We're looking for a white male. >> In the shed or in the back of the house? >> In the in the shed. I just ask him in the back. >> Okay. >> He said the guy. >> Yeah. >> What? You're Robbie, right? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Is there Hey, is there any way real quick I can just take a look? Make sure he's not hiding back here. I got dog. >> Okay, perfect, man. What's up, >> unanimous right there? >> Basically, what has happened is um David have been in an intimate relationship for a long time. How How long? >> 14 years. >> Okay. They live here together. They own the house together. Um David got upset. He's highly intoxicated. He got upset because she burnt corn dogs or made corn dogs. Um he went to get up out of the bed and pushed her out of the way. She landed back on the bed and then uh then they started arguing, punched the dog, started arguing, then took off running. >> Um it's believed that he's probably going to the VFW. He's a white male, 5'6, gray buzzcut, no skirt, tacky shorts, possibly no shoes, and no clothes. >> Okay. >> Do you want to take this for training? She wants to give a statement. >> Yeah. So, we'll go ahead and grab a good statement from her. I don't have the case number. I can get it when she comes back. I've already run all three subjects. Robbie Robert lives in the back. He didn't see or hear anything. He did see him take off on foot. Okay. >> But he didn't he didn't witness anything. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Are you willing to give a sworn statement about this incident? >> Yeah. >> Uh do you swear to affirm the statement you were about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, can you go ahead and explain to me what happened? Um, well, he was extremely intoxicated. We came home. I was trying to cook homemade corn dogs. >> Who's he? >> David. >> Okay. >> I was trying to make homemade corn dogs. He was laying on the couch. >> Got done cooking everything. Right before I got done cooking everything, they didn't turn out all so well. He went into the bedroom. I went into the bedroom and I brought one in there and I said, "Well, you have to move over cuz I work tomorrow, so I need to be on the ed end of the bed cuz the way our bedroom's set up." And he was giving me just a bunch of crap, nitpicking at me about having to move over. Oh, you got to work, blah, blah, blah. You know, just like, "Come on, Dave." >> Now, has he been drinking today, too, then? >> Uh, Dave is a serious alcoholic. Okay. >> So, you guys were drinking together earlier today? >> Yes, we had a few drinks. We went to see a friend of mine who um was working at the BFW today for their party. >> Okay. >> We went to a meat raffle. Okay. >> So, so I got done cooking, brought one in, brought one of the hot dogs in there, and um thought we were going to watch TV. He like totally freaking exploded on me. >> Mhm. >> And got up, pushed me against the wall. I kind of like went behind him, sat down on the bed because he was going off. He was ready to attack him. >> Grabbed him. He started punching at the dog. I got the dog handle got hold of the dog and I said, "If you don't stop, I'm calling police." And he kept going on and on. He finally left the room. I got the door locked. I'm like, "Okay, fine. Just go lay down. Whatever." He went and got the tray of the corn dogs, kicked in the bedroom door, and came over there and started shoving the hot pan into my face. >> Okay. >> And that's why I said, "That's it. I'm calling the cops. You're not going to sit and bully me and abuse me." >> All right. >> So, that's where we're at. >> Okay. So, when you call the cops, they >> ran out and I don't know. I stay in the bedroom while I was on the phone. >> Okay. Okay. Um, when you guys were sitting in bed watching TV, did he go? >> We never really got that far. >> Okay. So, you got >> We never got that far. It was like That's when as soon as I tried to go in there and sit with him, that's when >> Okay. So, you were So, you you had to play with the corn dogs and then you were walking in talking with them. He saw that they were a little burnt. >> Yeah. >> Or a little crispy to his taste. So, he got up and you guys were >> Okay. But I >> Okay. >> I'm a really good cook. And I mean, >> yeah, they were bad. >> Okay. >> And so, uh, you guys were arguing over or just debating or you were arguing and then he pushed you while you were still standing. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then you fell onto the bed. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then the dog started barking and so he started trying to punch the dog as you were on the bed. >> Yeah. And I grabbed the dog because he'll bite. The dog will bite her. >> Mhm. You you can't touch me with Yeah. >> Okay. >> He can't raise his voice to me without the dog going off. >> Okay. So then >> Yeah. >> But and then you shut the door. He >> I shut the door and locked it and then he came back with the whole tray and kicked into the door cuz I couldn't figure out how did he land up begging the room. >> Did he when he grabbed the tray, did he try to like throw it at you or just more? >> He was just pushing it in my face. >> Pushing it. Did it actually touch your face or anything? No, it didn't touch my face. >> Okay. >> So, but it was a hot pan. I could feel the heat. >> Mhm. >> Did he Was he using oven mitts when he had the pan or >> um I don't even You said he kicked the door in to get back in the [music] door cuz you said you had it locked, correct? >> Yeah, I had the bedroom door lock. >> Is there any damage to the door? >> I don't know. I didn't even look at it. All I know in >> Yeah. All I know is all of a sudden the bedroom door was open and it was locked. >> We'll do that after this. Where was So, let's say this is the doorway to the bedroom. I can show you where we're talk the area we're talking about. >> We'll go in there just a minute. Where were you at in relation to the door? Were you in front? >> Oh, no. When when he kicked in the door and stuff, I was sitting when he pushed you >> when we were we were only like less than this far apart cuz the area that we were sitting >> Were you in front of the doorway to >> No, no, I wasn't I was up against the wall. >> Okay. I just want I'm trying to clarify. I just want to be sure cuz I heard you say he didn't push me to get around me. He wasn't trying to get out. Um, so you you're saying he pushed you down on the bed in an aggressive manner and then started punching your dog because the dog was barking. Is that correct? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Um, >> where do you think he would go? >> I have no idea. >> So, ma'am, at this time, I'm going to conclude the statement. Uh, is there anything you wish to add, change, or delete from what you've told me? >> No. >> Is there anything we've discussed off tape that we haven't discussed on tape? >> No. >> Okay. So, uh, this concludes the statement. The current time is 17:55. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Yes, ma'am. Thank you. >> How's it going, sir? So, basically, from what I'm getting from you is that it was a normal argument. Nothing happened. You walked outside. She followed you. >> Well, sometimes she does. Yes. >> But this time, >> uh, no. I I I I I really don't, you know, I mean, I I I try to I try to get myself away from her. >> Mhm. >> When she's being argumentative, you know, and uh but she'll follow me, you know, and and want to continue to out of you and everything and I just try to stay away from her. >> But did she follow you this time? >> Uh, yes. >> So, she followed >> a certain extent. So, I went over to my buddy's house. >> Okay. So, when you saw us here, why did you turn and start walking away again? When I came and got you out of the backyard. >> What? You saw us >> and you turned and walked away again. Why would you do that? What's the matter with that? >> Okay, good to go. >> All right. Okay. All right. Why don't you get her out here and you >> you don't remember where you were before you walked out of the house? >> Okay. So you were arguing. You left to cool off. You said >> I don't know if we were arguing. >> Okay. I mean, I never said that. I, you know, >> it just, you know, maybe she was arguing. I wasn't arguing. Okay. >> I try to stay away. >> Okay. >> So, >> you left. We came on scene and then you came back, right? >> Yeah. I just try to stay away. >> Okay. >> That's why I'm back out back. >> I'm getting away from her. >> All right. So, this time I'm going to end the statement.
