them and I opened the door three times I

at he just kept speeding and I couldn't

what exactly happened today
well so we had a dinner at the become

um and and she was angry about uh on the
way home so so everything at the
restaurant was the restaurant okay no no
harsh words no nothing we interacted

nothing that we I was concerned about we
got in the car

she started with

she is convinced that I'm having an
affair with a colleague which could not
be farther from the truth
um absolutely nothing of any kind has
ever happened and there's really never
even been an indication in fact my staff
know about the concern that she has
this whole thing because frankly there's
not there's nothing that she should be
concerned about but she's incredibly
insanely jealous about it and so she she
was convinced that I was having an
affair and that had some alley
until you had intercourse with this lady
which is absolutely not true does she
blame you about anything other than
having an affair
not well
the entire ride home is about that that
that's what it was about now she's also
angry about
long term you know we've had we had a a
story but
which kind of thing and then since I've
been here and this job is incredibly
challenging and difficult she has felt
that she's been you know either you know
the relationship with the horses
so there's that piece of it which I
think again we've worked through that
we've talked about it a number of times
but at the end of the day
um you know we've agreed that we're
going to work on it and you know it's
growing pains and we'll figure it out
she's got three bio kids I've got five
bio kids
um she's you know very much uh
um I'm going to call it uh you know a
very a very attentive parent to her
three kids much more so than I am in my
five although both of us have a
relationship where our exes were really
not involved with our raising of our
kids so we're pretty much we're single
parents both long-term marriages I was
married for 36 years she was married for
27. and so we got married and it was
fine
um there's been some tension about the
kids because you know she believes that
that I've helped my kids more than you
know she's been able to help her kids
that kind of thing but
um
the right home is only about about
Patricia about this other lady okay and
then she's just and then she literally
took her fist like this never she looks
like her and she started pounding me
literally I'm driving I'm driving the
car and she hit me with my hand she hit
me on the arms he hit me like this and I
just kept doing this kept doing this and
um and I said stop stop and she would do
that and then she settled out for a
little bit and the more we dropped in
and then several times I had to pull the
car over literally pulled the car over
and said this you got to stop stop this
and she just kept winkling waiting on me
and uh and so I'm sorry to stop you
right there so you're saying she hit you
on your hand yeah right right hand and
on my head right outside of the face on
my face several times okay in my face
with her fist with her closed fist
wasn't a slap with her clothes fist
so so how many this is the second time
this has happened it's not the first
time okay she had a she had a similar
meltdown in Santa Fe only a year and a
half ago right before Kobe and again too
much to drink and just again
similar sorts of things about
you know you're unfaithful no I'm not
I've never been unstable this is my job
is way too important I'm working 24 7. I
don't have time to do anything else it's
simple they're still shipping nothing

so
um when we got home and then you know
and and I took the phone away from it a
car to just get it out of our hands and
then when we stopped then I got out and
she spent time going finding the phone
in the back of the car wherever it was
and um and then what she calls you guys
and I came into college and suggested
yeah they help me your mom is completely
out of control it's very integrated and
um and extremely angry the last time
this happened it was in the El Dorado
Hotel in
um and she was like this out of control
unreasonable unable to to Really control
herself yelling across a a completely
full restaurant
holy [ __ ] really anyway we settle her
down again and the managers nobody else
came and said what can we do and at that
point they want to know should we call
the cops I said no you know she'll
settle down she'll settle down and she
and she did she finally settled down the
next morning doesn't remember a thing
okay so I'm I'm thinking this second
second time I've witnessed this very
alarming is you might expect I've got
four commencements I got to do two
tomorrow so I got busy busy time and
this is a really really bad time here I
think so she told me a little bit of a
different story I'm gonna go ahead and
say her side of the story to see if if
that's what the truth is or she's making
it up so she has a similar story as you
she said you guys went to La Hacienda
had dinner got into the car everything
the dinner was fine once at the car she
found out that you had been cheating on
her because of some plane tickets that's
what she told me yeah yeah so she she
found out something about plane tickets
and she confronted you about it
that she told you just admit to me that
you've been cheating on me and that you
told her like no like no no absolutely
so then that's when she struck you oh
did she admitted success yes so I asked
her how much instruct you she says it
was more than two for sure

said maybe like
40 20 or 40. she said she's
underestimating by at least that minutes

hitting and yelling at him he would

nothing he just kept on going
he didn't let me get out of the car and
it wasn't until we got to the gate here
that that he struck me
so she's saying that at first she said
that you pushed her yeah I did push her

hitting me and I just pushed her away
because I needed to make the turn was
that here at the gate or is that the one
at the beginning so when when was it
that she started hitting you oh sure
closer to La Hacienda oh my gosh yeah
right right at the start okay and I
pulled over twice okay I said I get out
of the time I said get out of the car
she wouldn't do it so so that's a little
bit of a Miss
but uh yeah so I didn't so whenever you
told him I did not strike her I never

um I did push her and but to essentially
push her to get to stop not striking me
right so it's not like it's like this
right it's kind of like a yeah get up
get away from me kind of stop what
you're doing stop protecting yourself

gate and then she called us at the gate
and then you drove in and that you came

I stopped and she went back in the back
of the car and got the phone she calls
it from here okay and then and I just
opened the garage door I came in close
garage door and I came in I got
adjustment I suggestion okay
so one more question that should be the
last question that I have so you said
she started hitting on hitting you
you pulled over
to try to get her to stop yeah and then
you kept going more than once more than
once I started because it's getting me
so hard I stopped the car several times

hitting you you pulled over you calmed
her down you kept driving she started

so so from from Hacienda on to I-25 on
I-10 okay I stopped there okay and said
stop he stopped on I-10 I stopped not on

the on the entrance okay and then we got
on the ramp withdraw she hit me while
they were on the freeway several times
it came off of that freeway I took Maine
and then and the man came and then when
I was going to University Avenue okay
then I stopped I stopped once I turned
and I came up uh stainless steel

and I stopped on standstill Road and
that's where she she wanted to get out
so so where should I stopped and said
all right I'm gonna get out and get out
and and she wouldn't get out and then
and then we started going she hit me
some more and then she said how long out
and then she opens the door
now still had her seat belt on so I'm
thinking the mirroring position
apparently not gonna jump out so I was
watching
but I didn't stop the car that is
actually
and then when she started hitting me
again she closed the door start hitting
me again I pulled over I said okay get
out
and then and then and then and then she
didn't get out and then we got to the
intersection of uh what is
what it tell broke it's a tail
Bros special to us and then let myself
throw this on the on the tail Brook and
I stopped at the corner of us I'll do
this until Brooke and then I said and
then I said all right and I stopped
because it's safe and I said right

she wouldn't get out
started hitting me so we started going
again start hitting me again and we went

swerving it was like I said and I

because you wouldn't do it now at this
point she's not opening the door anymore

but now we're on the other one and we're
almost we're almost home right and then
when I came around she was hitting me
all the way around the corner and until
we got to the gate and then that's kind
of when you pushed her trying to yeah

pounding me I had my soup coat on okay

whenever it's battery on a household

you're not the state requires us to act

that this is not right so any other time

option to want to press charges or not

isn't one of those cases
in this case the state requires us to
act on it
so that's that's where we're at here
with her being the the primary aggressor
so we have to to tell me again

and I get that so on in the state of New
Mexico whenever it's on a household
member household member meaning well can
I can I go and bail her out or something
she's gonna have to see the judge and
then the judge is going to give her
court date and then she will be released
there's no other way
not not at this point
like I said in the other charge you'd
have the option to to want to press
charges or not unfortunately in this
case the state requires us to act on it
and and so but you're at the at the
point where you act on it you can arrest

the if if not I mean if there's no who's
pressing charges though where is it the
states

with that being said this is gonna have
to go to court and then once it goes to
court then that's when you're going to
have the option to want to follow
through with it or just drop it and if
we drop it does it go on a record

an actual because I know she wants to
start a business and right can't have an
