safety shows minnesota state troopers
stopping a man suspected of fleeing from
them previously watch as the video
demonstrates the incredible pressure
officers face to be calm cool and
collected trying to avoid physical
contact or force unless absolutely
absolutely necessary and the video is
noteworthy for the trooper's
investigative skills based on the
statements of the suspect in this
incident he was ultimately convicted of
a felony fleeing charge in a prior case
and now has new felony charges after
this incident as reckless driving police
chases and gun purchases hit new highs
in the post-pandemic world this video
serves as one example of how police are
working and responding to address these
