you now it's time to get out because [Music] come yeah try not to lean back I if you want to lean forward Le sits sideways up what about my I got do one thing on time right now man can I just get my I got to close the door and address this that's the other one get it while sitting in the back seat of the patrol roll car the suspect repeatedly tried to slip out of the handcuffs but was unsuccessful good Lord crime cam now could you use a deeper AI voice for this when a supervisor questioned him the suspect insisted it was all the depuy's fault Shifting the blame in a surprising twist what's up talk to me I'm hot I Ain talk to you I just got here I'm the supervisor you all right just breathe talk to me iest understand youve probably heard this before ahead you're a human being and I'm going to listen to you just trying to go out with a girlfriend okay you're doing it wrong I don't doubt you I I just met you I I give you the benefit of the doubt to be honest with me um I just want to make sure that he you're okay what's done is done it is what it is I'm not here to give you no s story no none of that appreciate that I've been out here working for for seven months now good trying to do the right thing well doing the right thing working if you want to do the right thing you could probably start by not getting so high you can't find the headlights on your truck and then parking it in the middle of the road when you get pulled over and then running ain't none of that the right thing what happened tonight and I'm not worried about that but honestly I don't even care about that um I I know you're trying to do the right thing look I just met you I don't know who you are you know if you're working you're doing the right thing because there's millions of people that aren't working so I'll give you that um I don't know what's going on with the truck or you or or anything like that I don't have any weapons no I don't have any weapons or nothing like that think you have a couple warrants so we'll probably have to you'll have to go and you know go to whoever wants to take you now with Co and stuff like that some people aren't taking you whatever else but we'll go from there and before we get you out here we'll let you know where all you're going okay because I don't know those warrants I just got here like I said all right I I wish You' just stood there but you know but how my it was one and then another one showed up and that made me nervous yeah the alternative is I get it maybe you're scared I mean excessive force happens I'm not cynical enough to say that it doesn't but it's pretty rare and running and fighting and that's when that kind of stuff happens if you're cooperative and cuff up you will get beat 0% of the time I promise R makes no sense if I'm being grabbed when I'm not even doing nothing wrong and I'm saying please let me go and I'm not doing nothing what are you causing me to do now because I'm not you just comply and you don't get hurt that's but my thing is if I'm I'm not from out how do I know what's going how do I know that did you ever think to ask I'm not saying that people have in J how do I know that well you just have to trust it trust people that's that's how things work in in the world2 so you're law we're Law Enforcement Officers if they tell you to do something you do it that's the easiest way to not get hurt when you don't do it it makes us concerned for our safety and for your safety furthermore when you squigle off and start trying to run and not letting us arrest you then then uh how much is the warrant going to get what you get I have no idea what there are so I you'll have obstruction charges from us so you'll have to bond out on our charges and go wherever whoever's got mors okay how much is a bond I don't know that the jails don't tell us the bond amounts I I don't know and I don't even know what all these something that's not even like it's not violent I'm willing to bet this cop's never had to be bonded out before how the hell should he know how much it costs I mean obstruction is a violent charge yeah I I didn't hurt anybody I'm the one that got hurt I didn't hurt anybody you physically resist you can't physically resist law even if I feel like I'm in if I'm in danger if I see somebody else why would you feel like you're in danger that was the calmest most polite cop you could possibly ask for said look I'm scared can you tell me what's going on and then we peacefully tell you exactly what's going on and if you haven't done anything we take you out of handcuffs and leave you're Jumping All Around the car making them nervous we don't know if you got a gun we don't know if you're I don't know and that's the same thing for for my end I don't know what's going to happen I get it man I get I I understand how the world is but just because we're wearing this uniform don't we want don't mean we you want to hurt you okay M some water or something like I'm like let me see if we can get you some water and we'll get Sean down good what's your first name Troy Troy Troy do you want do you want me to get a name I to check you out huh yes as soon as the supervisor closed the door the suspect made yet another attempt to remove the handcuffs but failed again now what good would that do you you're still in the back of the car stupid meanwhile deputies searched the vehicle but found nothing significant I don't think it's St I think he was just up to no good maybe it is I don't know what's theu whatever get it here's your marijuana charge him with that where's that at in console center holder doing something who keeps the weed in the cup holder and why wouldn't you stash it when you saw the blue lights this guy really is dumb here with this is that that's alcohol I believe I was mad when he got away from me I don't think it's no l about you I don't think so 42 233 he's got a 30 minute ETA did you call or I thought someone did yeah I don't see why he need one well he requested one that cleared yes sir first off can you please just help me the best way that you possibly can one thing do what I'm sorry oh okay you can go then like please help me the best way that you possibly can that's all I ask I hear you man I'm going to work with you but you caus a little bit of a Ruckus just now I I'll apologize okay honestly so you got some warrants I don't I can't I can't speak for whoever has warrants on you yes I can tell you the one for failure to appear out of Georgia is probably not going to pick you up but get some New Jersey ones the suspect was charged with obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers 2 counts possession of marijuana under 1 ounce driving while license suspended and defective headlights Additionally the suspect was placed on hold for the New Jersey parole board he was transported to the foresight County jail for booking you really make some great decisions for a guy on parole anyway that's all I got for him he's not the dumbest criminal I've had on here but he no Road scholar be sure to like subscribe leave a comment we'll see you on the next one happy taser Tuesday
