First, I thought this guy was severely mentally ill, which I guess is possible, but after the arrest, they found a dollar bill with Coke and meth residue on it. So, I'm pretty sure it's drugs. A local grocery store called the cops on this guy for stealing a butcher's coke, which is probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard stolen. They tracked the guy down at a liquor store down the street, and he could be one of millions that match this description. Little bit of tasing in this one. Check it out. >> What's going on, man?
