i believe that somebody had gave him

when the officers arrived there was a
little bit of dispute on whether this
man was suffering from a mental health
issue or if he had possibly consumed
some kind of narcotics
maybe methamphetamine
at the end of the day it doesn't really
matter why this man was hallucinating
just the fact that he was
when you watch this video you get to see
things that most people don't get to see
that is the sheer fear that somebody is
experiencing when they're having these
types of hallucinations it also shows
the extreme level of patience that
officers have when they're responding on
this type of run with all that being
