of his nonsense and arrests him in under
five minutes

is pretty clear on the requirements for
a registration plate and so is the law
for failure to carry and present
and no the 14th amendment does not grant
you the right to operate a motor vehicle
on a public road without a license plate
for obvious reasons
here in the state of oregon
you have to carry and present this is
law everywhere
no this is the law everywhere this is my
constitutional rights you're trying to

opportunities to identify himself but it
was obvious from the very beginning of
the stop that he wasn't going to comply
because of his skewed sovereign citizen
beliefs
