about to give is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth all right so just give me a breakdown what happened from until so the gentleman had an appointment to uh come and get his keys full G uh to get his keys cut so he came to get his keys yeah so she paid the $220 for the two key fobs for like $90 each plus taxes and whatnot when Natalie the um service advisor told him that sh we have to program the the vehicle and cut the keys and there additional charge that's when we wait wait wait wait wait so you tried to sneak in a hidden charge on him all right I'm on his side now and that's when all the the yelling happened in the show I was in my office and all I know is kept on getting louder and louder at which point I came here which is probably about a minute or two minutes after and afterwards it just escalated through the mom hitting the son asking him to apologize mom had no idea good whoop his ass mom got to the Sun and she saids get in the car get back inside and uh Lally was minute ordeal before they left and in that time she probably hit him no less than 10 or 15 times repeatedly smack him with an open hand with open hand on his face and everything whatever Cuts or whatever you may have is not from us none of our my employees have touched the the customer we all treated them both with respect and were very patient and along the way uh they left for 20 minutes later and then 5 minutes after he reappeared and this is what all escalated the officer came here she asked him to step away he didn't and he kept on holding to his mom as a shield and then that's what it all went down she tased him eventually after to tell him repeatedly she was going to do it so and um did did he like grab any your employees or but he was very close but we kept on moving back he didn't do anything besides saying you know the words and retaliation words and everything calling his names but that's that that's okay okay I have to record everything cuz whatever I just want to hear what happened earlier from your um I mean he came in for his appointment I literally got two words out and he started going ballistic so what happened he just started screaming that I was scamming him and that he didn't want to pay the rest and that we already programmed the keys cuz I plugged in one my pod paperwork from the vehicle and then that was I mean that that encounter last like 10 seconds and then they got involved and got him outside okay so he just he literally just went ballistic so he was so ballistic they chose to get him out of the showroom yeah I opened up my mouth and he just started screaming I yeah I opened up because you know I set up the appointment for him to come and program his new key cuz I need a vehicle so I was all I said was and then I snuck in a hidden charge on him so it's all my fault shame on me Jay got up told him was ask what's going on Angelo came up with my general manager him outside did you see him like a Tas or anything like that or were you what you did what did you what did you see there um the vehicle was here the cop was behind the vehicle um talking to him he had a hole on his mother wouldn't let her go the cops over and over please let go of your mom I need to speak with you Let Her Go Let Her Go Let Her Go he wouldn't listen he's dragging ho in the car my mom is 68 years old and I know better than to try to grab her she put me in the ground that woman ain't to be messed with she's tell her she's like Let Her Go Let Her Go Let Her Go like I need to speak to you I need to speak to you we just wasn't complying he just kept screaming and screaming um so she said let her go you're going to get tased so she pull out her taser still telling to let him go um he walks around the front of the car he gets he opens up the passenger door she's still telling him what to do he doesn't listen he gets in the car she tases him all right so nothing look weird or crazy to you other than him just he was charged with resisting arrest battery on a 65-year-old and disorderly conduct you usually acri is a pretty good cure for I don't listen itis but didn't seem to do much on on this one it's fun though it's all I got
