That's why I'm calling you. We're doing an investigation right now. We got a call. You're a suspect in an investigation right now. My partner is is gathering all the information that he needs. Can you just confirm your location? Okay. Once I got all the information, then we're going to have some questions for you. you're going to have a right to either. Okay, we can prove that this is happening or this could be a huge misunderstanding. If it's a huge misunderstanding, the psychos will come off and you'll be free to go on your way. If it's not a huge misunderstanding and you we find enough probable cause to make an arrest, then you're going to be arrested today. Okay? Depends on what we find. We obviously got called here. We were given your description and as we walked in, the teller told us it was you, the person of interest. So, we're going to speak with the teller, get a sworn statement from her and we're going to start our investigation. Okay. Any questions for me? No. No. Okay. Let me ask you this. I'm sure. Who dropped you off here? Uh, Uber. Uber. So, you came by Uber? Yeah. Okay. So, you don't have a car here? No. No. So, no one dropped you off. Okay. Why is it? Based on my experience from multiple cases that I have worked regarding this, somebody always drops you off and as soon as they see our cars, they take off. So, it's always more than just one person above. We're waiting. She said she has an appointment and she doesn't have time for this. Okay, that's fine. I'll get out. Uhhuh. Hello, this is off Delaroo Booker Booker Police Department. Can you hear me? So, I know obviously. Do you have any ties to Bocar? No. Okay. Can I see that check real quick? So, we we have a check here. I guess some male named Elliot tried to pass saying it was written um 10 for about 4950. The date was on 316, 2005. Never wrote that. Okay. Did you send out any recent um checks? Well, this is part of checkbook 195. Do you still have that check or checkbook? It's unwritten. You have it. Okay. So, you still have the book. Did you mail me anything recent out recently? Sometimes what they'll do, they'll they'll take a check like you mailed out and they'll wash it. Did you guys mail anything out recently like a bill? All right. And just just to confirm, you don't know any Elliot Manuel Garcia. They never wrote any check to him. Okay. Okay. Um if I have more question, I give you a call. Let me interview this guy, see what he says, and I'll I'll give you a call back with a follow-up. Okay. We're We have him detained right now. We still have to interview him. It is We're in a bank in TD Bank in Bingo. I'm going to call you back with an update. All right. Thank you. Some people don't trust us. I I don't blame him. So much fraud nowadays. They don't know. So, he came in and tried to deposit the check. Tell us to cash. Cash a check? Cuz I'm Got it. Okay. You live locally here? You live here in Bokeh? No, I was visiting my cousin. Your cousin? Where do you live? Uh, Orlando. Orlando. Yeah. And you came from Orlando just for the day? Yeah. You took you took an Uber from Orlando here? No, no, no. My picked me up and stuff, but I had to pass that house. Oh, okay. Down apartments and down properties. Okay. So, we can remodel and flip. Remodel. Okay. So, you guys flip houses, apartments, stuff like that. Okay. Where's your cousin live? Uh, West Palm, I think. West Palm. Yeah. It's like all the way. Oh, okay. Got a hotel room in I already You got a hotel room where? No, I already checked in. What city is the hotel room, man? What city is the hotel room in? Oh, I don't know. My cousin. Your cousin booked it or you booked it? No, my cousin booked it. Your cousin booked it? Okay. But it What brings you guys to Bokeh? I mean, what brought you to Bokeh? There's no TV banks in West Palm Beach. Nah, we're not we're not looking for TD Banks. We're looking This is the closest one to the rundown apartments we looking at. But you said you came here and Uber. I know. I Ubered. I didn't say nobody. Okay. So, if you Uber here, I got picked up from Orlando to land. Miami. Okay. Miami is an over an hour away from here. So you're nowhere near Miami? Not Miami, but this area cuz this is where usually where the villagers and the rest of the area come to look at our run down apartments, houses, uh like stoages. Okay. It's a lot of stuff. So you where did you get the checks from? In Orlando? Uh, no. I think I got them from No, it was given to me. Some lady that gave them to me. Some lady gave them to you. Just a random lady gave them Oh, who is this lady? No, cuz I remodeled her house. So, she had brought a check for me. So, when did she give them to you? Today? Yeah, today. Like like a week. So, a week ago? No, like she planned I wasn't going to take the checks cuz I don't take checks. Okay. But when did she give them to you though? Like two three days ago. But I had to I just wanted to come cash it today cuz we was going to look at the apartments cuz all the realtor and stuff like cash. So Okay. Like so two two three days ago she pays you. But you came from Orlando today. No, no, no, no. When did she came from Orlando down here? Like two days ago. Two days ago. Yeah. So, if you came two days ago, how come you didn't cash the checks when you were with your cousin? I think, for what I'm understanding, your cousin is your partner. You and your cousin look for houses to flip, right? To fix up and sell, right? So, if you're with your cousin who has a car who picked you up, why didn't you guys go to a bank together? Why do you Uber to a complete different bank on your own? I was going to get it checked in my name. I I I understand that, but why would you take an Uber when you have uh somebody that's driving you? He had other plans, but I check put some money in my savings and then go look at the rundown houses and apartments. Okay. Apartment. Okay. Okay. So, you're going to go look at some apartment. [Music] Um, you're going to go look at an apartment and today you decided on your own to cash the checks. But the whole plan of you coming down was to look at this apartments, right? No, we was going to buy and flip. That was But that was the whole plan of you coming from Orlando down here to South Florida. Correct. Yeah. A lot of the houses down here are abandoned. So, I'm just confused. There was no banks anywhere along your way that you couldn't cash any checks. No, this is the only bank in in the state of Florida. Yeah. Oh, okay. Not the only bank in the state of Florida. This was the closest to like the house we were going to go see and stuff. But you keep saying we were going to go see but it's just you here. Yeah, that was later on today cuz nobody's in right now traffic. Okay. Okay. Okay. Can you tell me what happened? Um subject came in approached the teller. Um I am the assistant manager here. the teller wanted further verification. After looking at the subject's identification um and the check, I realized that um it may be a stolen check. Um so I proceeded to contact the customer. The reason why you thought it was a stolen, you said? I'm sorry. Yes. Because of um the the location we was in New Jersey. a New Jersey New Jersey check. So, there's a little flag as you saw. Correct. Okay. Um I investigated further, realized that the subject just recently opened up an account, two accounts that has not been funded on March 10th. Um his stories that he provided to me did not add up. He first he said that he was going to he purchased his homes, fix them up, and resell them. So, okay. Yes. And then he stated that he was doing some work for them that they have property in Boca Raton even though they live in New Jersey and he was doing some work for them. He also stated that it was from a company and then he switched and he said that it was from Susan. So I didn't feel comfortable so I delayed him called the customer and then called uh the police department. And this is the subject you gave your driver's license Elliot. Yes. So you say he opened an account on the 10th online? Yes. Okay, that's all. Okay. He say anything else to you? Anything else? He was on his phone. He was avoiding conversation. And you spoke to the customer, Susan. And what did she say on the phone? She said that she did not write that check. Um she didn't even think that there was sufficient funds in the account. Okay. Um to cover that check. Did you guys Did you guys try to the check or you never even try to cash it? I didn't. Okay. Anything else you want to add to the statement? No. All right. This is the end of the statement. The time is 1452. Let me go talk to him. See what he says. I want to let you know. Okay. You see my man, but the thing is that story is not making sense, bro. I'm just telling you the truth, right? I'm just having a conversation with you. Look, we're just having a conversation. It just it doesn't make sense. You you came from Orlando all the way to West Palm to stay at a hotel for the last two days that you've been staying at a hotel and you had to come all the way to Bokeh to cash two checks. So you you you you or how many how many checks were you going to cash? Just the one that's Oh, so just one check. Yeah. Okay. So I'm trying to get your story to make sense. You get what I'm saying? Let Okay. Let me explain my partner. so far what we we have talked about. Okay. So, I spoke with this gentleman. He lives in Orlando. Yep. Apparently, he came down from Orlando to West Palm Beach to stay at a hotel cuz him and his cousin like to flip random apartments, houses. Correct. Okay. If I'm wrong correctly. Okay. Please. Okay. So, he's staying in West Palm. He didn't want to cash the check in West Palm because he didn't want to get robbed. But for whatever reason, he couldn't stop in Latana, Buenam Beach, Delray, any other city that was in between West Palm and the city of Bocarone. He he for whatever reason, it's just random. Now, if I again, if I understand correctly, apparently in in our city, in the city of Bocarone, there's a lot of rundown apartments that need fixing that he can flip. and uh he needed to cash the check for $4,850 in our city um so that he can go look at a property somewhere in the city of Bocarone. He doesn't know where. His cousin knows where but his cousin didn't come with him cuz he had all the important meetings, right? No, I didn't say meeting. Oh, well, he has all the important stuff to do, right? Okay. So, he had all the important stuff to do. So, he just Uber from West Palm to the city of Bocarone to catch a check. Um, did I get the story right, sir? Okay. Just want to make sure I was right. Okay, Elliot. So, that's your story. All right. You understand the right he's writing to you? You want to speak to us? Okay. So, I spoke to the teller and I spoke to Susan. Who's that to you? That's just the lady I had been remodeling for the house. Where? I don't remember. But I still have sent a company over there. She owns no houses in the state of Florida. She only lives in Jersey. Never been done a book or a tone. Yeah, she only she lives in Jersey. Okay. She never wrote this check out because she still has the check. Where is it? At her house. How is that fee if the check's right there in front of me? I'm asking you that question. That's how I'm trying to This check was written out to you. Exactly. That's how I'm trying to figure out right now. You have her information there. You can call her if you're a client. She's your client. You can call her. I don't know. I mean, you work in her house, right? I send a company to her house. I I'm just literally like Well, you said you picked up the check. You went to get the check in Jersey. Yeah, I picked up that check in Jersey. I didn't pick it up though. I got it mailed. Oh, you know what? Let's put it on the phone. We'll put it on the speaker for you. You have to work phone. That's crazy though. So, when I in front of me, though, like what? We're going to send her a picture of this. So, she's going to confirm this is her signature, right? I mean, my man, you did the work. You got the check. You don't know anything about a check that was given to you? No, no. Okay. I mean, you saying that the T is still in Jersey. It's right there in front of me. That's what I'm trying to figure out. So, you went all the way to Jersey to do a construction job. So, what city did you go to do this job? The company went over there to do the job for Okay. So, you got paid. Your company? No, it's not my company. You said it's your company. I said a company. A company was your company. I didn't say it was my company. Okay. So, a company is going. So why this a company whatever the name of the a company is giving you a check to do the job. But what job are you doing? You here in Florida, my man. You're in in Orlando. I'm going to ask you a question. Okay. You want to look through your phone? Okay. So we're going to take the evidence and seize it. Wait for evidence your phone. Wait. But if I say yes, you said no. I'm not going to go back and forth. I'm just trying to pro prove is see if what you say conversations with this this this victim here right in your company because usually you're going to have text message some kind of proof of your company right and show you the checkout some kind of service some kind of something like that we all been doing this job for a while so is there someone who told you to go cash this check in and you're just kind of a dumb person that don't know don't know anything I'm just with that. Charlie, you can say that to my dig. This is your chance to come clean, bro. I already cut you in enough more than enough lies. So, this is your chance to come clean and try to help yourself. If you want to stick to your story, you're more than welcome. But even the way I explained the story and you confirmed that that was your story, dude. It it does makes no sense, my man. Listen, maybe if it was our first day doing this line of work in my work, this is South Florida. This is King of F and this bank is and you're not our first fraud arrest. You know, I already know that I ain't going to lie. That right there. So, who gave you that check to cash? I don't know. Somewhere on the bridge on the beach. Is it on the beach? Where? Here or where? Where you live? N like Did he drop you off here? The car still here? No. I'm pretty sure once they seen you out the patrol car, they've been there. Right. Yeah. So, you met this random guy on the beach. He told you what? Just go in there cash. Yeah. Because on the March 10th, you open up an account in TD Bank. Yeah. Is that what he told you to do or? No. No. I was going to open a bank for my clothing brand. But he was like blah blah blah TV blah blah blah. So random guy, you know, you know what city he was in? What beach? Tampa. Tampa. So he was in Tampa. You met this random guy in the beach. Yeah. He told you whatever whatever they want. Blah blah blah. I'm like, "All right." Okay. What is that? Okay. Why do you tell I'm sorry? Do I come to this city? I don't know. Honestly, I don't even know that. So, no. Yes. And area? Yes, sir. So, how'd you come down here? What's uh Palm Beach County? Uh the people from Tampa had dropped me off here and then I guess once they see I'm sure they left. Is it something like a friend of a trench told you do this or some random guy at the beach? Some random person at the beach there. He was like yo I got these uh these checks. I'm like okay. Yeah. Like they legit? He's like yeah yeah they're legit. I'm like okay I'm not going to get into no trouble right? He was like nah nah you good. I was like okay good. Black guy a white guy Spanish guy? No. Um, white guy girl. Sorry. Who was the guy who who told you? It was like he's like Haitian like So it's a black guy. I'm not trying to lie. Skin color is white, black, yellow, dark skin. Dark skin. He got dressed. Okay. Tattoos all over. Literally. How many checks did he give you? Just one? Yeah, literally just one. Just one. Yeah, literally just one. He said you said he gave you chests. No. No. He gave me that chest right there. He just gave you a He literally just gave me a And he drove you all the way down here from lunch. Is that the guy you're on the phone with when you were trying to cash the check? That's what we usually do is stay on the phone when we try to do this. How much money were you supposed to get paid from that from the 4950 that you were going to take? How much was your cut? Uh probably 15,500. And he dropped you off and you still cash out car. uh it's one of the electric something like that. The Kona whatever it is. I don't know. It's like can something else. Is it the Hyundai? No, it it's newer EV. What color? We're going to check the camera. So, I mean, it's better to be honest. So, you came in the car? Were you dropped off or were you dropped off in the front? Were you dropped off in the back? Huh? Were you dropped off on the side, the front, or the back? Cuz we're going to check the cameras. There's a bank. There's cameras everywhere. Walked where? You said you were dropped off. I I dropped off like down the street and I walked in. So, I believe you're telling part of the story, right? You came honest with someone telling you to do this. But I ain't It ain't some guy on the beach. It's probably someone you know. probably someone who's done this before and said, "Hey, I did it once. It went through in Tampa and he took you from Tampa to here and you don't know what kind of car it was." You said it was an EV car, newer, right? What color was it? It's like a reddish It's like a dark reddish like a wine color. Where did he drop you off? Literally at the light at this light where there this wide open window. where the light is right here. That cameras that point that way, we're gonna see you walk that point that way or where they gonna see you walk. Yeah. So, you just meet random people and you get in the car and then you just cash checks for them. Is that what you do? Huh? Yeah, she's coming. But yeah. Yeah. I mean, you you understand you're in serious trouble right now, right? I hope you know that. Okay. I'm trying to I'm I'm going to be straight up with you. Okay. You're looking at a couple felonies. Felonies? This is felony, man. What? Yeah. You're looking at washing a check. That's a felony. Fraud, that's another felony. The amount is over 750. So, another felony. So, right now, you're looking at three felonies alone yourself. Yeah. So, we're giving you the chance to try to help yourself. What what would what would be helping you? The truth. The truth will help you because when we present a case later to the state attorney's office, they're going to see everything and they're going to be like, "Okay, this guy's coop cooperating or something." I don't think that you're the person involved in this. I think this is a bigger ring. I think that there's way more people involved in this. I don't think you're the only person that they're using to cash these checks. And the reason I know this is because not a couple months ago, I made the same arrest for somebody else. Okay? So, it's up to you if you want to be you want to see the state. Okay. Hey, I cooperated. He was being truthful. Let's see what we can do to help them out. And I'm not saying to help you out that they're going to give you a deal or anything like that. I'm not mentioning anything. I'm not promising you anything. I am not. But what I'm trying to explain to you is it's just going to help you later in the long run because everybody's going to have access to all of this. All of this is being video and already recorded. We have all the evidence. We getting the statements, right? So all of this information is going to come into play later in court. So we're you we already caught your line, right? But now you're finally starting to tell somewhat of the truth, right? It's not a good look when the state attorney is reviewing this and they're like, "Okay, he's not even remorseful about what he's doing. He doesn't care about what he's doing." Okay, then they're going to give you what they're going to give you. Okay. Again, I'm didn't make you any promise. I'm not telling you that something's going to change. However, being truthful and you telling the truth and maybe even getting the people that got you in this situation involved, cuz as you can see, the people that dropped you off here, the moment they saw our cars, I know that they took off at a high rate of speed. They got in that highway and they say, "Lose this guy's contact number and it's over." You think you're ever going to hear from them again? You think you think they're going to post your bail? This is the one and only chance and opportunity we're going to give you to complain. Once we lock into your statement, guess what? All you whatever you tell us, that's what's going to be locked into your statement. Okay. So, you you want to take the fall for everything? It's you take the fall for everything. Yeah. Like, so this was your idea. This is your whole plot. Okay. So, whose idea was for you to do this? I did. There's no way. You just were walking around the beach, holding hands or or walking by yourself, holding the air, and you decided to be like, "Oh, hey, how you doing, stranger? Oh, I can make $1,000. Let me jump in your car and let's go to the city of Bakaraton so I can make some money." I highly doubt that's what happened. But if that's a statement you want to stick to, I'll be more than happy when we go in front of the judge to let the judge know that was your statement. So, what happened? I was at the beach on Tampa. When? Two weeks ago. Two weeks ago. Okay. And then what happened? Uh I was just walking. I walked out of a restaurant. Some guy was like, "Hey yo, how old you is?" I was like, "I'm 18 years old." And he was like, "Hey, you trying to make like you trying to make a quick,000?" I'm like, "Sure." And then once he showed me the check. I'm like, "4,000." So I'm only getting $1,000 for $4,000 check. And I was like, "You know what? he'll probably give me more bread. So I was like, "No, I'll just go through with it. CH, give him whatever he gives and whatever he gives me, he gives me." That was literally the end of it. Okay. How did you contact with this person? Huh? How did you communicate with this person? That person? Okay. So, you known them for two weeks, correct? Two weeks from today, correct? Give or take? Yeah. Okay. So, you've been with him every single day, 24/7 with him for the last two weeks? No. Okay. So, how did you communicate? Did you guys use like brain signals, smoke signals? How did you communicate with him? No, he just told me what to do, and I just I already had it like memorized. Okay. So, he tells you what to do, but somebody dropped you off. So, how did you communicate with these people? I didn't communicate with How did you get from Tampa, right? If you just met in San on the beach, I'm assuming like Kar, right? It's the other side of the city. So on a twoe time frame, follow me. Two week time frame, you got from there to here with him. How did you orchestrate him picking you up and driving you here? Did you send him mail? Did you call him? Did you FaceTime him? Do you UVU MySpace? Like what did you guys use to talk to coordinate you getting here today? That's what we're trying to figure out. That's But that's not what I'm asking. I'm not asking him what he paid for. How did you guys arrange like Instagram DMs? Did you like DM him like, "Hey, dude. I'm ready to go at noon." No, it was just I'll pick you up. Yeah, he'll pick me up and then he'll drop me off and then he drop me off. So, how did he know when to pick you up and how where to pick you up? Cuz he already dropped me off the first time when he came to the back. So, he just came at a random time and you were like, "Oh, perfect. I've been waiting." Yeah. So you were outside your house for hours just waiting with your stuff to come out? Not waiting for hours. I was he knocked on the door and was there. So I was like, "All right, let's go." So he's familiar with the area over here, I guess. So So he's from over here. I don't know where he's from. He I literally met him in Temple. So how did he know where you lived? He didn't know where I live. I met him in Tampa. How did Maybe I'm just really confused with the situation. Right. So you live here, but you were in Tampa, right? You live in West Palm. Sorry. I don't live here. Where do you live? In Orlando. You live in Orlando? Yeah. So, he picks you up in Orlando after meeting two weeks ago in Tampa and then somehow you guys end up driving down here. Yeah. So, how did he know what time what day to get from Tampa to Orlando to pick you up? He didn't know no time. He just pulled up. Okay. You just want to lie. You just want to lie, my man. It is what it is, bro. Come on, bro. Like, you mean to tell me in a nature of communication where you have a phone that's been blowing up this whole time during a conversation, you didn't get his phone number. So, somebody tells you, a random person you never met in your life, tells you, "Hey, I'm going to give you $1,000." And the first thing it's like, "Okay, you're a stranger. You didn't worry that he was going to go to your house to kill you and your family. You no, none of that went through your head. And you don't not even worry that he knows where you live. Now that you're caught, you're not worried that he knows where you live. Now, when you say it like that, yeah, just a little bit. But I mean, I don't think he's going to Well, I don't know. I guess we'll never know. Yeah, we'll never know, right? Well, you might know, but we won't know. Okay. Thanks so much. All right. Um All right. So he he changed the story a little bit. Okay. We didn't meet him in camp down like literally a couple days ago. This is I mean like you're still not being super clear about how you got down here because you told me one thing but now you told me another thing, right? So we got to that he did meet this guy in Fort Lauderdale, right? And somehow that guy in color that you just met two days ago also drove you down here from the semi. So that's like not No, no, no, no, no, no. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay, so say it. No, I was just I was saying I was just kidding. So say how it happened. I was already in Fort Lauderdale. Okay. I met him. He said I could do this and that. I was like, "Okay." T is for tea instead. Are you taking the kiss? Yeah. You are. Okay. Cheers. Okay. So, did you ever tell him about that ti thing? No. Okay. So, he just didn't He didn't ask. Yeah. No. No. That's okay. He just asked different questions. That's Yeah, that's fine. That's fine. That's why we do this because he's got information. I got permission to share it, right? Yeah. Elaborating is history. Clean. Dang, dude. H. No, dude. like you just need to like this is just something you like I told you before you're articulate you seem like you know you haven't you know there goes a clean recordation you have a clean record bro but like this not I mean listen it's like I said it's not the crime of the century but you had to know you have to someone hands you a check with these two people's names on it say oh go in here and do this like come on the thing is I I did it before like a regular employer check so When I didn't have a bank, that's how I would get my money. Like I would literally go cash it out. You are smart. Some random dude in Fort Lauderdale comes up to you and says, "Oh, you want to do it?" That's wild, bro. That you would tell me that would be a fast investment though. That's how that's how I seen it though. It happened so fast ever do it again. Obviously, ever in my life for it, right? Ruining that record. But like I said, you're 18. Okay. you um down. It's not down. It really isn't. It's not. Like I said, it's already it's already in the school. It's already in the suit. It's already in the suit. No, it's not already in the suit. It's not. It's a It's a It's a It's a crime 100% and you're going to jail for it, right? But if you really don't have any other prior arrests or anything like that, have nothing. Okay. And then you go see a judge and they have plenty of things. They have diversion programs. Mhm. Where you don't have if you have no criminal history, they say, "All right, listen. Always make an alter program. Go do this." Okay. Out here. I don't know. Or maybe where you live, however they they're going to arrange it for you, but obviously you're going to have to check in with somebody and all that stuff, right? To make sure you're doing what they ask in the system. That goes along with being truthful, too. You know, I understand that. Like I told you when we were recording I said we're recording and the assistant state attorney's going to hear this. Your whoever's your judge is going to hear it. They don't want to hear it again though. They don't want me to say things again. Yeah. And so if you keep if you tell the truth that's going to be good for you, right? Right. So that's what you got to do. Like tell the truth, let them know. Right. All right. Let's go, boss. We're going to go. This is officer Weiss Carver of the Boca Raton Police Services Department. The date is March 25th, 2025. Um, it is currently 1855 hours and the following is a tape recorded statement with Miss Susan in reference to in reference to Boca Raton Police case services number 2025 3476. The statement is currently being taken over the phone. Um, do you know uh just a couple questions before we get started. Do you know that it is a crime to provide false information while under oath? Yes. Okay. And do you if you want to go ahead and raise your right hand for me. Um, do you solemnly swear to tell the truth and nothing about the truth? So be God. I do. Okay. Um, if you if you don't mind, uh, I'm going to ask you some clarifying questions because I have a copy of the check here in front of me. Okay. Um, do you know anybody by the name of Elliot? No. Did you have any construction work done on your home recently and provide any payment to someone by the name of Elliot? No. Okay. Um, did you pay anybody aside from Elliot for construction done on your house recently? No. Okay. Uh, have you written a check or did you write a check on March 16th for $4,950 even? No. Okay. Essentially, the account information, your account has been leaked. Um, do you have your banking information on you at this time? Am I allowed to say can I say something that I think contributed to this? Well, that check is still in my possession, which I don't know how they managed that, but I I physically have the check unwritten out to anybody still in my checkbook. Okay, perfect. I just wanted to verify that. Like I said, I know the other officer kind of spoke to you about that, but part of the investigation would be getting a sworn statement. Um Okay. And then I have your signature here. It it appears that you signed this check and and just to verify, I know I've already asked you, but you did not issue this check 0195 to anybody by the name of Elliot. I did not. Okay. All right. He is facing charges of grand theft, uttering a forged check, and fraud. Thanks for watching. Be sure to subscribe for more videos like this.
