Start cursing out front desk people. Okay. Hang up on her. She came up here. Start getting loud, angry, cussing on everybody out. All this other stuff. Try to give her a chance. Mhm. And back there try to give her come back. Give her a chance. She cussing everybody else again too again. So now she got she got to go leave. She not leaving. She not moving nothing. She she then come she wants a card. She sits right here. Who's calling 911? She calling 911. She explain to her what she was going on. She called 911 herself. Explaining something up. She wants her money back. All this other stuff. She's in the she she's in the room. So she went she then put the put on speaker phone and put it in another associate's face. Came to the camera and put it in her face. I come up to her. That's when I stepped in interviewing with my job security intervening. She started putting it in my face. Watch my hand down away. She put it in my She put it in my face. Push it in my face. I push her hand phone away. Okay. And she started hitting me. Okay. Um got her stuff out. She kept hitting me like that. Multiple of the staff was assaulted. Okay. Um um she's made that up. She going to shoot this place up. Okay. So she going to get somebody shoot this place up multiple times. Everybody heard it. Okay. Um, so it started off with the engineer person. So, she started, you know, insulting him, just going off on him. Long story short, she marched her way to the front desk and and well, she she then called um PBX uh insulted her then marched her way to the front desk and that's where she started 133 to leave multiple times. She didn't mean to leave. She just started just very rude, disruptive. Is that her only stuff right there? Okay. Look, look what she did. She hit you in the face with it right there. You take me. So, she doesn't have a room here at all. She have a room, but her room is 239, but she let the she started to be so disrespectful to the engineer guy. He just opened the door and let her in. And when she realized that that's not her room, she came out. She called and that's when she spoke to me and then she started calling me all kind of for no reason. I was like, I'm not going to have you talk to me like that. So I hung up the phone and sure enough, she came to the desk. When she came to the desk, she started to be loud and started to videotape and all that. And then the manager came in and I told her, I said, "This lady has to go." So I told her exactly what happened. And you know, she stayed in the lobby being loud, being loud, being loud. you know, and it just ended up escalating more, you know, so Okay. Yeah. She's just created a very disruptive environment for all of us and we're hoping to not have her return back to property. All right. I'll give her a criminal trespass form as well. Okay. Um, so if she ever does come back, then she'll go to jail for violating that. So, I really have to send money. Yes, ma'am. I did not even Can you talk to him one more time, please?
