at 1:00 a.m. on a Friday police received a report of a suspected drunk driver these are the events that followed oh hi thank you hi can you put the car in park and turn it off please yeah of course I was just looking for a number 3 102 can you turn off the car for me yeah of course you do realize you're uh in the wrong Lanes right I do I was I was looking for a number yeah you're on the wrong side of the roadway I know that I was looking for a number why would you be on the wrong side of the roadway though cuz I just pulled off to the side of road yeah you're not in the side Ro you're in the you're in the westbound lanes and you're facing eastbound yeah I know okay I apologize where are you coming from uh North Palm Beach North Palm yeah what were you doing over there that's where I live where are you coming from though I had to drop off the phone where in your pH can you give me the keys please give me the keys please give me the keys to your vehicle I don't understand why I have you don't have to understand just give me the keys thank you so you're where are you coming from I'm I'm heading home right you're heading home in North pal where are you coming from I was coming from my friend's house in J what are you doing at your friend's house droing her off I have three children at home did you go out tonight no have you been drinking yes where were you drinking at my house your house or your friend's house my house my friend needed help because she was in a dangerous situation so you were drinking at home and then went to your friend's house Jupiter no I was drinking at my friend's house and then I went home to my I was having home to my house I have three children I have an 8-year-old a 2-year-old and a seven mon old okay who are they home with so upset that I can't even think like I didn't even do anything wrong except you're on the wrong side of the roadway and you were passed out behind the wheel except I was not passed out on the side of the wheel and you've been drinking and I can smell alcohol coming off your breath so you're doing plenty of things wrong you're saying that I was passed out behind the wheel which absolutely wrong okay that is not true that's not the truth and you know it's not and you're taking advantage of that being a police officer okay have your driver's license please oh you sure I can but I also know people okay good you're messing with the wrong okay I just want you to know that are you threatening him I'm not threatening him but I do know people that's fine everybody knows people guard Up 3 1065 being taken advantage of right now I disagree disagree I disagree you're in the wrong side of the lines what if somebody's coming this way I don't want to talk to them that's fine you don't have to and I will not that's fine I'm off I don't think Officer Shawn would um agree with what you're doing either would agree with you it's fine North pal has no jurisdiction than the city of pish Gardens well they would have more jurisdiction than you think can because you're taking advantage of a girl taking advantage going out with someone who's on the wrong side of roadway you're taking advantage to somebody because you feel like because you are have a badge that you can take an advantage of me and so that's why you're doing this so don't even try to put you think that's just think you have really bad attitude was charged with DUI reckless driving disorderly intoxication and refusal to sign the citation she was sentenced to one year of probation 6 months with an ignition interlock device and a $1,162 fine
