How many times do you think you've spoken with her or seen her in person? >> Well, pass by but not like really speak like in depth. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. When you mean like pass by, what do you mean like seeing her at Wagner's house? >> Yeah. Wagner's house. >> Okay. >> Wagner's house. >> So would And be there working and then when she finished, would you come to work? >> Yeah. It's like switch. Yeah. >> Every time you would show up at Wagner's house to work, she was there and then she would go home and you would come in and be with her. >> Okay. >> Like a shift. She worked in the daytime. I work in the night time. >> Gotcha. >> So yeah. >> Okay. So, you've seen I mean a a lot of times then, right? >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. You've seen her a lot coming in and out. >> Mhm. >> Okay. You you don't um uh interpret. >> So am I pray? >> Yeah is come here. >> Um >> what? >> She's go to to see the she go to see your her mother at the hospital. I don't know her. >> She live here in >> she sleep here. She sleep. >> No, she's not here. You can >> No, no. I believe you. I just um >> Where does she where does she live? >> I I I I give the >> the sheriff is come. >> She's give me the cut. >> I give her the card. She's called >> Yeah. Yeah. >> two two times. >> Okay. I'll I'll call her. >> She go to hospital. >> Yeah. >> Which one? >> I don't know where. >> No problem. >> All right. I don't know. >> No worries, brother. >> You know, just check real quick. >> No, no, no. This here. >> Appreciate that. Thank you. >> Good, brother. Thank you. She's having a problem. >> No pub. >> No, I just talked to her. Just talk to her. No pavio. Just talk. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you, brother. Appreciate it. >> How are you? >> How do you say your first name? >> You got haircut? >> Yeah. I just had so bad. >> It's hot. Hey, this is the deal. Right now, you're not in trouble. So, basically, the detector came to your place. >> Yeah. They gave me this information short. Um, like I said, I only beat the right. You have two options. All right. Um, the first option is obviously I tell you, don't take off running cuz I will catch you. One of us will catch you. So, I just tell you that just because. So, your first option is you come with us. I put you in handcuffs because it's per policy. I take you up to the to the station. Detective wants to talk to you about a case. I guess something to do with fraud. >> I don't know. >> I couldn't I couldn't tell you exactly. Um uh this is you, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. One second. I want uh it was like some check or something like that. >> Oh. Oh. Oh, I see. I see. >> I'm not sure. So, um so this this first option is I take you in a police car. >> Okay. Let me see how we do. >> Let me finish. I take you in the police car. You talk to the detective and you square it out with him. >> Okay, >> that's your first option. >> Second option is >> I'm going to be direct with you again. I put you in the police car and I just take you to jail and you fight the case in tomorrow or 30 days or whatever it is. >> Okay, I see. I see what it is. It was um you know when you're trying to do the um what's the name of it? The um the loan online. >> Yeah. Um, it was my brother. God had given me that number to call. >> Yeah. So before So listen before you tell me, I am not familiar from me and my guys, my sergeant. >> I know. I'm just trying to tell you how it is. >> Yeah. Yeah. We come We come pick up people for these detectives and stuff like that. >> So to get you quicker in the station and quicker back home, >> are you willing to talk to the detective? >> I don't care. I don't mind cuz I know. >> Do you want to give them your side of the story? >> Yeah. Cuz I know I didn't It can only benefit you. Okay. >> Sure. Cuz I know I didn't do nothing wrong. That's why when they come to the house, >> that's why we're not putting you on custody. >> But we do have to escort you. >> Yeah, I know what you mean. Yeah. >> And when you do go one of our cars, you do have to get handcuffed. >> Okay. But I have to go. Is it okay? >> You're here now. We We don't want you to go home, but we >> No, I'm not going home. >> We want somebody to come get your car. >> That's what I said. >> Can you make a phone call for somebody to come get your car? >> It's my husband that can't come get him, but I have to go pick him up. So, I don't care if you guys It's right there in um in Federal. >> Can you walk here? >> Can you get one of your roommates to come get the car? >> No, they don't. They don't have a driver license. It's only me and my husband that drove my car. >> So, that's why I said if you one of you guys want to follow me. >> Does he have does he have a set of keys? >> No, only one. Only one. >> What time does he get off of work? >> He already get off. Oh, I was about to go. >> Can you come here? >> He have to walk. He's going to be like 30 minutes. >> So, you guys want to wait for 30 minutes? Okay. How do you start walking here? >> Or over. Can you Uber here? >> I think I can't do that. >> Yeah, we can even Uber him. That'll be better. >> [ __ ] >> That's one thing I will not do. Cuz I'm afraid when they tell me you come to my house, I said, "Huh? I'm afraid I ain't going to lie. I'm afraid of police." >> Don't be. >> I'm afraid of police. That's why I make sure I do my thing not to get in trouble when they come to my I didn't do nothing. I know I didn't do nothing. Where's your husband at now? >> He's He's How far are you, babe? >> One of us will stay with the car till your husband gets here. >> Um, babe, >> yeah. >> Um, >> you know your you know your automatic wait for >> Yeah. >> You need What's his name? >> Louis. Louis. >> He has a driver's license. >> Yes. >> His name is Louis. >> Yeah. Yeah. One of us will wait till he comes and you have the keys. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, one of us will have the key. So, leave the keys. [Music] >> No, I'm trying to make you comfortable. >> He's just going to make it so you don't have to go so far back. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> There you go. >> Yeah. I have a short hand, so you >> All right. I'm a detective facto. I came by your residence earlier. Left my car. You weren't home. >> No, I wasn't home. So, when they give me the call, I'll call. >> Yeah. I apologize for not calling you back, but they were coming down there already, so I figured I'd just let them >> make contact and then we could speak here. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, just to go over a little bit of information. What's your full name? >> Inate Jean. >> All right. Just raise your right hand for me. Do you swear everything you're going to tell me is the truth? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Um, did they read you your rights at all or anything? All right. I'm just going to go over them again real quick just so I can >> verbalize it to you, too. Okay. >> Okay. >> Um, it says, "I am required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights." >> Mhm. >> If you have the right or you have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions any of your choice before making any question. >> If you not, you are entitled to presentation appoint lawyer before making any question. Okay. If anytime you're interview, >> you understand all that? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Where are you working right now? >> Um, I work at um First Transde. >> What is that? >> First trans death. >> First >> trans death. >> How do you spell that? >> T R A N S D E V. >> First train. What is that? >> It's a um Palm train county. >> Okay. >> Buses. >> Okay. Bus stuff. Yeah. >> Do you drive a bus or >> Yes. >> Um, did you ever work for her before? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, what company did you work for when you were working with her? >> Prestage. Prestige Global. >> Okay. Um, and what did you do for them? >> Um, I was a caregiver. >> Caregiver. >> Yes. Okay. Um, how long did you work for them for that company? >> Um, I don't quite remember. I believe around a year or two. I don't remember >> cuz it was um different company that I used to work with. I don't really remember. I think around a year or two. >> Do you remember when you started working for them? Like a month or a year? No, I don't remember. >> When did you leave there? >> I don't remember also cuz I think last year it was last year but I don't remember the exact month was it? >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And why did you leave? Um, it was not really a problem that I leave cuz you know it was a Friday that I work 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Then I stay until Saturday morning to 900 p.m. at night. Then I was supposed to return on Sunday morning to 9 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. But I didn't go on Sunday cuz I was too tired on Saturday on from Friday to Saturday cuz she didn't really sleep at night. You know, you have to stay up all night to look after her just in case she wanted to go to the bathroom. You have to be there for her cuz she need full assistant. >> So did you work from 9:00 in the morning till 9:00 at night? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um it was starting on Friday. So I went Friday morning >> like on the weekends you did it? >> Yes. I was I was only working with her in the weekend. >> Okay. So Friday, Saturday and a Sunday. >> No, it was um Saturday and Sunday, but I guess the person that was supposed to come on Friday didn't come. They asked me to go call for that person. Okay. So, I went Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. I was supposed to go Saturday and Sunday, but they asked me to stay Saturday morning like Friday night. Stay Friday night until Saturday morning. >> So, which I did. >> Um, I was supposed to return on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. But I didn't go that Sunday cuz I was a little bit too tired from those two days cuz she didn't sleep. >> Okay. >> You know, you have to stay up all night watching over her just in case she want to go to the bathroom. we have to get full assistant cuz she was uh fall a risk. >> Okay. >> And um she was the mentor. So I didn't go that Sunday. I called the office and told them listen I'm so tired I'm not going. And I guess she called them and told them that she needs someone that's really full responsible that need to be there for her. So they told me not to go back to her. >> Okay. >> For that Sunday I didn't go. >> And then you just >> Yeah. Just >> you left there. Did they fire you or? >> No, I didn't go that Sunday. >> Yeah, you didn't go. But >> No, I didn't go that. >> You never went back again? >> No, I never went back. >> Yeah. Did you just Did you quit or did they fire you or why did you not go back? >> No, like the reason I didn't go on that Sunday, like I said, I was tired. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. Cuz I didn't go that Sunday. She was upset. >> Exactly. But after Sunday, you never went back. >> No, I never went back. >> Yeah. How come? >> Cuz they told me not to go back. If they told you not to go back, you can't go. You can't go back to the clients because the client said they don't want you to go. >> Okay. So, what did the company said that that lady, Miss Wagner, didn't want you no more? >> Yes. Cuz she said she needs someone that's really responsible that's going to be there for her. >> Okay. Yeah, cuz Wagner told me that you just never returned and she didn't know where you at. >> No, the office told me not to go. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Um, and how were you paid when you worked for that company? How? >> Yeah. Like did they was it like a direct deposit in your account? Did you get paid cash? >> Direct deposit. >> Direct deposit. So they had your bank account info and then they would >> Yes, they just don't do the direct deposit. >> Okay. Did you get paid like weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly? >> I think it was weekly. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And did did um Miss Wagner ever pay you for anything? >> No. Um she never paid me like cash? No, she never paid me cash. >> Okay. It was one time that um I was on the phone with my friend. Um she overheard me talking to my friend and um I was a little bit behind for my rent and stuff for my bill. So I was asking my friend if they can't let me borrow money until I can pay for the following weeks I was supposed to get paid. And when I was over like the call was done and she's like I can't help you um paying your bill. I said, "First, before I do that, I have to call the office and let them know that you offer me help before I take anything from you." She said, "You don't have to. It's my money. I do whatever I want to do." And I said, "I don't understand. It's your money, but there's a policy. They told me when I was getting the application done, you cannot get anything from." She said, "You don't have to. It's my money." Like I said, it's my money. I do whatever I want to do with it. You don't have to confirm the office. You can go ahead and get it. I said as noon I'm not going to be in problem. Okay. >> She said, "No, you're not going to be in problem. I'm the one that offer it to you. You're not the one that asks me." I said, "Okay, no problem, sis. I needed to you know how it is if you don't pay your bill, so they going to kick you out." I said, "Well, as long I'm not going to be in problem." Okay. >> Okay. So, did she end up giving you money? >> No, she didn't give me money. She She had g me a check. >> Okay. For how much? It was nice some 9,000 something. It was >> That's a lot of money. >> Yes. >> What bills were you behind that you owed that much money? >> My um it was my rent and my um electricity plus my phone bill like I have to mobile plus my phone bill that I was a little bit behind. >> And when I said um when she gave it to me, I said, "Are you sure? Are you really sure?" Mhm. >> Cuz you know those clients, they might they they give you something and they turn around and said they never give it to you. Before I before I take it, I said, "Are you sure with all your heart you going to heaven?" She said, "Yes. I'm the one that offer you, not you." >> All right. So So she wrote you a check for over $9,000. >> Yes. >> Okay. That was the only check she ever wrote yet? >> Mhm. >> Okay. And did she write it out to you? Yes. >> Okay. Did um when you worked with Miss Wagner, did she ever write checks to pay bills or anything? Do you ever help her with any of that or >> No, she has someone that that came to the house to help. She have like a friend. >> Is that okay? From across the street? >> Yes. >> And she would come over and help her with bills and stuff. >> Like like when she wanted to pay the company, she don't come over to to do all that with her. >> Help her with the bills and pay the company. >> I never I never help her with no bills. >> Okay. I never help her write checks or anything. >> Don't let your customer do all that. >> Okay. All right. So, I want to show you some things. Um, so take a look at that this photo here. All right. That's you at City Bank. I think it's dated 59 of 2023. It's about 3:07 in the afternoon in the video. All right. That check there that's in your hand was for about $9,000. >> Mhm. >> Is that the check that you saying that she gave you? >> Yes. >> Those are the checks. Yes. >> All right. Cuz that check I know these are some photos from video surveillance, but when you when you watch the video, you know, you can see clear as day. you can see, you know, your name and $9,000 on there. Um, so that's that's the check that you're saying that she paid you to help you pay some bills. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> And it was returned. >> The bank the bank the the bank returned it. >> The bank returned it. >> Yeah. >> Why did they return it? >> I don't know. So, so what happened after that? When >> I didn't have the chance to use it cuz the [ __ ] just returned it. It It was returned after that deposit. >> It was returned. >> Interesting. All right. So, that check was check 273. So, this should be the check right there. >> Yeah. >> All right. Now, did you write that check or did she? >> She did. Okay. I never I never white checked myself. >> Okay. Cuz I spoke with her and I spoke with the neighbor and I spoke with another helper >> and that's not her handwriting. This check is not her handwriting. She doesn't sign her name in print. She signs it in cursive. So >> this is not handwriting right here. >> That's your handwriting, right? >> Yeah. I mean, that handwriting looks the exact same as the rest of it. Cuz this this isn't Miss Wagner's handwriting. So, why is this check filled out in your handwriting? >> No, this is my handwriting right here. Signed in. >> Yeah, you're signing the back. But I'm saying that handwriting is the same handwriting on the front of the check where it says payable to you. The date you know her name is printed. But she don't print her name. She signs her name in cursive. So Wagner, you know, the neighbor and the other helper says that, you know, they help write, you know, they help her with banking and stuff like that. Like this is not Wagner's handwriting. So why why is this whole check filled out in your handwriting and not Miss Wagner's? >> To be honest, that's that's my handwriting. She's the one that always help me. Okay. Cuz she don't she don't write like that. >> I don't know. >> I need you to be honest with me. Obviously, you're here for a reason. I mean, >> that's not Wagner's handwriting. So, why did you fill this check out? >> She asked. >> She asked you to fill it out. >> Yeah. Cuz when she was asking, she was asking to help, you know. So I was I like I said, I asked her, "Are you sure >> we all your heart? We all you that you wanted to help me." She said, like I said, I don't want that. Said, "I wanted to help you. You didn't ask me for help." And I said, "No, you know, I'm not going to be in problem." Okay. I said, >> "She wanted you to help." >> Yeah. She wanted to help me. And I said I you the one that said do not call the office cuz I was going to call the office. >> I get that. But why why is this written out all in your handwriting and not hers? >> She told me. >> She told you to write it out? >> Yes. >> So why didn't you tell me that up front when I asked you about all that? >> No. But this is my hand. This is how I sign. But she asked me to to do the um to do the check. >> Okay. But when I first asked about that, why did you tell me that was her and not you? And now you're telling me that you wrote it. Why didn't you just tell me that up front and be honest? >> I'll be honest with you. >> Now you are. >> We all, >> but you weren't you weren't at first cuz you you kept telling me she wrote this. >> Yeah. >> You know, and now you can see that it's all your handwriting, you know. Now you're telling me that she told you to write this out for her. So why don't you just tell me that in the beginning instead of saying that she wrote it and you only signed it? >> I don't think you're being honest with me. No, I am. I'll be honest. >> Okay. Well, >> I'll be honest with you, cuz >> I don't think you're being honest with me. >> So, this is check 266. It's all in the same handwriting again. The front of the check and the signature. That one's for $5,000. It's dated March 26,23. So, why did you get another $5,000 from her? >> She always wanted to help. Not me. I never asked her for help. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> But you told me she's only written you one check for the 9,000. There's two checks. >> Do she say she didn't help or >> Well, I want you I want you to explain why there's two checks. >> You told me there was only >> She was helping. She was helping me. >> Okay. Like I said, >> but you told me she's only written you one check. >> Then I asked her >> and now you got two checks. >> I asked her. Then I when I need help, I went I went on. >> So you've asked her for more checks. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So here's another one. Check 267. Same handwriting. This one's dated March 26, 23. It's the same day. So, she gave you a check for $5,000 and then on the same day she wrote you another check for $3,800. >> Mhm. >> It's a lot of money. And then on April 17th of 23 is check 269 for $8,800. All in the same handwriting. >> Yep. >> Check 270 dated 421. Same thing, same handwriting, $5,800. All in the same handwriting. And then you have check 271 dated 42423. $9,000. Same handwriting, same signature. And then check 272 dated 430 or 23 for $9,500. So all these checks are all in the same handwriting. All within what? Just two months. It's a lot of money in two months. >> So they all like couple of them all returned. >> It's almost 50 over $50,000 in two months. >> Some of them was returned. I have not the chance to like return. >> Where did you need $50,000 for in two months? >> To pay my bill to help. >> What bill? >> My rent. My >> $50,000. Some of, like I said to you, some of them are returned. I didn't really have a chance to use >> I get that some of them are returned, but that's a lot of money to be asking her for help if that's the truth. >> Yeah, we all me. I'll be honest. >> I know. You know, >> I know I had used two of them only. The one that um the one for the line and the one was the other one. This one. >> The one. >> This is the nine. >> Yeah, those are the nine. And what's the other one? That one. Those are the This one that I use and this one. I want to deposit it for the nine and the eight. And all those have returned to me. I have not this one and the other one. >> So, check 273 for $9,000. And check 267 was $3,800. Those ones you got the money for. Those ones >> and those those all all returned. >> The other ones all got sent back. >> Yes. To the bank. Yes. >> Okay. Well, Miss Wagner said that she never authorized any of these checks, never wrote any of these checks, and all these checks are missing out of her checkbook. >> Trust me, I never go to her thing. Like I said, I went I had explained everything to the other um other sheriff that had came to my house. I said the same thing. >> What sheriff was that? >> Like they had came to my house last year, I believe. >> Yeah, they must be for something different. Yes, it was the same thing. >> There's nothing ever documented in any of the reports. >> Really? >> Mhm. >> That's fair. >> I'm the only one that ever reach out to you. >> Yeah. That's >> Yeah, that's someone I forgot. It was a black guy. I forgot his name was that had um they had came like I don't I think a few days after I didn't go on that Sunday, they had came to me. Yeah. So all that has been returned like I had told them cuz I I literally show it show show it to them that way. it says return all said yeah when all says return to the bank >> yeah I have l I show it to them I log into my account I show it to them and they say they even they even make me send it send the um send it to the email >> that when where it says return >> yeah I can see that some of them will return cuz I have I have your bank records and I have Miss Wagner's bank records and it it shows you know money going in your account money being taken out her account And it shows some of these checks being >> Yeah. So, >> you know, cancelled or returned. >> Yeah. So, like it was just that. So, >> but I don't see anywhere in this report where anyone's ever reached out to >> I know. I don't know why, but they came to me and I I sent it to >> It must be for something different because it would be documented in here. >> It's It's from the exact same thing. >> There's only a couple um reports that were done with M. Wagner and then I took over from there. Nothing mentions ever meeting with you or speaking with you. >> I don't know why, but >> yeah. >> Yeah. >> So, what is this withdrawal here? Miss Wagner said that you went with her that day to you drove her to the bank to do that that cash withdrawal. >> She did that herself, not me. >> Yeah, but I think she said you drove her there. >> She asked me to drove her to the bank. Yes. >> Okay. >> That was her. Not me. >> Yeah. So, >> I mean that day we went to the drivethru. >> You remember that day? >> I >> What was I when you went to the drive-thru? Yeah. >> What was she taking? $8,800. >> I have no idea. Even the bay asked her, "Why you taking so much?" She said, "I just want it." >> No, I didn't I didn't do that one. It was her. So, she said she cut that money out >> and um she went back in that envelope to get cash or whatever and there was only like $120 in there and the rest was missing. >> Everything was in her purse. She Yeah, that that price the whole day when I was there. She was in the living room the whole day cuz that's what she sit and watch TV, eat and drink her coffee in the living room. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's where she been the whole day. So >> So how come when I met with Susan at that prestige global nursing service, she told me that you were terminated after finding out about this incident? Mm-m. She have called me that Sunday and told me, "Miss um George said I don't have to go back cuz I didn't go that Sunday." >> Mhm. >> Yeah. >> Cuz you retired. >> Yeah. And I called them and I said she didn't sleep the whole night cuz she was keep going to the bathroom up and up in um in and out. She keep me all night. So there's no way for me to go back the next day. I'm going to be sleeping. I would be sleeping the whole day the of the next day. >> Yeah. No, I get it. But you know, you were tired for a day or whatever, but why would they tell me that they terminated you after they found out about these checks? But you're telling me that they told you just just not to go back anymore? Why would Why would they >> Why would they lie about that? Why would you tell me? >> Cuz you're telling me that they told you just don't go no more and they're telling me that you >> cuz them mean call them and she told them that they told me that themsel she said I don't have to go back cuz she needs someone that's going to be fully responsible for. So if they told me not to go back I can't go back. That's they fire me. Right. If they tell you not to go back, that's they fire you. >> Okay. But I asked you earlier if you were fired or not. You said no. They just told you. They never told me they fire me. They just said not to go back. But I'm just saying if they told me not to go back, that's just assumed you were fired. >> Yes. But they never said they fire me. >> Okay. So you just assume they just assumed you were fired instead of maybe going to work for somebody else. >> Yes. That's how I see it. Do you um do you just where do you bank at >> for now? >> Mhm. >> Well Fargo. >> Well Fargo now. >> Yes. >> You were banking at City Bank for a little bit. >> TD City >> City Bank. Yeah. >> For not for long? No. >> Yeah. I know. Cuz it >> Yeah. >> I mean you you opened up an account. >> Mhm. Looks like this check was in there and then then you closed it real quick. >> No, they close it. >> Why do they close it? >> They put a hold on it so I don't know. >> Yeah, you didn't have it open very long. >> No, I've been with Well Fargo now for like 12 years. I had clos um the two that you said you actually got money for 267 and 273. >> Mhm. Um, the 273 I know was at City Bank. Where where >> That's the one. No, that's the one that I first >> Where did you get the the >> Where did you this one at? >> This one was um from TD >> TD Bank. Yes. I used to have TD TD Bank. Then I closed it. Then my sister-in-law was telling me um City Bank is a good bank. Okay. So I just like that's when they um they closed that one cuz I got the check from um >> PNC PNC bank. >> That's what I used to have when I had that one. >> This one? Yes. This was from You try to cash this at PNC PNC. Yes. That's where you >> deposit this into your PNC bank account. >> Yes. >> And they told me 267. >> Yes. And and the other one that's cashing >> at 273. Where did this one was at? This was at City Bank. >> Yes, cuz I have the check. I have I closed the account that I used to have BNC Bank. Then I'm going to open with City Bank. City Bank. Yes. City. Okay. And then all these other checks, >> those return. >> I know they're returned. But where did you try? >> The same They all the same. >> All at City Bank. >> Yes. Yes. No, not City. PNC Bank. >> They were all at PNC. They didn't work. You closed it. City Bank City. And these two worked at City Bank or just this one? The >> I don't think none of them work at City Bank cuz that's >> 273 worked. >> This one? >> Yeah, that's when they closed down. >> That's the only one that worked in. The rest of them you tried at >> um PNC. Yes. >> But you said this $3,800 one went through at PNC. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> That's the only one that that I went through. >> Then I closed um PNC. Then I opened the um city. So that's when they close the city. >> Okay. >> Well, like I said, Miss Miss Wagner and you know, her the lady that helps her um you know, Miss >> No. >> You know, Miss >> No. >> And then like the neighbor lady, I mean, Miss >> I know the girl, the neighbor lady that that had came around. Yes. You know, Miss I sat there for a long time with Miss Wagner and the nurse that was there. And you know, me and Miss Wagner, you know, this goes back almost a year ago when I spoke with her >> and I've been helping her ever since. It just takes a while to get a lot of this information. >> Okay. >> But when I sat down with Miss Wagner, >> you know, we had a fullon conversation. She was well aware of everything she was saying. >> Manual. >> She was well aware of everything she was saying to me. And even the nurses that were there were saying that she's fine. She was good. You know, everything she was saying to me, it wasn't like she was lying about anything. >> Okay. >> So, I just don't know. I I know you're telling me these were gifts >> to help you, but she is swearing that she never >> if I authorized any of this. >> Like, cuz I used to have dreads. >> That's I used to have dreads. That's the only way she will remember me by my hair. Cuz I used to have burgundy >> on my hair. Yes. That's the only way she will remember. If I go now, she's not going to remember me. >> What are you going there for? >> I mean, I'm just saying like I'm not going I'm just saying if I if we go now, she's not going to remember me. She will only remember because of my hair. Cuz when I used to have dress when I worked in that, she remember me. She said, "I know you. >> You've been here before." I said, "Yes, I was literally here yesterday." She said, "Did you sleep here?" I said, "No, I went home and come back the next day." >> Mhm. >> She will be asking you a question like for time and time even you give her the things already like you know. So that's how it is. >> Okay. Is there anything else I should know about these checks or Miss Wagner or you know anything you want to add to >> I open with you. I don't think I have any other thing that I have to add on. >> Okay. >> I answer all your question. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> I'll be back in a couple minutes. >> Okay.
