but okay had some kind of it's a boat parked over there but it has no engine it wasn't there when we left but it's now tied skip it came back so we just you know when you go to a ladder and the boat's there you just kind of slide it over a little so you can climb up the ladder yeah and out the she came over and started blowing up about how this is her house and we're in our her house and get the out don't touch her boat and we're like we're not trying to touch your boat we're just climbing up the ladder like you know again you know normal never experience something like this normally it's very just cut and dry like you're parked at the ladder we slid you over a little okay she starts flipping out I pulled out my phone to record her because I'm like I've never seen someone flip like this if we do end up having to call law enforcement I I wanted some kind of you know okay skip that part two pro and you know my fiance is very protective but he tries to stay out of things but he does have a legal past it's all way in the past but I was like [ __ ] I want to make sure that if something goes down we're good this is not what happened after you pulled out your phone she then started attacking my mother and started shoving my mother and punching her in the stomach how was she at that point so we got to the point where you guys started arguing about her this is my mother so I'm recording her and I'm going to approach you but I'm not you know so I'm recording her and she comes up and she starts screaming at okay okay so she starts screaming at me like right there yeah and I'm going like this I do have a phone here going like this okay my mom starts coming up and like just stay out of it she starts ripping towards my hand for the phone and at that point my mom came to get the phone from me and get back she leapt like I don't know how to explain it she she What fast but literally like kind of football oh she leapt I thought you said she lips what the hell is lips mother they went down to the ground she starts punching my mom at that point my fiance and my father get involved to start pulling her off of my mother okay at that point the the guy that she is with starts coming in and throwing fists at everybody so we then separate she's now up just screaming no longer in the physical altercation my dad and fiance pinned him enough to just get control get my mother out of the way I helped her up and then once they got him out of control like they cuz my dad used to wrestle so put him in some kind of moood that just got him to chill for a second you then said I'm going to let you go but you know don't get back up at me he got up screaming and walking off okay at this point I think that gentleman was already calling you guys she had already thrown my phone in the water I'm not sure how or when that happened cuz it was while I was trying to get my mom off the ground um and then she just kept screaming at us once I said I said I somebody needs to call 911 immediately that is a work phone I have to work it that's why out with s days a week I have to it what happened after the physical part happened and she's like well no you know what you're going to call the cops now I said yeah 100% it's a work you threw work property in the phone I have to have a police report I have to have this filled out we're calling and at that point they stopped getting physical and started walking away okay so that's the end of the story okay and that's when I made the second1 was a to grab my's phone okay and you were were you actively trying to call 911 on your work phone no I I I didn't I I never at that point expected it to actually be physical okay I was literally just recording so there' be if she tried to accuse us of something there' be proof that nothing happened I never expected it would become physical I was more thinking along the lines of someone being like oh they tried to do this or tried to say this that's a hell of a lot of words just to say no like clearly we didn't okay um so it was just like that like it turned physical so fast and I never in a million years thought it would be physical is there any reason why she' go after your mother and not you I don't know um I know Mom kept telling her to stay away from her daughter I kept telling Mom to stay back were yelling I'm more of a you were kind of in the middle of them I was kind of in the middle and I don't react that same way then I work in business settings and in sales and I just I got you I don't have that personality so they were screaming at each other and I don't raise my voice okay um and as far as the phone goes about pressing charges um do you want to press charges yeah it's it's a company phone I don't have an option okay do you want to provide me with a sworn statement after I get AJ kind of what's going on with the physical okay give her she's live here now we're going to hear a drunk woman attempt and fail to tell her side of the story these people were trying to me up I got to my house what's your name Laura was by a woman over there they're still talking to them and then I guess they said she threw her phone in the water but again she's not saying anything she won't give her story at all she's saying your whole family should sit you down and explain to you how to give a statement this is my property I PID I paid for this slip I had two people attack me because of a cracket Dave is their friend I tried to come to my boat and they both attacked me okay who are they um the girl right there she was talking to your Deputy right there with the with the with the red shorts and then there was another girl I'm sure your Deputy could have Define her but I I really don't know but they attacked me okay out of nowhere they just attacked you for no reason whatsoever Dave has problems with me he's about to lose his slip right here he he lives out on the anchor this is my property I want them I I want to press charges you live here it's not your property you rent s exactly your property I'm sorry to the wrong way but yes I want a press charges on her she punched me in the face if you guys mutually punched each other and you're pursuing so you never once late a hand no I promise you I promise you I have my whole family in law enforcement ask my family right there firefighters Police Department everything it's not his property everything I want her press charges she punched me in the face for no reason maybe you should explain to them exactly what happened so frustrating I came to my home let me go over and find out what happened so this group of people right here minus the dude with the with you in a minute all right they've been out on the boat all day um some people have been drinking that too heavily from what I understand he over here have they're they're amped he's still amped I don't know well no they're they're as hell yeah um um they were done for the day they had to use two dingies to come come back over here to family how large the group was uh when they got over here to the wooden ladder which is right over there uh there was a boat in the way but no engine on it so they had just slightly moved the boat up so they can get on the ladder and climb up off the seaw wall and get on to land um uh well the lady I was just talking to Christina she was when she was coming up the ladder this lady in the black shirt blonde hair had was like already screaming at him and grabbed her by the wrist and then she's she said something like get up here blah blah blah um U and just like kept calling her well when she this officer tells a story like a six-year-old um uh and um um uh off the boat and started walking this way they met they stopped right here in this little section and that's when this lady started freaking out some more and had spit on her and then she spit on yeah on uh the mom well the daughter right there that deiaa is talking to I'm uh she said this is she's never seen this before in her life she's like this is crazy so she started recording well her Focus came off of mom and went on to the daughter um Mom said that she then witnessed her push her daughter and in the the process of her pushing the daughter the daughter kind of stumbled backwards and she grabbed the daughter's phone out of her hand and threw it in the water cuz she was recording okay um uh after that you have what's phone worth huh what's the phone worth I I I I don't I haven't talked to her yet I think I think BP and Dan are taking this I don't know yet though I'm U there's just a lot of people here so we kind of we're the only two getting statements so you have disly and possibly on them right you have criminal mischief you have theft battery times two um well it's just really on her on the girl that after the phone was tossed in the water um EMS just cleared here and now he wants EMS again said he he has burns on his face and he's dehydrated burns from what I don't know he pointed and he has like red marks on his face just call him back I'm uh that's when the boyfriend assuming it's the boyfriend be running over here and started I guess cuz these two ended up going to the ground at some point um uh so the boyfriend come running over here and that's when her her fiance which is the dude with the beard stepped in and I guess this guy was like swinging at everybody so fiance was like trying to protect his the daughter his girl his uh fiance and then the dad got involved to try to stop him and they ended up pinning him to the ground and that's that's pretty much as far as I got and then like it kind of continued afterwards and they said and then this guy in the the white shorts with the two dogs here he's the one that called 911 that's about as far as I'm at right now did you see how much detail the ones that ain't drunk put into the story all right it's going to be a minute but they're going to come back over and talk to you the investigating officer has to talk to everybody over there then they have to come over and robbery by sudden snatching then you throw it in the phone in the water that's criminal mischief she battered the woman she's drunken disorderly on on private property yes but the cops have to get involved so yes but that's not what drunkie McGee told her mom over the phone so that's not what happened what happens you can Bond her out of jail this all could have been avoided had she had not went over there acting like she owns the slip telling them they can't park over there they are allowed to park over there because their father rinsed that slip I listen I have nothing to do with this I got a butt dial and I heard chaos so I jumped in my car you Wen here to see everything you're listening to your daughter who's intoxicated that's the problem she after work her and him had a few drinks they had way too many drinks a few more but if that girl hurt her raised her her boat slip at where's your daughter's boat slip at okay why was she over there she said she went over there the girl re friendly at first no it's yelling at them for parking their boat here it's you weren't here you we we weren't here we don't know what happened we don't know what happened let him let them decide when the police take her up there and tell her to stay and she's getting she's getting arrested and she runs away and walks away from us that's what that's what started yes but she's told to stop whatever they decide to do doesn't mean the woman was charged with three counts of battery first-degree theft for throwing the woman's phone in the water resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication while the mail was booked for disorderly intoxication and Battery yeah so that was incredibly satisfying and I know it took a while to get there I'm going to try to edit some of it out I
