at like cuz they're saying they possibly took um face cream as well they you would think that's the number one between formula formula and diapers that's the number one thing that gets taken wow we and she was saying also the uh cosmetic section at the front here for the face scam P okay there so they're going to walk that by there I was just trying to see cuz they don't know what face cream they did or did not take got cuz in order to charge them we need an actual like itemized receipt of everything that they took with the final total okay itemized receipt so you want like avoided receipt avoided okay yeah and what I recall was Charlotte screaming out Carla Carla then I heard all this commotion so I initially thought Charlotte was being attacked and where were you at the time of this I was at the front of the store but when I heard Charlotte scream I ran out of that ow and then Charlotte pointed and said thumb it's right there they're stealing and then that made me look at the baby ow okay and I saw two individuals a man and a woman in the baby ow I saw the woman she already had for male in her hand the man I couldn't make out what he because the woman was now walking towards me very aggressively when I say aggressively I mean like she was cursing okay and saying things um and being like hostile and then she had a merchandise in her hand right so just in that moment seeing those two things I was like oh my God they're stealing and then I over hear Charlotte in the back like they're stealing they're stealing and then I looked at their bags cuz one had a bag I think they both had a bag but the gentleman can you describe the bags black bag okay the gentleman had his bag was full cuz it was protruding he was wearing like a patchwork set okay the shirt M matched the pants okay they were shorts he had on like white and yellow Nikes okay and he had a go okay her on the other and she was wearing a white shirt with long gray pants okay with brown dress and she was the most hostile he was actually trying to get away her she was being like very belligerant with our merchandise I saw it visibly in her hand um she was she was threat me so when you you said she was walking towards you she was walking towards me were you in fear of anything I was cuz I thought at first I was like is she gonna hit me but then I was like no she's just proving that she can steal from us and not do anything because that's what happens when we catch them they get very like aggressive to let us it's not like you can touch us right okay whole thing okay um after that what what what transpired what what occurred while we were at the door so she said she was walking towards you what happened walking towards me um as she's walking towards me she just goes around and she still walks out um so while she walks out me Charlotte and another um employee her name is shell we all three came to the door and we were like get out don't come back here again because that's really all we can do her walk we can't put our hands on her and then she turns around to all she's said oh F you I'll do whatever I want I'll fight you I'll come and I'll beat you and we were like what you don't even have a car what are you even saying to us and then she was like I'll come back here and beat you she was kept on saying that whole conversation like was just us arguing with her but we watched her and the guy okay when you say the corner turn the corner where our Pharmacy Drive okay so that'll be the southernmost part of the store yes sir okay and I believe that street is 9 inham I'm not sure I'm not necessarily from with okay okay so you observed them you observed them loading up the bags I did not get to see when he was goinging with the okay but you saw her I saw her walk out with our merchandise and she did not pay for it okay mhm okay um the total merchandise that we had and you you were with Miss Garcia actually when you guys went back to look at the shelves correct and is it possible for you to get us a video of the incident and stuff is the video ready tonight or it's not ready tonight it'll be ready tomorrow I told officer Nichols that I'm going to to jail for what what they took from the Walgreens which was this baby formula stuff the one right here right mhm yes so what's what we call search incident to arrest meaning you're arrested we as the police have the right to search you for any additional items of property for guns for drugs for any of these things let's say we find that stuff on these people we can charge them with that do you understand that yes okay good so we search the vehicle that we that everybody was driving in um and it is we find not just a few things you we find an entire car load of baby formula and makeup and all these things that makeup but what whatever whatever else that was in there I don't know I didn't do the inventory right but it's a lot of stuff in there and guess how many receipts are in each of those bags you think there's any receipts in them like if you go to a store and you buy something and they give you a receipt right no yeah I'm understanding okay so how many receipts you think we found in those bags none probably none no definitely none so you're you're kind of you know what I mean you see the road we're going down it's not super good for them the problem is you're driving with them right so what did that will you ever hear that saying birds of a feather they flocked together right see you're already finishing it for me so you know you had to have some sort of knowledge of what they were doing after a while yes I did I'm not going to lie after a while but I said I ain't I ain't stealing the stuff so I get you you get what I'm saying I stealing it they ain't catching me doing nothing like when I was but what conversations are you guys having in the car like they you driving them around they get out they go into a store they come back what are they what are they like oh um suck my and the other girls like I I eat like they were just having a real bad like a terrible argument over this whole thing over she like you on camera just put the milk back and stuff like that and my cousin she a little mhm drunk right now and stuff like that so when she get drunk she geter little mouthy and stuff yes very mouthy if she wasn't like that it would went that far I got you all right so so we we have several people involved in in in this like policemen detectives and stuff because of of this entire mess so um the uh the other detective is arresting your cousin which is the female mhm right and arresting also an Antonio is his name Antonio okay all right so on unfortunately that detective says that you got to go too so kind of like an accessory thing I know I mean I'm sorry but that's that's where we're at let me yeah I'll I I mean I I'm going to help you through this CU you were you were helpful with with with this entire thing but that's not my call you know what I'm saying so it's a it's a it's it's it's basically a misdemeanor do you you know what that means yeah don't come babe but they about to take me cuz he just told me just now when I was sitting here waiting yeah just told that the investigation led to just for being like like a like a what you call that accessory said kind of an accessory kind of assisting and this and that it's like it's a misdemeanor he said though he said the other detective said I have to go because no I was the driver basically and again you know I'm not not um what do you call it not I'm going treat you
