being charged with two counts of OVI we
always do them both one is just just
that you were driving under the
influence the other one is because your

also it did not save it so I'm going to
have to print out another copy but it's
going to be for headlights to reord at
night since you shut your headlights off
when you turned into the alley when you
were still on the roadway okay um and
then they'll have the weather conditions
but I'll go get that other copy because
our system doesn't like to save things
so you get two of these one one just
because I let the system time out so it
already does a print out so you have
that it has nothing to do with you the
other one is your uh breath results that
had the the 127 and the 128 and that it
was a 0.127 as the print out now this is
essentially your driver's license being
suspended all the stuff that I read you
is on the back here and everything that
I explained to you and why I pulled you
over and stuff like that all right do

still drive she cannot she she um is
entering right now so she'll have to

now is 90 days and then she can ask for

them it's completely up to the judge I
mean it's pretty serious to drive under
the influence of alcohol and they take
it very seriously so it's um consider
it's on there as a
DUI but it's considered an OVI now but
yeah it's same thing one is just driving

bicycles and Lawn Motors and oh I didn't

and write the the alleyway on there as
well like I said our system is very

then I turned around still sitting there
and then I pulled P up behind her um
when I got up behind her she had opened
the door I went up and talked to her and
she said she was not okay to drive and
she was waiting for a
ride so she was already driving at that
point and that's why all of this ended
up happening and clearly she tried to
make the right decision a little bit too
late she had already drove a long time
so I get where you were saying that you
were trying to make that right decision
but you had already you know started
driving at that point okay all right so
let me go get that other copy for you
