we are back in Texas to cover a soft set
who appeared on my channel just a month
ago when a Texas Sheriff's deputy told
his vehicle for no registration well
he's back driving again and pulling the
same right to travel nonsense now I
thought he would have needed to register
his vehicle to get it released from the
pound but the stop is for no plate so
I'm not sure what's going on with that
anyway will it work this time of course
not does it stop him from trying
absolutely not so let's watch as he
talks his way into a pair of silver
bracelets and three bed and board at the
gray bar Hotel
right let's get into the video

state that gives you authority over me
well I I can't show you but I can
because you don't have authority over me
and you can't do anything if you do not
have authority over me so do you have
your driver's license and insurance on
you you do not have authority over me
the only time this Sheriff has any
authority over you is when you do
something dumb like purposely drive
around without place and no amount of
word salad will change that but you're
not exactly helping yourself either by
driving around in a battered truck that
screams pull me over I'm breaking the
law

understand that and I am invoking my
fourth amendment and Fifth Amendment
rights to be secure in my person's uh

you are to uphold the Constitution
but he is upholding the Constitution the
Tenth Amendment to be precise you know
the amendment you guys conveniently like
to ignore why well because that
amendment gives each state the right to
enact and enforce their own laws which
include traffic laws so it's no wonder
that all we hear is crickets when we
bring this up in conversation with you
guys and please stop omitting
unreasonable from the Fourth Amendment
because that word makes a big difference
that's the interstate Constitution the
state constitution says I have a right
to travel

that but I do not have to answer any of
your questions show me a state law it
says I have to answer your questions you
have been stopped for a traffic

being questioned you're jumping the gun
a little in the meantime as soon as you
are actually driving a motor vehicle you
are required to provide your license
under Texas Transportation code
521025 also I couldn't find anything
about the right to travel in the Texas
Constitution as far as I'm aware the
right to travel is governed primarily by
the privileges and immunities clause of
the United States Constitution but I
could be wrong there so please do fact
check me on this in the comments

you are violating my rights

used against you in court but not
providing it will be in the form of a
refusing to identify charge and secondly
the phrase life liberty in the pursuit
of happiness has no relevance on a
traffic stop nor is it legally binding
in any way and finally your truck is
legally defined as a vehicle whether you
like it or not commercial or otherwise
if you only needed a license for
Commerce then why do states provide both
a commercial and non-commercial driver's
license
I have the right to travel according to
the Supreme Court
well yes but the right to travel has
nothing to do with Transportation the
right to travel pertains to travel
between states and being legally treated
the same as an inhabitant of the state
but while we're on the subject of
Supreme Court cases I hear Juan Galt is
still offering a reward of five thousand
dollars to any subset or anyone who
thinks they can provide to him that the
United States Supreme Court has ruled
you don't need a driver's license in the
United States unless you're engaged in
Commerce and to this day it still hasn't
been claimed I wonder why
sir are you going to provide me with
your name I do not have to do that sir I
don't have to answer any questions and
give you any information I understand
that and then if I'm being detained if
I'm being detained you have to Read Me

but he's not asking you to help with an
investigation he's asking you for your
license which you are legally required
to provide also obstructing a peace
officer is a law in Texas so keep it up

God you you swore an oath to God to
uphold the Constitution and the state
constitution right is your word to God
mean nothing to you

oath to uphold the Constitution and to
uphold it defend it and protect it yes

State of Texas of which I am but but
when it comes to the U.S Constitution
there is no law that's above the U.S
Constitution that's the laws of the land
the laws of the land is the U.S
Constitution
but only parts of the Constitution that
you want to follow though right because
again we come back to the 10th Amendment
and you're disobeying the U.S
Constitution the laws of the land sir
there's no reason for you to make this
traffic stop going this direction I'm
not making going any direction you
started

roads and I've stopped you for a lawful
reason it's your duty to provide me with
that information no it's not it wants to
show me that state law

traffic infractions I understand that

you say then it's his job to get your
details which means it's your
responsibility as a driver to provide
them that's how traffic stops work
otherwise what is the point of a traffic
stop
well you're driving you're you're
traveling in a motor vehicle down a
public roadway
I understand that but I'm not driving I
am
uh traveling there is a difference
you're in control with this motor yeah
this is my private property nobody has a
right to touch it it is my private
property nobody has a right to do what
they want with my private property with
me this is private property
belongs to God
does not belong to you does not belong
to the state I belong to God I don't
belong to any man that wants me to
control me as an authoritarian to make
me do what they want
He's just never gonna get this is a he's
too far gone and too far down the rabbit
hole to ever find his way out again and
as this video title suggests this guy
was actually banned by Alex Jones and
Infowars for being too extreme so just
wrap your head around that for a second

circles and finally arrests him but
first he needs to work out how to open
the rusty driver's side door

demand the judge providing with factual
evidence that the state obligates him to

forward to hearing the results of
