[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Hello everyone. Welcome to another wonderful Shane's dumb criminal stream. Hope you can hear me. All right. I tried to adjust everything ahead of time. I don't know if I did it right. I never do. It's fine. Feel a little rough today. Uh we had two nights in a row with no kids. So, you know, that that box wine's hitting me kind of hard today. But, um I I just want to say I like doing the weekly stream now. And for the main reason is uh you know all the videos that I find and get sent to me throughout the week that I don't get a chance to make a video for. It's a good place to offload them. And I got a bunch of them today. You know, we could be here all night. Hell, I don't know. It's good to see all you guys. All you wonderful people that are here. Get some stuff ready. Oh, see lots of them regulars made it. Chris Russ, hope you had a good set last night from Key West. Her missile Jojo as always. I saw a bunch of people that I wanted to call out, but Court Jester, of course, she's going to be here. Y'all got some competition to be the biggest fan or whatever. I love you. You know I love you. All right. Um, like I said, there's a bunch of videos that I've either found or were sent to me this week that I never got around to making videos on. There's only so many hours in a day and I can only publish so many videos. So, uh, this first one, I actually have not watched the whole thing. I watched a few minutes of it and, uh, it it seemed pretty interesting. Someone sent it to me. I don't remember who. My apologies. You know, lots of people send me stuff. I usually can keep track, but sometimes I can't. Especially my brain's a little foggy. So, anyway, we're going to go ahead and go with this first video. Everybody ready? On January 16th, 2025, officers attempted to pull over a vehicle they suspected was being driven by an intoxicated woman. I don't know how the the algorithm gods have smiled upon me, but like a bunch of old videos are really taking off now. So, um yeah, it's just just been crazy. It's It's been a really good couple of weeks. Thank all you guys and and thank Al Gore's Rhythm for for pushing the [ __ ] out there. But yeah, thanks for the beer. That's normal, right? Yeah, that's not happening. It'd be cool if it did, but you know, it's the interwebs and that's out there forever. So, thank you, Go. Thank you, Sparkle Poos. Oh [ __ ] I forgot to switch it back over to the video. See, I got all excited. Y'all talking about beer and throwing out donations and then I had to go on my tangent on the uh the 30k. >> We'll hit 54. You know it. >> And that's all because of you guys. The male suspect was charged with multiple felony counts of aggravated battery on an officer, resisting arrest and obstruction. He avoided a prison sentence. >> Oh, that's just rude. Do not do that. >> Spent two days in county jail for this arrest. >> All right, we ain't doing that no more. Yeah, definitely don't do that. Don't unsubscribe from big. But the um the the streamers that don't do the uh standalone videos, the they usually have more viewers and less subs because for whatever reason, YouTube doesn't put them out there as much. But we all love Bigon. He's good people. We all know that. Is he going to be on tonight? Anybody know? I assume that he is. What we got? We got 272 going. So, I'll do this. There are some fine female police officers out there. There there are also some shitty ones. Same thing with males really. But it's it's harder for a female, especially a small stature to handle a crazy person like this by herself. All cops should have partners, but you know, a lot of females should most definitely have somebody with them. But this is a um this is an example. I mean physically she just can't do anything. But you know um I will say this. I I've seen some really amazing female investigators. I mean you talk about getting to the bottom of things and and playing the mind games and getting the confessions and all this stuff. Street cops. I don't know. I'm I'm kind of on the fence. There should be there should be real hardcore qualifications for that. >> That's another charge, bro. >> Huh? >> Let me go, man. >> You don't have to stay. >> No, because he did. >> All right. I'm I'm just asking you about what happened at this event. That's all. >> No. I mean, you I'm all nerd guys, man. >> Oh, yeah. I don't know why you would mirandaize a witness. You want to talk about what happened? >> I mean, I know why you would, but it's >> I don't think it's that common. >> So, did you see him hit your mom at all? >> Uh-huh. That's when he was over there. >> What did he do? >> He like pulled her by her hair. >> So, the poor kids have to witness all this. >> He had that. >> So, he pulled her by her hair. He pushed her. Who is So, can you tell me what happened today just before we got here? >> Before y'all got here as we got by 4:41, we went to argue. >> Zero [ __ ] given 2,000. >> Yeah. 2,000. >> $10 super sticker. >> Thank you so much. He was Is this his car or your car? >> Okay. >> We got >> You guys are the real heroes. >> Loud and like really agitated. >> Y'all made all this worth doing. >> I shouldn't say worth doing. I mean, I'd be doing it anyway, but you guys make it more fun. >> All my people got in better way. So, I turned back around to come back this way. We got right here at the light. He grabbed the steering wheel, made me go in the turning lane. And once I hit turn lane, he pressed the push start button. The car shut off. So he grabbed the key. So I jumped out the car. >> That was right here. >> Over there. >> Okay. He parked the car here. >> Did you run or what was it? >> I was trying to but I had my kids. So >> So what happened to Was arguing in the car or what happened? >> It was just arguing in the car cuz when he turned the car off and jumped out the car, I felt like he was going to get physical. So I grabbed the kids out the car and came across the road. Once I came across the road, he fought me cross and then the guy, the black guy came down and he was like, "Ro." And the other man that was in the corner, he came and was like, "Leave her alone." So, he went and got in the car. So, at first, I thought he was going to leave. >> So, you don't know the other black male that was turned off? >> Nobody that was here. He uh got in the car and pulled it here. So, I turned back around walking back that way cuz I didn't want to p with him. So, he started running, caught me at the light, and was like roughing me like jacking me up and stuff. >> What do you mean by that? So I wanted you to be as specific as possible. >> Jacking me up. >> Yeah. >> And then >> what was he saying? >> Get in the car. He was trying to get me in the car. So I was I'm not getting in the car with you. I'm not getting in the car with you. So he started trying to pick me up. >> Credit for the two. >> I'm not getting >> fun like this. On your knees or like all on all four straight >> and then when I got back up, he started choking me and then I got loose from that cuz the kids >> Were you able to breathe when he was choking you? >> Yeah. >> It wasn't no like cut off. >> So what was he doing? What did he do? >> Okay. >> But he didn't cut off my circulation. And then I ran across there and that's when you pulled up. Okay. So, basically in any domestic domestic violence issue, what happens is he's going to get arrested for domestic violence, also resisting the police officer, pushing both of us. So, that's charge for that. He's going to get felony charge for that. Um um he's going to be held no bond just because of battery on LEO. But when he does get out, he's going to have a no contact order with you. He's going to see the judge in the morning. You are not he is not to contact you at any point. If he contacts you, he can get arrested. So, if he contacts you, whether you call or not, and we find out, he's going to jail again. So, it'll behoove you not to call him. Um, you >> can you tell me what you saw two nights ago um near Parters and Okchobee Boulevard? >> Yes. So, I was leaving the gas. >> See, I like this too that they're >> they're following up with the witnesses >> yelling and then I looked over to >> that means the case is probably actually going to go somewhere but the car was parked and then they were >> and she said it was two nights ago. >> They got couple feet forward. >> They have probably thrown it out by now if they were going to throw it out. Did you see who was driving or at that point? >> No, I actually did not. Okay. >> Hopefully the wife gets away from that jackass >> and then they started arguing again. He grabbed a hold of her >> before she stays out in public and watches him get tased and cry like a little [ __ ] over and over again. >> Let me go. Just let go. >> That must be worth it. >> Jumped out of the car. They started crying and screaming and then the little one started running towards Okachchobee. And then that's when a bystander I saw come running up and like stop the kid and he kind of intervened with them and the two of them still were arguing and screaming. He had his hands around her neck. He kept punching her like in the face. She just kept saying get away from me. He just had a hold of her and he was just like you could just see his arm going back and forth. Like >> do you remember what he was yelling? It was they were just yelling loudly. >> They were just yelling. I couldn't understand what he was yelling but she just kept yelling that get away from me. let me go. And then I just I want to say he was it almost sounded like he was saying like come here, but I couldn't really tell what he was saying. It was it was hard to >> and then um and for him hitting you. Um he told me later he said he didn't he didn't want to go to jail. Um do you want to pursue criminal charges for I just have to ask you pursue criminal charges for him hitting you the >> Okay. So the things that he was doing to her um did you see anything other than punching or like >> punching pulling on the floor? Uh, grab her by the by the shirt. Uh, try to put her clothes off. Um, hit her pull her hair put her by the hair. >> That's when you got there and he he was running. >> So, was he hitting her the whole time? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you remember what he was saying? >> No. >> Excuse me one second, guys. >> All right. So, if that Do you remember anything else before we conclude the statement or No. >> No. But I'd like to see him in jail for 27 years minimum. [Music] All right. What coming on? Okay, I got rid of that one. Oh, this one's funny. I can close that. Sorry, I'm mumbling on myself all the time. Y'all know it happens. So, this one, this one kind of cracked me up cuz she's uh you guys may have seen this. It's a granny, but her son, I think, is like a fraud wannabe or something. So, yeah, she she's hilarious and he's annoying as [ __ ] Hello, Deputy Fer County Sheriff's Office. >> All right. >> Hey, listen. Reason why I'm pulling you over, you're doing 54 and a 35 on the overpass over there. >> I was. >> Yes, ma'am. That's almost 20 miles an hour over the speed limit. >> On the bridge? >> Yes, ma'am. It's 35 on the bridge. >> All right. Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? Absolutely. >> But I did stop at the stop sign if you noticed. >> Well, I wasn't worried about that. I was more worried about the almost 20 miles an hour over the speed limit. >> Really? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I'm about a mile from home. >> Where are you coming from? They're empty containers. >> Okay. Are they open? Are they containers? >> I don't know. They're empty. >> Okay. But they are. Okay. >> No, I didn't drive them. >> All right. Hold tight, Joyce. Ma'am, stay in the car. >> Get back in the car. >> Huh? >> How long do I have to wait? reasonable enough for me to conduct my finish a traffic stop. Anything on you that you should not have? >> Nope. >> All right. If we do find something that you didn't just tell us about, it will be an additional charge. But you said no, so that's good. Do you feel like yourself? >> I'm not answering any more questions. >> If you don't at least >> Well, there you go. She's not answering the question. So, you can only assume. You got to air on the side of caution >> when you come in. So, >> put her in the fishbowl. Give her a smok >> just to tell us if you are or are not. >> No. >> Okay. A you had to clarify it for her. >> So do you. I remember you from last time. >> From last time. >> From last time. This has happened before. >> Resisting an officer. The vehic. >> Of course it's happened before. >> And her bond was set at $500. >> What's your thoughts? >> I'm not familiar with grammar school. I have to check him out. Um, so what do we got? What is that? Okay. Um, God, this is a long one. We'll watch as much of this as I can take. This is a a a psycho custody thing that she she drags the kids into this because she's obviously mad at the ex. So, this one's a little longer and this will be the last one. We may not finish it. I'm I'm starving, but you know, I'll stick around for you people cuz I love y'all. >> Watch how this entitled woman completely lose it when she doesn't get her way. She's a charmer. I I see you in there. Open the goddamn door and give me my kid. Open the door and give me my kid. I know where you live. You You had to sit there and ignore my text and calls. Give me my kid. >> That sounds like a threat. >> Give me my goddamn kid. Is my kid here? Yes or no? Is my kid here? Is my kid here? >> All right, Vicki. We'll be there in a little bit. >> Damn window ho. Is my kid here? >> Is my kid here or not? You skinny ass. Get in my [ __ ] Yeah, if you're throwing a fit and kicking my door and threatening me and breaking [ __ ] she >> I don't think I'm going to be giving you any kids. >> I'm not going to >> I'm not going to subject a kid to that. >> Give me my >> So go in there with your broken ass door handles. You're going to have to go through your garage or the back. >> Why are you going to >> You want me to throw >> You want me to throw a goddamn rock to your window? Give me my key. >> I want you to throw a rock to my window. Yes. >> You want me to? >> Yes. Open the goddamn door then. >> Terrifying. >> Stupid feeling where my kid is at. You know how my house? >> No, this is the babysitter's house. >> I'll you up. >> That poor kid. She about slammed the kid's head into the wall because she has to show her ass. [ __ ] her. >> Now she about dropped the kid this time. >> Are you done? >> Yeah, I'm done. >> All right. Can we talk over here real quick and tell what's going on? >> So, essentially speaking, we're we don't have anything written. We don't have like custody paperwork. None of that stuff's finalized or done. All right. >> Um, so she was coming down for her sister's thing with what was supposed to be your mom, but I guess with him and she was going to let >> Yes, please. >> Her sister had >> never ends well. >> So, anyways, they get here. I picked her up on Friday at 3:00 in the morning. They're supposed to get in at 12:00. I went and picked her up, got her, and then we been hanging out. We had like through text and you know, agreement through each other. I was supposed to have her till December 8th, and I was going to fly her back on a round trip and send her back home. And you know, we went to pair yesterday, whatever, whatever. >> You and the daughter or you and the daughter? >> Me and the daughter. Just me and the daughter. And then um we go uh you know, I got I worked during the week up in Daytona. And um so I need somebody to watch her. You know, Nicole was the only person that could watch her today. you pay her some money. >> Nicole is Eddie's uh wife. We've known them. We've both known them for years that they have two kids. >> It's a babysitter. >> Babysitters are allowed to babysit. >> I'm 20, about to be 24 in middle school, you know, so a long time. And >> she's known that just as long or >> just as long. She knew them before me. >> So apparently she has some problem with them. But either way, you know, just like when I wasn't told that, you know, who's watching my kid, you know, when he was watching her, I didn't necessarily think I had to say that cuz I'm I'm I'm her parent, too. >> Were you and her ever married? >> Technically, still, we're separated, but technically together, not divorced. >> Not fully. No. So, um, anyways, I need somebody to watch her. Nicole has two kids. She's been there, done that. Safe house. Cool. And I went to work and I get started getting blown up by her, my my friend. >> This poor guy even married her. >> Blowing me up. Where? Like, where's Rya? Where's Ria? Yo, Kane's tripping. This and that and the third. I call her. Soon as I call her, where my kid my kid this and that. I'm like, hey, like relax. I'm at work. You know, like what's up? She like where's my kid? I'm like she's with the sitter. Who's the sitter? Nicole. Oh no, you got me this and that and the third. Blah blah blah w hung up on me. So as soon as that happened, I told my boss like I got to go. you know, left came down here to pick up Ray because I don't want to drag them into my [ __ ] >> At least you made it, Sherry. We're glad to have you. >> Obviously, she got there first. When I'm on the phone, you hear her banging on the door and who the >> I was on I was on the phone with Nicole. Yeah, we were all on the phone on like a three-way call and she's in there banging on the door, you know, not not being sane. >> Who was the third party to call? >> The third party to call was Nicole, his wife. >> So, who was you, Nicole, and who else was on? Okay. Yeah. So, so, um, yeah, I mean, I I tried to call I tried I called her mom to see if she can maybe talk to her or something. Called my mom, you know, she didn't answer anybody, so she found out. And I mean, that's that's where I'm at right now. >> Okay. >> And what did you say to Nicole while um, what's her name? Was knocking on the door? >> While she was knocking on the door, I said, "Wait for Ed to get there cuz I don't know what the hell she's doing." And I tried to tell her that on the phone. I was like, "I don't want you, you know, >> I wouldn't exactly call what she was doing knocking." causing a scene in front of a bunch of kids, you know? So, I'm like, you're not going to go there acting a fool. And, you know, that's what happened. So, I just told her to wait for Eddie to get there before you open up the door. And I mean, that's what they that's what they did. >> So, just confirm. So, you said wait for a to get there before you open the door to mom until >> you get there. >> Yes. >> I mean, not until I get there, but until somebody gets there that can, you know, help mediate, you know, instead of her busting in and, you know, makes >> sense. So if you just not like Nicole or just doesn't like them in general. >> I don't know. It kind of >> sets it up. >> Make sure everybody gets the >> the gist. I am going to skip ahead a little bit. >> This um >> you know they're they're married, separated. I guess they have some kind of agreement with the child. Uh he's been away. She's uh he's been deployed. He's in a military or at least he was. cuz I don't know if he's discharged yet or not, but yeah, he's um >> information of where my kid's at. I was like, you can't even >> Okay, going through the text >> this out. I was like, I never get to see my kid. >> Yeah, she's throwing an absolute fit. >> Your mom's house. Have fun. >> Where's my kid? Give me my kid. Well, you're acting stupid. I'm not going to tell you where the kid is right now. >> Yeah, >> she's safe. She's with a babysitter. I'll be picking her up soon. A weekend. A little literal weekend. Um >> about this year. >> Yes. >> Daughter here. Essie. >> All right. >> Yeah. We want to watch this idiot. >> I'm deputy Dorsy. >> Deputy Dorit. >> Cancel with my mom. >> Um so I'm about to leave tomorrow morning. I want to see my kid. She was going to stay down here with him for like up until like December 5th, but he's over here dropping her off and concealing where she is. I texted him since 10:00 this morning. It took till 12:30 of me blowing up his phone while he's at work to tell me where my kid is. And he still wouldn't tell me who she's with. I figure it out. I find her address. So, I pull up to where my kid is at. I look in the door. She's shooting my kid into a room. >> Well, yeah, because you're a freaking psycho. >> Is Rea here? Knock knock knock. Is my child here? I'm looking in the window. I'm hearing my kid and I'm like, "Is my daughter here?" I see my kid walk out to come get the shoes back in the room. So, at that point, I'm kicking her door. I'm going to kick the door. Why are you kidnapping my kid? Why are you holding my kid hostage right now? She's trying to come to the door to get to me. And you're literally concealing my child. >> Literally, >> her um Nicole, Eddie, and Tyrell all held information of where my child was at. I felt like my child was after that goddamn point. I'm doing anything I can to get into that door. >> You're just wanting to cause a scene and draw attention to yourself. >> Their door handle off. It's all about me. It's all about me. >> With my daughter and her two sons, her husband, Eddie Rivera, came up out of his car and walked up to the front and I walked away from the door and he was nose to nose with me. And I'm like, "You better get it. You better get my kid out of that house." Like >> he walked up to you or he walked to him. >> He He walked up to me up nose to nose cuz I walked >> No, he didn't. >> Kind of met each other in the middle. He was noseing me and he's like, "Okay, Ka, I'll get her." And I'm like, "You better get my kid right now." Like, "You better get my goddamn kid. You and you can't go through the front door cuz your door handle's broken off. you better go through the garage. He instantly >> Now, who did that? >> From the inside. And as soon as that >> and I forced my way into her home >> and I I didn't even step like a foot into the door. She has a Ring doorbell that I was ringing. So, it should >> You just confessed to burglary, stupid. >> I asked nicely and nicely and nicely at first for my child. And after like 10 times of asking where my child was and if my kid was in that room, she's holding my kid hostage. >> I didn't see her ask anything nicely. Not the first time >> bust through the door. I there was nothing. So I used my foot. >> So after the door opened, what happened? >> I I went in and I grabbed Ray out and I put her on my right. He already walked in between me and her at that point as I'm grabbing Rhea from her and I put her on my right hip and he's like shoving me and I shove him and he slams me out the door. My slide gets stuck in the door and my arm gets like pinched in the door and I pull right out. I can't say anything to you. I don't know. I don't know. And so >> at all, >> honestly, it was okay. >> Such so fast. I really don't know. >> So then they slide the one hits your arm and then what happens? >> Yeah. So he slams it. My slide's in there. I have my daughter in my hand. I leave the slide. I walk to the car and I'm telling him, "All right, go." >> You forgot about the part where you almost slammed your kid's head off the side of the house and then you almost dropped her. >> Separated for two years, though, and we're going through a divorce. is like legally married >> legally. Yeah. >> Okay. Um when you came down here, >> but I have on like um court documents that were separated >> finding out whether you guys >> were either way you guys at some point were legally married. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, how did you actually find out like where the kid was? Like how did that >> I was texting one of my friends the whole time. I'm like >> she's the worst kind of person. >> And now and I said now she's with now she's with Nicole. She said okay I'll find her address. So, she did her little FBI work that she does. She found her address and sent it to me. And I was already in the L section circling looking for the house that I remember is theirs. >> How did you find out she was with Nicole? I >> think after I called Tyrell after like the 15th time, he finally told me that he was that she was with Nicole and sent me a picture of her playing. All happy and still wouldn't send me the address and let me know where my kid was at. >> Okay. >> Cuz when emergency, you said you you were withheld the information of who your child was with and how to contact them. Do you want me to show you all the text? >> I saw the text, but now you're telling me that he's the one that told you who she was with and the contact number for her >> after you held that information for over hours. Yes. >> Okay. And we already established that. >> Well, yeah, cuz you're acting like a [ __ ] psycho. He's not going to tell you where the kid is so you can act like a psycho in front of the kid, >> including that. >> He's a father. He's a good dad. He's protecting his child. >> I think that is >> from his psychotic mother, >> mother of his child. whenever he hasn't seen his child in like years, you know, whenever she's called. >> When time saw his kid, >> April. >> That's not years. >> This year, but it was for like a little bit, but before then. >> So, it wasn't years, it was months ago. He's last saw his kid. >> Yeah. But he hasn't been around her like that for years. He actually has never been around her like you said. He was employed for 2 years. So, I I don't know. Unless he would go to whatever country and see the kid, >> but since he's been back, you've seen seen the kid at least one other time other than today. >> Yeah. Once. >> So, it has been years since he saw the kid. saw her recently and you got an agreement that when you come down here he's going to have the kid until December 7th or 8th and that he he would find a way either roundtrip flight to bring her back to you or a driver. >> Yes, that is correct. But we also had an agreement that who was going to be watching my child would be discussed between us. Not my kid when I'm here. He hadn't said he had no >> wrong chat. Jojo I'm here. I could have been an option. He did not come. >> Wrong chat again. Jojo, >> so you gather this information that you believe that in your words that she was kidnapped and contact the police. >> Oh, I told him I was going to, but where am I going to send the police to? >> The address. >> As soon as I got that address, I was already in the L section and I pulled up to her house to get my child as civily as possible. As civily as possible. I knocked on the door. I asked if my child was there as civily as possible. As soon as I >> maybe civily is possible for you, but not for normal people. >> Ballistic. >> Well, >> I'm going ballistic. I don't whatever. And I'll charge them with kidnapping 100%. And they're all accompllices. >> There is no kidnapping right now because at this time he has a legal right to charge as much as you do. He also has a right to have babysitter. >> She wasn't with him. She was with >> a babysitter. >> See, if if you and your boyfriend are working and someone needs to watch a kid, you have to call him and say, "Hey, is it okay?" >> Yeah. where he is with and so you call you call him every single time. Hey, >> I let him know all the time where she's at >> if he even cares to call. >> So every day months without checking up on her. >> I have to beg him for $100 every week for her food. >> Acting like father of the year and [ __ ] That's crazy. He had the option to come from Bahrain to Florida for her birthday for her first birthday. Didn't choose that. Chose other [ __ ] instead. Like that's crazy. >> Right there. That is very telling. Very telling. >> Probably made you pretty upset. >> She's >> She's saying he's choosing other [ __ ] >> which means she's jealous. She's >> pissed off that he's moving on. >> And going to hold the kid over his head for it. >> All he said was a sitter. A sitter. A sitter. Even [ __ ] get a life. >> Did not tell me. He said she's with a sitter. >> Zeke, thanks for the too, buddy. >> Why? I'm still understand why you didn't call law enforcement. If you believe that she was in the residency, >> I feel like there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to knock on a door and have my child given out to me. >> I mean, you can knock you can always knock on I can knock on any door in this in this community for any reason. >> I mean, you see in the text, he even said, "What are you what are they going to do? What are the cops going to do?" I mean, like >> found out. But instead, you went to the house, you knocked on the door, and under 30 seconds, maybe >> that was not a knock. >> You then began to attempt to force entry into the residence. It definitely >> she didn't attempt. She did >> before 30 seconds. 20 seconds. >> We have the written footage. >> Well, if you murder somebody for 20 seconds, it's still murder. >> After I was sitting there knocking on the door, >> you run it once. You knocked on it and then you went you started banging on it and then you started banging the door, yelling walking up to the door. >> Absolutely. >> And it's been 20 30 seconds >> and then you began yelling sentence to the residence. Then you began attempting to bang on the door. >> Stands here. You're sitting over here like >> I'm just trying to like help you. >> Exactly. involves trying to come at a woman who had her kids. >> I'm trying to help you understand about why if I'm babysitting for a friend of mine, someone enters the residence and begins binging on the door, I would be in fear and not want any children, including someone I'm supposed to be taking care of to come out of the residence cuz I don't know why. >> I didn't even see you, Mrs. Jarhead. How long you been here? >> You can feel like that all she wants, but emotions are emotions. That's how she feels. I think where they changed the >> she did >> handles and names and everything again. Makes me hard to recognize people >> once he arrived. >> I'm glad you're here though. >> Me in the very beginning. >> Hope you get that membership soon, Miss Jordan. >> Where my child was for hours. >> Well, he was working so he didn't reply. But >> it doesn't matter if he's working or not. He saw me calling. He saw me calling to deny my calls. Saw my texts. Then still after that, for a long period of time, he was withholding who my child was with cuz he knew that I did not want her with him with them. >> He knew that you were a freaking psycho and we're going to come show your ass and scare the [ __ ] out of your kid. >> [ __ ] wives so we can >> again being a good dad. >> And then once you >> So you said once he arrived he walked up to you? >> Yes. But >> I walked away from the door and he walked up. So you met in the middle. >> He didn't walk up to you. You walked away from the door. He was walking up to the door. We met in the middle. >> I came away from the door >> somewhere on scene and he went to >> where to pay attention stupid >> away from the door. >> You're welcome. >> You said he approached you, but if he's walked to his door and you approach him and you it looked to me like you got in his face. >> You were yelling at him. >> Mhm. >> And then >> he's one of them that would not tell me where my kid was at. >> He's telling you to calm down and relax for a second. His uh presumably his wife opens a door and then you are then seen rushing the door and entering the residence. >> Yes. To grab my child that was at that door. There's no there's nothing, no law, nobody's opinions, nobody's feelings that are going to get in between me and my child ever. What so be it. Take me to court. Don't matter. I'll fight that [ __ ] I don't care. >> Destruction of property. >> But what you originally stated was that you that opened the door in darkness, so you walked up and grabbed her. >> I never said that my daughter came out of that door. >> You can email them to me, Timmy. Um, >> maybe not. >> Shane's dumb criminals all one wordgmail.com. >> It's on the slammed out the door. >> It's on the channel page. page of the email is >> you rush the swing open and cause damage to the inter >> if you need the lane >> on top >> maybe >> and on top of that >> charge me the house I don't care >> all the while he's talking >> charge her when I ask you what he said >> every time I've asked you anything you've been to remember everything except when I asked you what did he say when you were in the house and that is the only thing you can't remember >> definitely tase her >> get out of my house >> okay >> which means you're not allowed to enter >> my >> and then he's saying get out of my house >> I said give me my kid. >> Okay. Um, >> do you have kids? >> I don't. >> You don't? Okay. >> I do. >> But you're not you're not a mother. You don't understand that mother instinct. >> Okay. Um, the mother instinct is not to be a psycho. The mother is to look out for the welfare of your child. That's the instinct. >> Him and his wife. >> You're doing the former. You should be doing the latter. >> Yes. There was holding my child hostage. I would like to press charges on it. >> Okay. Well, the hostage someone taken for ransom or in the commission of another felony. Um, your child wasn't taken for any felony offense or ransom. They're being babysat >> or without permission. They had the father's permission >> holding hostage against the mother's will. So, I would like to press charges. >> But with the father's permission on that, then whatever you want to do. Let's get this [ __ ] in court, though. >> Okay. Okay. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Other than that, nothing else you want to add? >> Huh? >> Nothing else you want to add? >> Yeah. Anything that occurred that you didn't occur? >> I would like to press charges. Okay. For what? >> For holding my child hostage. >> Okay. I just came right back for me. >> Oh yeah. >> You're arresting me? >> You're arresting me? >> I'm not allowed to be a psycho. >> What? >> Are you dead ass? >> Uh. >> Oh, they are dead ass. >> Being placed under arrest for burglary with a battery times two and a criminal. >> Yeah, that's crazy. Man, >> I just I just know >> this is [ __ ] you want to do, >> man. But please don't scream at our witnesses. At that point, you're incriminating or intimidating a witness and a victim in a felony crime. That's another felony. So, please don't talk to them when we walk by. >> So, that's her warning. If she does it again, charge her. >> You're such an [ __ ] bro. >> Oh, yep. Felony. Charge her. I just have to go listen to what I've been told. Um, and based on your statements and their statements, >> they kidnapped my child. >> Ma'am, they here come the >> my child. Uh, arresting me. Uh, uh, >> initial arrest. >> Throw a uh in there. Come on. >> Are you going to catch additional charges if you keep yelling at them? >> Thank you, Tyrell. And guess who's not going to be around the child to traumatize the [ __ ] out of her for a while? >> Just face this yellow shape right here. >> So that that gets me. You don't [ __ ] with kids that way. >> Consider your kids and act like a grown-up because you're the only grown-up that they know. They don't know that you're acting like an idiot. They don't know how stupid you are. They're children. They just assume that you're the grown-up. Just watch. >> Thank you, Tyrell, for taking your kid's mother away from her. >> No, [ __ ] You did that >> girl not to yell at the witnesses and the victim. >> Thank you, Tyrell, for >> being a responsible parent and saving your child from this psychotic. See you next Tuesday. >> Huh? >> Face that way when you fall on. >> I'm doing my job, ma'am. >> Yeah. And your job ising up people's lives. >> Nope. It's just >> It is though. >> No, it is though. >> No, their job is holding people accountable. >> You kidnap my kid. You want to arrest me. >> I hope you sleep so good at night. No, you just ruin the child's life. >> No, they exponentially improve the child's life. >> My child. That's so crazy. >> Back there. >> I'll throw the out of all you too. What's your name? >> Deputy Dorsy. Yes, ma'am. >> It'll be on It'll be on all your paperwork. You don't have to remember it. >> You going to arrest me for that and charge me for that, too? >> No, it's not a criminal law. >> You'd literally use your judgment. This kid won't arrest me. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah. Leaving my kid with some dude and deal with my kid for doing she comfortable with him. I'm stupid. >> You're ridiculous, bro. >> Oh, there come the bros, too. There's the sign of maturity. >> I put the seat belt on. >> He go for the hat trick and call him bro. Uh, I'll >> screw the out of you. You specifically, bro. >> A thousand%. >> Is it funny to you? >> I'm not even talking right now. >> You're smiling though. You're such an [ __ ] >> You're This is why people hate cops right now, man. >> Because you could be NBA knife. You got [ __ ] [ __ ] ass face. Don't you know that? >> An [ __ ] ass face. I don't know. It's true. >> It's funny, right? Can't even unlock a damn seat belt. Feels so smart, huh? >> Now you're talking to her, not me. >> I'm talking to you cuz your hand was on it. I don't have nothing against her. >> All right, ma'am. Just watch your uh >> show your ugly >> eyes. Shut >> being charged for Okay. So, wait, what did she steal? >> It's being in her on local internet property committing another. >> Luckily, they don't charge her with home invasion. >> Pushing both of them. Those are not >> okay. >> Legal. I find it hysterical. >> Yeah, I doubt you know 2020 feel. I mean, I know it's kid involved, so it's probably a little heightened, but >> it was the wrong decision. And it was a very wrong decision. >> Gotcha. So So it's just so she's just going to be >> So she's going to go get booked. She'll probably issue the bond. I don't know what the bond amount was going to be. >> Once she's there, she can call you or family member. Then they can work with a bondsman. Usually it's about 10%. So say, for example, it's a $10,000 bond. You have to you have $1,000 cash bondsman >> or collateral. that it's all going to be working once she's there to call them or talk to talk to the jail and be able to call you related information or whoever shouldn't call and they can work on bing her out. >> Okay. >> And then obviously never happens again but in the future if someone's like that's going on just call the police. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I love you gesture. You know I do. >> God forbid that you know she's showing up and she's knocking on that and they shoot her through the door. I mean that happens all >> trust me. I'm man I don't I hate I just I just hate it's like >> Yeah, I'm good with that. They did they had did they choose to just charge her with like whatever they could get that would like arrest her today or did they could they have done anything different? >> Those poor cops are always getting sued for doing their jobs and >> that's how it goes from there. >> So like oh man >> Yeah. It said not very happy with their I >> I understand they they they ain't they ain't just cool with like the door getting fixed. >> Maybe that's something that can be worked on down the road. >> They have a problem with I haven't I'm not even they don't even know who I am. Like I said, I mean at this point get involved and just >> actually who is this dude? >> I'm just saying what she's going to get now and then from there everything worry about it. It is what it is. >> Yeah, but I'll let him know to get the kid and all that. >> Oh, poor me. I have to face consequences for my actions. Screw her. All right, guys. That is gonna do it for today.
