Stay on your stomach. Please, please, please, please. I got to want something out of here. Taser, taser, taser. Oh my god. Welcome back, y'all. Some people have the worst luck. A case of mistaken identity could lead to the discovery of a warrant, which could lead to some act. I don't recommend it, but if you're going to run from the cops, you should probably sprint, not jog. Check it out. Hey Diana, Deputy O'Brien again. I just saw you yesterday on Embassy. How are you? I'm good. Not bad. I'm down here on Northcut now. 26 Northcut. There's a woman that lives here by the name of Jasmine Freeman. Jasmine at one point uh recently allowed a a female with special needs live with her. And then the person ended up moving out. But Jasmine uh has all her property, her cell phone, some her belongings, her clothes, things like that. Uh, and the her family, the woman with special needs, his family is here to get her belongings. Jasmine's refusing to come to the door. Uh, Jasmine, we don't know if she is home or not, but Jasmine also has a warrant. I'm just looking to get this woman's belongings, uh, and then take Jasmine to jail for her warrant. All right. Um, let me put you down a brief, see if I can get her. Perfect. Thank you so much. All right. So, I'm on the phone with the office. Jasmine's got a warrant. That's why she's not coming to the door. Okay. The office is going to try to call her from the office phone. Okay. To see if she'll come to the door. Okay. While waiting for the property manager to arrive with a key. The officer spots Jasmine walking across the property. All right. So, I got the leasing office. Uh the office manager, property manager is going to come down with a key and we're just going to go in. Um if we find Jasmine inside, we're going to arrest Jasmine. She's going to go to jail. And then the best thing about all this is that we will have a key so she can get her belongings. Well, yeah. You should have tried that in the first place. She knows she's got a warrant. She's not going to come to the door. So, um, there's it kind of Jasmine, will you let us inside so she can get her belongings? Huh? Will you let her inside so she can get her phone and stuff? I don't know her. You don't know her? No. Where are you going? I just got up. Jail my friend house. Well, you got a warrant. You're not allowed to go anywhere. You got a warrant? I'm going to have a warrant. You got a warrant through mayor's court. I've been talking to him. I'm going there tomorrow. I don't know why. You got a warrant. Listen, I don't have a job and I just called them yesterday. I'm going to there tomorrow to handle that. Well, you're not going to go anywhere. You're going to go with me to jail. I have I have kids. I Where are the Everybody's got kids. If you're concerned about them, don't get yourself a warrant, stupid kids. I've been knocking at your door. You I wasn't at home. I don't have any food. So, I've been stay with my friend. I've been trying to get my life together. I don't have a job. I just talked to him yesterday. Okay. So, where's your stuff at? I don't know her. Somebody else staying with you. I don't know her. No, I'm saying it's somebody else staying with you. No, your house. No, she never seen me. Do you? I haven't even been home cuz I don't have any food right here. Sierra stay right there. Right where Sierra stays right there. Which one? The in one. Yes. And I'm handling that. Tomorrow is Wednesday, the open court. When you I'm not saying I know. No, I'm talking to him because I don't have any job and I just It's been a lot. But yes, they said I can come in tomorrow to fix the warrant and I can pay them $5. So that's all I have to give them. That's why Well, you're in luck. They're going to take you in today. It's like that. But I've been telling them that I haven't had any money and so I'm not trying to be a a problem or and ruin your day. But the only place you're going to go from here is jail. Why? Cuz you have a warrant. But you know, listen, and that's how that's how the that's how the court works. So the court has a warrant out for your arrest. The Marine Mayor's judge has a warrant out for your red. No, I I hear you. I I I hear you. I'm listening. I comprehend it. But the hell are you going? You got a warrant. They know your name. They know who you are. They'll find you. You're not getting away, though. You're getting I'm sorry. Did you just say? Let's watch it again. Hey, okay. Okay, Harrison 231. Stay on your stomach. Please, please, please, please. I got to want to suck these cages out here. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. Yes, sir. Don't move from right there. Okay. Do you hear what I'm saying? That's how I do it, too. You know what I mean? I'm not in all that running and [ __ ] I'm let Sergeant Sparky do the running for me. I don't even move from right there. You can tell them I That was so dumb. I have You really thought you were going to outrun me? No, but I just I'm from there. Go to go to court. Don't move from right there. This isn't Don't move from right there. I'm not going to move, sir. That was so dumb. No, it's not dumb. That was dumb. Yeah, it kind of is. Say what I'm going through. I don't That was dumb. I haven't seen my kid. That was dumb. Don't move. Did you see a paramedic? Yes. What for? Oh, mom and Pat. You just t me. My back. You start being medic, please. [Applause] I got kids. I remember that cry. That's not a I'm hurting cry. That's a I'm mad cry. I left it. I tried to run. I got a word for mayor for I'm going to I'm going to pull these out. Tas me for no reason. No, you ran. What do you mean? I was just walking past. I just came from T house cuz you know I don't have any food. Back up, dude. Damn. She had a warrant. She ran. That's why she got explained that tomorrow I'm going to the court to fix that. I don't have any money to give them. You literally ran from me from way over there. I know. I'm sorry. Yeah. She didn't get very far. Listen, listen. What did he write your name for? What happened? I guess they was I don't know. I was just trying to walk past his dad's house so I could take Come over. Come over to your side. Come over to your side. Ready? One, two, three. Stand up. Stand up. Can you stand up? You save me. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. It's over, stupid. It doesn't hurt anymore. Can you stand up? You doing all of this out here. Stand up. Stand up. Put her down. She's doing way too much. You don't have to say you ran. That's what happens. I got a petty warrant for some I have to get. Well, now you just saw more charges. So, you had a petty warrant. So, you ran cuz you're an idiot. Please. I literally told you from over there you had a warrant and you ran. I love you more. You don't understand. Yes. I'm at North Chargers. Well, please, you don't understand. Well, you're a little past that, dear. Oh, the reason why I ran is because I'm giving them some money tomorrow. I can't see. I can't see. That's a lesson learned. That is embarrassing. I ain't going to lie. Babe, I didn't even do that. Why did you run? All you did just walk past. I like how dude's just roasting her ass. Good on you, brother. Just walk. He already told me I was going to jail. Why would he just say you going to jail if you walking past? Because he said I had a ward like and I was walking past if he was walking. Babe, they harassed me talking about that girl stuff in my house. I'm in the heart. I haven't even been home. I told you when you first came out you had a warrant and then you ran. So that's we had a conversation. I said I I had a conversation about a warrant. Some girl in the car, babe. I don't know what she when I walked past they was like are you Jasmine? I'm like no. What is y'all talking about? But I guess he already pulled up my picture. So I'm like, I'm just walking past. I just left my sister. How's my bag? So you denied your name, but you didn't know you had a warrant. I'm no mathematician, but this [ __ ] ain't adding up. And then he was like, "Well, you're Jasmine. You're not going anywhere cuz you have a warrant." And I'm like, "You need to calm down cuz you doing all of this and you got I just keep tell her, dude. She's doing too much. Just save me. Oh my god, bro. My life ain't bro. Get you. You embarrassing. It can never be nothing like that. It can never be nothing. Embarrassing like that though. Why are you doing all of this? What? My back. Babe, you just saved me. It hurt. It hurt. So, what did we learn today? Yes, mom. Yes. I just know that you said that you was going to let me see the kids today. Babe, I talked to the I talked to him yesterday because you know they got open court Wednesday. I was going to court and get on quiet. I got like that's all I got. I'm not even crying. I'm just talking up like what is it? Like tighten up. What is like come on. I'm like right. I was being compliant. I was being a citizen. I was being a compliant citizen. I was running slowly, I might add. What's the warrant for? Hey, the courts they talking about these people what they I don't know. I don't know. Ask him, sir. Did she find out who how she's looking for? Yeah. Yeah. We're We're getting there. Okay. But you made this a lot more more difficult than that. That's completely separate from you having a warrant and trying to run. I know that, but I was just coming from my sister house after hearing and I'm going across stair to my other friend house and she had to go to work and I've been living here and there because I didn't have any food. So, I'm kind of with her on this one. I'd want to know who these people are that are wanting in my house to get some stuff. I was just coming walking through. I didn't even know nothing even about this right here. But, I did call the mayor yesterday and I was coming open court Wednesday. They got open court Wednesday. I was going to give them $5 all I got. cuz I don't have any money. I don't have any job. That's That's all I have. Well, when an officer gives you an order that you're not going anywhere, that doesn't mean he said that I can see the kids today and I haven't seen them in a week. So, I'm just I'm just a train wreck. I'm sorry. Well, then you stop and you explain things then maybe I said I talked to the mayor. I said I talked to the mayor yesterday cuz I called them. Okay. I understand that. I understand your explanation. I understand that. had a comment today. At the end of at the end of the day, you can't you can't run. At the end of the day, you have a warrant. And at the end of the day, that's it is what it is. If you get caught before you go to open court, unfortunately, that's it is it is what it is. It is a warrant for your arrest for a reason. Okay. But I was just trying to let him know that I talked to the I talked to the And like I said, had you not ran, it might have been a whole different situation here. No, it wasn't. But now But now you got to go to jail because we already calm down. Calm down. you bring more. So, listen, man. Her bond her bond is like $600 at 10%. So, you're talking for less than $100 after four fees and and all the hidden [ __ ] That's how she would get out for less than 100 bucks today. I told her she's got a warrant. She told me I'm going to go to court tomorrow to handle it. I said, "The only place you're going to go with is with me, and that's the jail." She didn't like that. So, she flipped her crocs off and she she ran. She's 4' 11. She ain't she ain't going far, right? So I tas her right here. Now she's going to get charged with obstruction. And that's just the end of the game. So now she's going to go on a fresh charge. Resistance. Huh? You said charger with aggravated stupid. Literally go from $60 bond to more. Can you please make it hard on me? I apologize for it. It was your choice, man. Because you said I was going to be able to see the kids today. I didn't cuss you out or nothing like Well, you ain't coming to see the kids if there's cops chasing you over there. The hell's wrong with you? No, I I never got to go through all of this with you. That's nobody. Now, now she's still out here acting a fit doing all of this. Like, I'm not even having a fit. You are. You live down here, man? Huh? You live down here, man? Yeah, I've been around. I'm just having a conversation. You can't be having Look at you. I had that conversation. You sounding like a wimp. That's what you sound like. I really like that boyfriend. No, I can talk to her like that. I can talk to her. We're not going to do this. This is who's going to agitate the situation? I understand, man, but it's not going to do anything. It's not going to change anything. Child of me. Look where I'm already at. I don't have that. What? Silver lining. You don't have any food. They got food at the jail. Oh, nothing. There was a mother between the the cross and here. Where she at? Right there. As soon as I Yeah. As soon as she touched the sidewalk, she just dropped basically. He already takes you injuries. Yes, my back. My arm hurt. My leg. Just Just relax. My god. Where were you chased? In my back. Back. Okay. Did you uh did you catch yourself in your face or? Yes. I slid on my knee, on my hand. I slid. Okay. Well, we got medics here to check you out. You have any visual injuries that you're aware of? I need to start nervous. I'm going to get a couple pictures. [Music] Stop. Stop moving. Smile pretty for the Instagram. Come on now. What are you crying for? You got a warrant? You crying cuz you got a warrant. Now I'm about to get on your ass. You're crying cuz you got a warrant. No, I was just talking to her. I'm just I ask you a question. I told you to back off. You crying cuz you got a warrant. She got tased. My life got tased. She got tased. Already pulled the the probes out. One was in the middle of her back and one was in like her left cheek closer to her butt crack. You might want to check on her pride. I think it's smashed all the hell. Check her out. Yeah. Yeah, please do. It was $60. Now she's got two additional probably 104 with the state tax but then whatever it is for vendelia for 2 mm if you guys could be a couple hundred bucks if you guys came around does she live down here? What's up? Does she live down here? Yeah, she lives at 52 52 uh 5126. Have you confirmed anything for her yet? her information in the uh what is your name? Jasmine Jasmine you guys pulled the pro down. I did. Yeah. Like what's that? She just wants a hug. Give her a hug. Tell her everything's going to be okay. You want to stand her up and check her. It should be like right above her left butt cheek. I need your help. You got to stand up, too. Okay. You're not paralyzed. It was like right. Tell me how I feel. Did you get tased? Okay. I've been tased before. All right. Okay. Everybody react different. Right there somewhere. I'm not going to dig around in there, but [Music] Okay. Come on, Jasmine. I need to go get in the parame because I can't breathe. You're You're talking just fine. You've been yelling and screaming and crying. You're not even wheezing. I haven't even this works. Come on. I haven't even been I know I'm going to jail, but I haven't even been yelling and screaming. I know. I'm going to get you since I've been here. So, let's get your Crocs. No. Let's get your CR inside shows are black. I haven't even been screaming out. I've been just trying to make you understand like Okay. So stupid. Yeah. This [ __ ] is so stupid, bro. Babe, I'm going to jail. Like, who would be crying? Like, I don't even get to see the kids. Like, you ain't going to prison for this. You'll be out tomorrow. Like, she be out today. I'm about to come buy you out. Right. Okay. Okay. This uh situation right here, what what happened tonight? What do you mean? What had happened? Like with this right here with with them? Yeah. So, this woman here in the passenger seat uh told us that she was living with Jasmine at 5126. Okay. So, I come here, knock on the door to to get a hold of Jasmine. This woman here uh was requesting some of her property back that I she said was in Jasmine's apartment. I get here, I knock. No answer. Did she say what it was or her property? Clothes, personal items. Her cell phone was allegedly in there, too. So, I run the address, find out that Jasmine Freeman lives here. I call the office. The office tries to call her. All I'm trying to do is get this woman's property. Yeah. Do know her? Come to find out, no. Yeah. But she's got she's got special needs. She's going to find out we're looking for 5130, not 5126. So I reach out to Jasmine to try to just get the property. That's when I find out Jasmine has the warrant. So now we've moved on from Jasmine's. Now we're 5130 and Jasmine walked right out of this apartment complex between these two units. I knew what Jasmine looked like cuz I literally just looked at her driver's license picture and I saw she was like 410. Yeah. And there's not very many people that look like Jasmine that are 410 that are walking right here at Jasmine's apartment. That's how and then I I not once I notified her, I said, "Hey, Jasmine." She looked right at me and she came right over to me. That's how I positively identified her as being the one that had the warrant. So, it goes from and then she speedwalked away from you telling her that she's got a warrant, that she's not free to leave to her telling me that she's going to go to court tomorrow. She takes her Crocs, she puts them in four-wheel drive. You know what that means? Sport mode and then takes off. She didn't make it very far cuz she got dropped right there. Y would have just You probably could have just let her go. She would have went down to Marine Mayor's court on a $60 bond and you could have went down there for 60 bucks and got her out, but in instead she got two additional me charges resisting and obstructing. It's silly. I mean, it's really really silly. Some people just can't do anything the easy way. Could have been simple. Could have went down and been like, "Whoops, here's 60 bucks. I'm going home." Nah, this is much more fun. Was for me anyway. It's all I got for like, subscribe, leave a comment. See you on the next one.
