So, um it started um this afternoon, I guess. She started texting me saying things that, you know, like I'm not giving her enough attention, stuff like that. And, you know, and I've there's no secret that, you know, I've been having a hard time at work, you know, so I come home and I'm exhausted. I'm beat, you know, and so I've haven't been giving her enough I love yous, whatever. But, there's flowers on the counter. I mean, I'm trying, you know. Of course. But, I guess she's just not getting what she wants and and probably her emotions are up. She's also She's, you know, she has days, but not like this. And so, she was hysterical and I just kept trying to talk to her, trying to So, I said, "Listen, I'm listening. I'm sitting here. Let's talk." Oh, and let me backtrack a little bit, too. She She actually when I got out of work, she called me screaming and yelling. And I told her I said, "Listen, calm down and then I'll come home. You know, just relax, you know, I'm I'm not coming home to this, you know." Yeah. Um and so, I waited an hour and it was, you know, "Come get your stuff, get out. You better come here. Let's talk." And, you know, but it was all screaming, you know. And so, finally I said, "Okay." I waited another hour or whatever and then I came home. I came in and I sat down across the room from her and I started talking to her in the same tone I'm talking to you. And she persisted to yell and scream and tell me how she's not getting treated the way she wants to and I don't love her and I don't tell her I love her enough. And I'm I'm trying to explain myself. I said, "Listen, I'm not trying to treat you poorly." Mhm. You know, I said it's just that, you know, I'm going through a lot, so it's, you know, it's hard to balance all this stuff. You know, I'm trying to I can't even get all of that out cuz she's screaming and yelling. >> And then it got to the point where she's, you know, started becoming verbally abusive, calling me names and stuff. And then I said, "All right, well, look, I'm I'm going to leave, you know." And so I went to go get my things so I can go to work tomorrow or whatever. And then so she came and throwing it out of my hands and So she had whatever you were holding in your hand, she grabbed it from you? >> Yeah, my my I had my computer, my laptop in my in a in a case and everything, you know, so and it's on the ground, you know, because she's and she's telling me how, you know, she's accusing me of of having sex with this mutual friend of ours, this, you know, that I know completely platonic relationship. I was like, "What are you even talking about?" I said, "This is this is crazy. What are you doing What are you saying?" You know? Anyway, it was this, it was that, and then she started calling me and stuff. And then I said, "Listen." She was right up in my face. I said, "Listen, listen, you got to back up. You got to back up." I was telling her. And then she's like, "Oh, what what are you going to do? You're a She started pushing me and I said, "You got to stop. Stop." And then she pushed me and pushed me and she pushed me into the blinds a couple of times. Hey, just talk to me over here so I can keep eyes on my truck. >> So So anyways, she pushed me a couple times. She pushed me down and then she pushed me and I, you know, fell into the nightstand and whatever. She ripped her shirt, you know, just When she was pushing you, was it one hand, two hands? It was both hands. >> On the shoulders? On the chest? >> on the chest, on the shoulders and she was like, you know, up here Yeah. Yeah, all all up here. All over there? Okay. And then what else? And then she knocked me down, you know, into the nightstand. Um and I got a big scratch on my back from it. All right. So just so you know, she is going to be arrested for domestic battery, you know, it breaks my heart. So, I mean, after the way she's acting, she kind of deserves it. She got a taste. Yeah, I know. I saw it it just broke my heart again. You know, I I didn't I was like, "I don't want to press charges. I just want to get my stuff and go." But, I understand the law. >> to abide by law. So. So, um I'm going to have you stand in front of the blue car just cuz the sun. Yeah, that's fine. And then put your hands down directly by your side. Yep, just like that. There you go. One sec. This is broke this as well, too, my chain. I don't know if that makes a difference. >> Yeah, um just put that in your pocket for now for right now and then I'll photograph it. >> [clears throat] >> So. And then. Okay. Um. Turn sideways. Nope, I'll get that. Yep, there you go. Do a 180, face the red car. I'm trying to Um I think it's How many people do you >> All right, face me. Hold out both your hands just directly like that. Flip them over. Okay, um turn around. I'm going to pull out the back of your shirt. One sec, you're good. One sec. Just my hand real quick. And I know. >> [laughter] >> Just a little. It's okay. That's what happens when you get around cold weather. Well, from New Jersey originally. Nah, I got you. You're good. You can put down the shirt. And then hold out the chain. Is it broken at the I don't even know. I just came off and Yeah. It's broken at the clasp, I think. Or yeah, maybe it's not even So, you rip that off your It came Yeah, it was ripped off, so. >> Here, just hold it in your palm real quick. Of the clasp. Like that. There you go. Okay. Um do you mind showing me the interior of the house? Yeah. Hey, Sarge. I know there's three of you. Um she's in my car. I don't know Natalie's here. Because either way you're going to go to the hospital. Okay. I'll go with them because he he hit me and he put his hands on me. Is there a way to keep >> And I just I just want to And I just want And >> If you guys don't want to remove the probes, I'll just leave them in.
